When you're using Albedo vs. a large boss like Tulpa, you want to plant his flower off to the side so it doesn't get immediately erased.
You kept trying to plant it directly under him, so Albedo was basically doing jack for the entire fight.
Ya...honestly may have been a better idea to go Itto (if he had him) to give him 2 main dps units and have him in when Navia's 2 e skills are recharging (she should provide enough ER to get Itto back up before his CD ends when she's up).
Or he could've went just Navia (at about 140 ER her burst will be back off CD and you could rely on the burst to build crystals and just use them pre 6 shells (he didn't have 6 shells most of the time anyway) and maybe an ice or pyro 2nd dps (Wrio can kill the mini tulpa's almost instantly, well on the world boss version anyway...haven't done this abyss yet, and Pyro would kill them with vape pretty quickly too...even a well built Diluc would probably be good here especially since you can swap him in and out after his burst and still have the flame infused normals between Navia's shots).
I wish they would change how fragile geo constructs can be and how fussy they are with spawning/hitboxes. Especially if you try to have multiple geo contstructs, the game really doesn't like spawning them near each others. Just have it spawn off to the side if its somehow blocked by something.
@@jepemangeo constructs are a cool idea, except for the fact that every boss enemy in the game causes them to evaporate.
@@ifrit1937 I think Albedo is fine vs. Tulpa, as Tulpa tends to do slow big hits so as long as your placement is good you should have solid uptime on his flower.
I used Bennett / Xiangling / Klee / Albedo for top half, it was super effective. Navia would probably slot in easily for either pyro (didn't have better 2nd geo option).
@@jepeman its a collision box problem. Imagine them indestructible but large enemies get caught on top of it like Zhongli's pillar or Albedo's elevator flower. The most accurate displacement a geo construct would do is vertically like how Geo Traveler's pushes the enemies onto the roof of the meteor.
But to be honest, this abyss ain't as bad as ones we had
if we remember abysses 3.5-3.6 - it becomes scary how difficult it was.... but yes, i agree, now all the abysses are very easy.

Nilou bloom absolutely destroyed everything for me, very cheap to build yet an OP team at the same time.

The sucrose national team is one of the OG teams. A slight upgrade is a Kazuha national team which I tried to do for floor 12 but I forgot how annoying the thunder bird is. Sadly I had to go running back to Neuvillette lol. We should enjoy the easy abyss while we have it, I’ve heard Wenut is returning soon

5:10 Xiangling is the dps in international. Sucrose international does require a bit more of setup to get max value. If Moga had even just used sucrose e before xiangling so she could snapshot the em buff the dps would have gone up by a lot more.
Moga if you want a video idea try learning the rotation of sucrose national and see how massive of a difference it makes. And in the right setups you can get xingqiu to nuke his skill too.
This is my first abyss that I 36 stared, was so happy because it didn`t even took that many tries, like, I hit restart button only ~5 times

This is by far the easier abyss I've encountered I think.
I can’t be the only one who got mopped across the floor by the hydro tulpa multiple times even with a fully built Baizhu on my team😭 Furina wasn’t helping though tbh just there draining my hp
I’m not sure what team you were using but I mean not sure what you expect since Furina is more or less a near negligible teammate there. This boss is both easy and hard-easy if you have the right units, and hard if you don’t realize the mechanics and/or are using Benny
I don't know why you would use Furina vs the Tulpa since its imune to hydro

I used childe nat with sucrose(no kazuha🗿) when facing the boss and it was pretty chill,did die 2 times cuz it was my first time facing the boss
Baizhu is NOT a shielder, don't even try to build him for that
Take a shot everytime Albedo's flower vanishes into the void upon creation
neuvillette's pump does reach thunder bird and he was quite fast with it.
a nilou nahida neuvillette and baizhu team would work well for f12
Hey Moga, Happy New Year!
As for this abyss, I managed to clear with Tighnari/Yae/Fischl/Yaoyao on the first half and Neuvillette/Furina/Zhongli/Kazuha on the second one.
What I can say is that first half was haarder, but it mosty comes down to investment (since my Fischl is a bit copium since I'm transioning her set), the second one was a breeze, since my Neuvi is that broken and Furina helped him a lot

this abyss was my first 36* on my first attempt, which is quite surprising cuz i dont rlly have good rotations lol, i think its just because it wasnt that bad as some others hoyo released
This Abyss was really easy, easiest in quite a while
I am sure that majority of people who die to Tulpa are using bennett, just leave that crutch at home and he won't oneshot you with a vape
i was using lyney mono-pyro, wich includes bennet, and is took like 20 tries before icould even get to the second chamber
I used Navia, Xiangling, Bennet, and Albedo on first half floor 12 and was able to 36 star abyss on my first attempt. Navia hits hard like o_o I’ve never run through and abyss that felt this easy

Thankfully this abyss is arguably the easiest abyss we've had in many patches. I struggle a bit with abyss but this time I brute forced every floor without needing to restart a single time. Let's hope Hoyo keeps it up with these abyss cycles.
I was a fool and had to restart the first chamber bc I forget just how annoying the thunder bird is. I haven’t needed to restart chambers in a while 😂
Restarted like 4 times which was a massive improvement compared to literally all my previous abyss runs lmao
@@ctran1955my eula burst does around 400k nuke but nit on the f***ing thunderbird… had to restart 5 times because that twat plays neo from matrix right before the explosion…
The problem I had is that the tulpa’s hits are hydro. If I am standing in bennet burst and get hit by it I get vaporised literally and figuratively
My solve for this with raiden national is making sure I run circles around it to try and avoid their hits. Having Xinqui, even without his damage, his defensive capabilities helped when I couldn’t dodge.
Yeah, that's the rough part, if you need Benny to get through his hp and/or the other floors. But him being hydro works in your favor as well... super easy to trash with pyro, electro, and dendro DPS, since it comes pre-hydro'd.
The Hydro Tulpa wasn't so bad for me
Hu Tao basically went against it solo with Zhongli shield because neither Yelan nor Xingqiu did anything here lol

I push it with Hu Tao, Xiangling, Furina, Zhongli. somewhat over compensating, but I really didn't feel like carrying 2 freeloader in the team. also I think I wanted yelan and bro dealing with the thunderbird cause i am lazy to aim....
@lagrangewei the first two chambers Yelan and Xingqiu did the work of god with Vaporize, third chamber they just got a small break from being good
I didn't mind that because I knew even if first half took a bit longer, my second half team would just shred everything (Kazuha, Faruzan, Jean and Furina)
But Hu Tao didn't take too long, I'm happy with her she does so well for me
it took me many resets to figure out a good team for the hydro boss and i finally cleared it with a wriothesly melt team since i was using a hyperbloom team for the second half
This is the first abyss I’ve cleared since mid 2021, definitely one of the easiest

for floor 12 i used navia albedo xiangling bennett for first half and thignari nahida fishcl zhongli for second half and it actually went super well i did it first try
This abyss was actually the first one I 36*ed, it's honestly not that bad, even if I spent an hour on chamber 3, having my haitham curbstomped by the water frog. I almost regretted running nilou bloom there, but thankfully, it all worked out. Also for second half, focus the eremite's summons. If you defeat them, they get stunned and have like 40% of their hp removed, so definetely worth it.
Imagine killing Tulpas adds he spawns

this abyss was my first ever 36 star, I used navia/zhongli/xiangling/bennett first half, and eula/raiden/xingqiu/nahida second half - pretty much just brought eula for the shields on the geo slimes.
Ayoooo…my team choice are sooo close to yours except..in the 2nd half I used furina instead of Eula and Kuki instead of raiden

I used HuTao in the first half and she shredded the Tulpa with ease
beat it pretty soundly (around 30 sec left by chamber 3 2nd half) using Raiden national 1st half and taser (Yelan, Furina, Jean, Fischl) 2nd half. furina made this a lot easier tbh and raiden national has always been a pretty stable abyss comp for me. hardest abysses for me still involved the consecrated pyro and electro things and the wenut 3rd chamber one.

Hay @moga, I’m no theory crafter, but I’ve been playing Genshin impact since release. A character I’ve always liked since I saw her was Deyah, however, as we all know she was pretty bad on release so I didn’t pull since I’m free to play and I need to maximize every pull.. recently tho while pulling I got her from the standard banner and decided to try her out despite the bad reviews.. the team consists of Deyah, Nahida, Fruina and Kuki and it’s really really good! Now you might say well those supports are busted so it’s likely them doing the bulk of the damage, and while that is true, I tried different drivers but Deyah somehow felt the most comfortable. Her pyro is slow applying, same as Fruina’s hydro and Kuki’s electro. Nahida applies a tun of dendro allowing for pretty much every reaction in the game outside of freeze, I see vaporize, bloom, hyperboom, burgeon, even overloaded and electro charged all happening and coexisting at the same time because of the slow application and different elements reacting with whatever element is currently applied. I really think a content created should review this team and tell me if there’s sum there or maybe I’m just a Deyah fanboy. Ps I tried the team on floor 12 of the abyss 1st half and actually 3 stared it Deyah was lvl 50 with lvl 1 talents and lvl 0 Hunter artifacts. All my other supports were well built tho!
I don’t know… I just used Hu Tao and Zhongli Shield on Hydro Tulpa and it was literally the easiest abyss I’ve ever done (also because of Neuvilette on the other side of course)

I can confirm that a Nilou bloom is good for the Tulpa. I kept getting quite literally one shot with my Raiden hyper carry.
Aside from Nilou bloom, a Taser team containing Yae and Fischl basically wearing it down via Electro-charged spam was good. I tanked some attacks with my Koko.
The Xingqiu E killed me! 2:45 I know you still get the energy but it just looks so funny... LMAO

I had a pretty easy time on the Tulpa by using a dendro dps like Alhaitham. Idk but bloom/spread/quicken reaction is really good for me.
I love how a team that consists of characters inteoduced in the very first version of the game and released at launch is still somehow beating the abyss without complications 3+ years later
i decided to run nilou bloom first half and neuvillette with zhongli 2nd half on floor 12, quickly cleared all of abyss in about 30 mins.
I was able to 3* floor 12 this abyss with Diluc, so that should give some idea of it's difficulty. It was not bad at all compared to previous abysses. Getting to dust off (lol) itto for floor 11 was fun.

The tulpa was made for the xiangling navia zhongli benny comp for sure
Brother i did the last chamber with extra 30 secs the thing u can do if u have navia is use her with benny zhong and xiangling
And in the second half you can use hyperbloom I used ayato with kuki yao yao and furina and it did the job easily
this is a walk in the park compared to the last one
This was actually much easier than the previous abyss we had. I just used Furina with Neuv's squirt gun to power through the second chambers on floor 12 lmao

those dancing meka dudes and sumeru eremites are the problematic ones during tower defense floor since they jump around and one shot.

Out of floor 12 abyss, I found this new abyss easier than even the previous Abyss (mainly because of prev Abyss Chamber 1 phase 1) but I didnt really trouble much from Hydro Tulpa (probably cuz I have Navia and hydro crystalize) but Hydro Tulpa was harder in the overworld for me while farming furina.
The only thing that I pained through in this abyss is Thunder Manifestation but since its in Chamber 1 its not as bad as a Chamber 3 TM
I love how floor 11 had 75% geo dmg bonus and moga didn’t even try navia in that chamber 😵
It took me almost 2 minutes on this hydro tupla....thank goodness my Neuvillette team can pretty much clean the 2nd chamber in less than a minute 😁
I just used navia, albedo, xiangling and bennet for the tulpa and it worked wonders.
Deyha was very good for me chamber 2 second half! Her punches break geo shields very easily
I only need to restart 3 times because i never fought hydro tulpa before (losing 5050 on furina banner, so i don't have any reason to fight it) so my first impression was like "Will this mofo unleash weird shield? Will it have invincible phase where you need to attack the smoler version of him?" But nope he just pretty tanky and loves to move other side of chamber for couple of times. In the end of the day he just need to get burst down as soon as possible.
First half party : Raiden Shogun, Xiangling, Xinqiu, Bennett
Second half party : Wanderer, Yelan, Faruzan, Zhongli

Navia is actually good on first half, i think a lot of people wants to call the team national geographic the ones with Bennet and Xiangling (i just call it hot rock, cause navia's h... nvm), third recommended slot would be Zhongli for his shield and geo reso. (though if you place albedo's flower correctly, the crystalizes should be enough shields)
on 2nd half, if you have kazuha, he actually takes care of the geo slime shield pretty quickly though I've seen 9* clears just brute forcing it (i.e. teams without any blunt attacks)
Bro I just use the hydro boss killer team for the hydro tulpa,wasn’t too much of a hassle,the team consists of Nahida,Baizhu,Fishl and Raiden(can be replaced with kuki)
This was the first Abyss I 36 started ion one go. I beat Tulpa pretty easily with Baizhu, EM Kuki and AlHaithem. Xinqiu was my 4th as he was necessary to make this team good for the other rooms.
Had to do 2 attempts on this one because I for some unknown reason decided to run Furina international on first half and couldn't kill Tulpa. I cleared using Keqing Nahida Xingqiu Kuki first half, and Zhongli Hutao Yelan Furina second half. Overall wasn't that bad but would have been a lot worse if I didn't run Zhongli second half to break Geo shield on slimes in floor 2.
When I use my Zhongli I feel nearly invincible for the most part but I don’t think I have him built properly bc I want him to do decent dmg (65kish w/ult) but I also want his shield to be sturdy af. All that aside though when I bring out Albedo with Zhongli it’s like a whole new ball game. His pillars smack and both characters ults return so quickly it’s ridiculous. People down Albedo but he’s top tier in my book for sure.
this version abyss is more about damage check, which is good because players already have that, last abyss is more about element check
First half - Raiden National.
Second Half - Neuvillete, Furina, Kazuha, and Zhongli.
I’ll admit they’re elite teams that are known to easily clear most abyss’, and I can attest to that, but dang is it good to feel powerful when playing f2p

Hydro Tulpa was a lot more problematic than I thought and my team( Raiden national) was struggling to get their burst when they don’t against any other enemy
Navia is fine on ether side this cycle to be honest. I got confused by Furina in first half when that hydro boss was clearly shown already but I assumed a challenge run. I used Navia, Yae, Fischl, Zhongli for the first half and Dehya, Furina,Nahida and Kokomi for burgeon on second half. It was smooth for me on this really but the hydro dude can hit hard if you're not paying attention.
Had to gear up my lvl t0 Gorou to pair Navia with a geo teammate for first half since Zhongli was in the second 😭 and no other geo leveled up or no albedo
I haven't tried yet, but I am hopeful that I will get the most stars I've ever gotten on this one based on my teams. Still no 36 star but I'm hoping for 34 maybe 35 if I really try to fix up my tracks ahead of time
Consecrated Beasts: "am I a joke to you now?"
This abyss is actually the closest I've been to a full clear. Previously I'd get 33 stars, each chamber nearing 5 minute completion times. This abyss, I cleared the first and second chambers with 3 stars, and the last with only 25 seconds over 7 minutes
The Navia team I have been rolling with completely destroyed the first half, with all chambers including Tulpa in less than a minute each. Furina (c2 though) - Ningguang - Navia - Kokomi. Ningguang on prototype amber and maiden, Kokomi on TTDS and tenacity. Blasted the Tulpa for 300k+ repeatedly, and no concerns at all about dying. Navia hit a 370k on the ruin graders as well, top damage in that run. Now if I just had a team that could handle the second half a little better... considering Navia is both my only geo and only claymore I have built, those geo shields are a pain. Almost got the 36 star first attempt though. That Navia team is really fun. Even the local legends don't stand a chance (including those 2 hydro ones that used to be a pain to kill).
For the hydro culpa: Tighnari is really good here as dendro just threads through hydro infused enemies and he's ranged so you can keep your distance without loosing dps. His patterns are actually pretty simple and I often use Amber in open world against this dude so This abyss was really about planning your teams and knowing mechanics.
What team do you recommend with tighnari? I have him build and stuff but no idea who I should use with him maybe raiden and nahida
Honestly the seahorse one was harder than this abyss but i mean not all of us has the tools i have so thanks for the guide

A surprisingly easy abyss. Expected it to be geo-gated, but no.
Completed it with 3 different team comps.
Hyperbloom/Spread-aggravate/Electro swirl first half;
Overvape/Nilou bloom/Melt second half.
Moga just calling all the eula manes out there some where I think
a team i had luck with was navia zhongli bennet xiangling, ik it uses bennet and xiangling who are op on there own, but in the end yo didn't use them on either side, and they helped me get clears under 50-40 seconds top half
Im glad toupla is first half so i dont have to repeat half of the floor everytime he decide to 1 shoot my unit (fischl did not survive in the end)

I was struggling on side 2 (my Navia isn't build enough yet), and ended up with a weird team but it worked, did Zhongli, Jean, Nuevilette and Furina lol... but hey.. it got me my 36 stars.
This is the first time I 36-stared with my alt f2p account with not-so-good artifacts.
I tried the second half with this exact team as well at first, and didn't get through the last chamber lol. Then I switched out Furina to double Pyro with Bennett Xiangling and gave my Navia a 4pc gladiators and had absolutley 0 problems. Navia is rlly good for this abyss, just not with Furina lmao
Honestly speaking, the thunderbird was most annoying part of this abyss cycle. I finished that chamber by the skin if my teeth because I had to keep chasing after it.
For Tulpa I just used Raiden National, but I swapped Xingqiu out for Nahida. It seemed to work ok.
My Hu Tao team still destroyed first half and my Neuvillette team destroyed the second on the first go. Glad it went smoothly, Neuvillette is amazing as always.
This abyss was very easy I didn’t have to retry… I just did hyperbloom first half and yelan vaporize team second half

is it just me, or do the thunderhelm lavachurl are actually very weak, as in like take a lot of damage?
It may just be a placebo but i feel out of all lava churls, they deal the most damage, but also take the most damage, its like Highest atk but also pretty low defense situation. Is it actually true or just something that i have forced myself to believe?
im surprised i survived that chamber using a raiden national. im constantly being vaped by this hydro dude and im out of stamina panic-dashing whenever bro swings a hit 😭😭

This abyss is so easy compared to the last one. The last one had such a strong hydro requirement to deal with the pyro shields. Hydro tulpa gets shredded by hyperbloom

it’s crazy that Moga found the last floor 12 harder because, as F2P and never three starring floor 12, I managed to easily three star the first two chambers with my regular teams? I was so shocked
I play Hyperbloom Alhaitham on the Jadeplume every time. I like to activate it and if i get lucky it get's down on the spot.
