If you are into old trucks, especially 40 Series, the Old Cruisers Kick Arse (OCKA) meet in the Victorian High Country is one of the must do events of the year . The 2018 event was the biggest yet with well over one hundred 40 Series as well as 60 and 50 Series.
As you can see there was everything from classic restorations through to tricked up high powered beasts with everyone welcome to take part in the wheeling. The OCKA crew really know how to have a good time and the event is well organised without being restrictive.
Milo 2 got stuck right in from the get go and it was full on all the way. There's more of the action coming up so stay tuned!

Hey mate merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous new year to you and your family hope to catch up next year at some of the 4wd and camping shows or maybe out on the tracks anyway mate I asked you about the mahindra dual cab and after many weeks of research I've decided to go for the ldv t60 dual cab truck lux model brand new all the bells and whistles you and the other guys use and recommend for 46,000 grand also to add to the package a MDC cruiser slide camper.
Also am going to be running 17 inch falken A/T wildpeak tyres on my truck Bf Goodrich are the preferred brand just can get 2sets of tyres compared to one have spoken to people who own falken A/T and are getting 80,000 Klm out of them with combo off road and also highway usage.

Dad built his 45series in 98-99 and cut it down put a five speed out of his shorty in it disc brakes all round and a v8 350ci Chevy that puts out about 300 horsepower

Roothy, would you build a short wheelbase 40 series and install a Chev turbo diesel V8 in it.

YES,there designed off a jeep,but jeep advanced,plus the engine is chev 6 cyl.just a bad copy.
The yanks sell $150,000 + rebuilt 40's....... I can give u the link if ya wont .
There are very nice rigs there but some are terribly chopped up
air bags on a 4x4,what next,chev diesels,bonnet rods cant get out,coil front,ls1,nissan diffs,eeeekkk,no thanks.there just very old basic,still used today in the 200 series,ideas.never advanced.there based on a jeep,with a chev 6 cyl engine.
