Strange week for QUEBE first the stall on WARRENHEIP BANK now this mmmmmmm

So was the a fault with one of the locos that brought the train up or do your not sure what happened

the two replaced locos ran light to melbourne then ran a service to NSW that afternoon. I assume it was the easiest way to arrange a fuel top-up
