Predators also die to Xenomorphs on a regular basis, too. Many Hunt Worlds seeded with Xenos by the Preds almost always eventually result in all the Predators on the planet dying to the Xenos. Like in the opening of AvP 1 where the Xenos overwhelmed the Predators in ancient Egypt to the point where the Predators had to nuke the entire continent to stop the Xenomorphs from spreading. Let's not forget that potentially the strongest Predator ever to live, from the Predator game on Ps2, nearly died to a handful of Xenos WHILE he was fully prepared for them. And then you have the superior forms of Xenos. Like the Empress whose 60 ft tall and manhandle Queens like they're toys. Or the Ravagers who can tank Plasma shots like their nothing but a gentle breeze. Or the War Queens with their hardened exoskeletons that can tank lazers as hot as the CORE of the SUN like it's nothing more than a light tan. Then there's the 150 ft Queen Mother who can mind control you. Has telekinesis and telemetry. She can use her telepathy to influence people's dreams WHILE she's in an entirely different GALAXY! That's some Professor. X stuff there.

It feels like you lowballed Terminators too much. First of all, even the base models have relatively advanced AI compared to anything the Predators have been portrayed with, which gives them an advantage in memory, coordination, and situational awareness. Second, plasma weapons with power comparable to the Predator's plasma casters were pretty common by the end of the Skynet-human war, just watch the opening scene of Genysis, or most of the flashbacks. (Salvation was set pretty early on in the war, which is why you see a lot of conventional weapons still being used.) Advanced models like the T-850 and T-900 (both are referenced in T3) which were becoming more common by the end of the war have been stated to be more resistant to plasma weapons because of it. And third, Skynet built a time machine *from scratch.* If it could figure that out I'm pretty sure reverse engineering Yautja equipment wouldn't be too difficult. In the end, if the Yautja really wanted, they could just nuke Earth from orbit and go find another planet. More likely they wouldn't perceive Skynet as a threat, and if anything probably add Terminators to the list of fun-to-hunt challenging prey. The Xenomorphs and Skynet would struggle at first but I think they could find a way to coexist. Most likely a "you stay on your side of the line and I'll stay on mine" type arrangement. Skynet's big problem with humans was underestimating their resolve and their unpredictability (humans were, in Skynet's own words, illogical). As smart as Xenomorphs are, they're still animals who behave in fairly consistent patterns, unlike humans.
The Queen would still see skynet’s forces as a threat because she can’t convert them into xeno’s. The Xenomorphs don’t co-exist with anything that’s sentient or a threat. The yautja probably would see the terminators as good prey, so I could see them taking any technology they can find and reprogramming T-800’s to be training equipment to test their might against young bloods. The yautja are known to take spoils of war and hunts such as technology to integrate into their hunts, so while the Terminator’s could reverse engineer yautja tech assuming they don’t self destruct before death; the yautja could do the same by looking for weaknesses in the T-900’s to exploit and reverse engineering weapons to improve their plasma casters and maybe even cloaking tech thanks to the TX-model’s mimicry abilities.

preds got their asses handed to them. they ended up needing humans help. skynet started to merge xenomorph aliens and terminator cyborg technology into the xenomorphs. a xenomorph pumped up with skynet tech is scary as fuck
@@kolat10 The Predators would see this as an infestation that is out of hand and would simply bomb the planet at that point. They would see the humans as an extinct species and would have no reason to keep losing warriors in ground assault. Since one of their favorite prey is gone. I am not trying to look like a fan boy, but if the xenomorphs somehow where converted into Terminator’s then the queen would see Skynet as the bigger threat and use all her forces to attempt to destroy them. Whoever comes out on top between them would have to face the more strategic Predators who would let the Terminators deal with the serpents while studying their technology. Like what was said in the video; the Predators already lost the only thing they cared about on Earth which was their prey(the humans) is gone which would allow them to nuke Earth without a care for losing anything while skynet still would want Earth to remain intact.

Another advantage of the aliens and predators is that Skynet is unwilling to allow its forces to develop mentally. It's more or less stated that Terminators have this morality dial and that's why so many defect after reprogramming. The Terminators wouldn't be smart or creative enough to fight an opponent with an equal or greater power level. The only reason why Skynet dominated humanity was because of its tech. It's the reason why they try to kill John Connor over and over again. Because the instant that they meet their match they just fold.
I don't think they ever went into much detail on how the reprogramming process worked. The Sarah Connor Chronicles did strongly imply that T-1000 models had more agency than the average foot soldier Terminator, since one of them was actively developing a rival AI against Skynet and yet wasn't exactly on the side of the Resistance, either. An interesting bit from that series was also a flashback (or forward) which showed Cameron destroy a fellow machine inside a Resistance base because "sometimes they go bad, no one knows why". And on top of that, the fact Skynet started making the CPUs in their 800-series self-destruct if accessed. As flawed as Genisys was, the concept of the T-5000 was interesting because Skynet itself being proactive about its own survival was a new take. I imagine if the timeline it was trying to create using the converted John Connor had come to fruition, it would have operated and marshalled its forces very differently.

We have seen the plasma caster in all sorts of media as slower than bullets. The plasma caster is not a laser, some writers just like the word laser cause it sounds cool or they don’t know lasers necessitate light speed.

The Preds could do the same since their engineers are far smarter than earth’s engineers. @@missyummy1040 Hypothetically yes. The the T-X could hack their tech via its Nanotransmiters. It could even hack things that don't even have cpu's or motherboards like cars. It doesn't make any sense because car engines don't have electronic components or software that can be hacked, but it somehow pulls it off anyway. Arnold Schwarzenegger also did an interview for T3 before it came out and he claimed that the T-X's plasma weapon was going to destroy the entire city. But I guess they cut it from the script.

If they get into full-blown war type situations they will send in their strongest & most skilled Hunters with the best equipment for the job. These Predators would absolutely dog-walk pretty much anything thrown at them, and that's not even considering Military Caste Yautja. They are truly something else entirely in the way of weaponry & prowess. But either way, a single Elite Predator is practically a one-man army & would be able to slaughter countless Xenomorphs & Terminators without the need for help. The likes of Elites, Elders & Clan Leaders have been known to completely cleanse entire Xenomorph Hives either by themselves or with minimal help from 1 or 2 other Yautja, while sporting minimal weaponry. So you can only imagine what a full-blown army of Hunters of even higher Rank & prowess than Elites would do to the Xenomorphs & Skynet.

Predator folds, the Creeper hunts every 18 years if I remember correctly, which would mean he lacks a lot of experience, meanwhile the Predator has a ton of tech and weapons, it's more skilled.
The Creeper hunts every 27 years, give or take and would be formidable against virtually any high skilled Yautja, for it too has perhaps centuries of killing experience and cunning. I can see a scenario in which predators learning of its hibernation process would not terminate it, but ultimately neutralize it only to hunt the Creeper again and again. Another scenario: The Creeper catches and kill a Yautja, consumes it absorbing it's memories and possibly enhancing its physical capabilities. Man, talk about a match.
T1000 negs the Predators from at least the first 2 movies (Jungle and City) unless they use the plasma caster , and even then there's a chance the T1000 can witshtand plasma based weaponry to a degree. When the T1000 fell in the foundry, which is hotter and more expansive than a localized plasma bolt, it could operate from some time. The T1000 is just stronger and faster (travel speed wise) than the predator and any of preds other weaponry its just going to regen so CQC is in the bag, and its not nerfed like the T800 by having its computer on Read Only so it learns in real time. It is also more durable as in crossover comics with Robocop it survived a jet liner crashing and exploding into an aircraft carrier as well in the movie he survived the copter into the swat van explosion all with no apparent loss of greater function. Now this is contentious, but there is an argument that predator cloaking wouldnt work on Terminator "vision" and predator vision wouldn't work on the T1000 specifically as its thermal signature can be dubious, but this is not well explained in lore. I think Team Term has a good shot at victory if the T1000 and maybe the TX take on the Preds and the T800/850 takes on the Alien mobs as its a bit more restitant to the acids. Though the T1000 also has a ranged attack that shouldnt be sneezed at because it not only impaled a T800, but also launched him back with great force and pinned him (as seen in Genysis). Thats easily fatal to a Pred and probably even a way to get around the acidity of the Xenos even if it has to sacrifice a portion of itself (which the T1000 can completely do an operate with no disruption)

Some points: Skynet can use time travel. Xenomorphs would usually need more than one individual to deal with the Predator, and they also would not be able to breed with the Terminators(obviously). So, depending on the amount of each and circumstances, the Predator would be at a huge advantage, unless that time travelling loophole...

For me its a clear W for Terminators. The T-X especially is designed to integrate any weapon into its loadout with insain hacking capabilities. Plus, if you discount the nukes because they want to use the planet, then you also have to discount the scout ships for the same reason. Aliens can only replenish their numbers with Preditors so they're smart enough to avoid the Terminators where possible. Plus we're on Terminators home terf so they have numbers on there side. We also have to take into acount that preditors dont work in high numbers, their too prideful and egotistical to fight in a large invasion force so likely hood is they'll send waves of hunting parties. And after each loss in the early game, skynet would easliy reverse engineer their tech and come up with countermeasures. In terms of acid, the liquid metal is completely programmeable so for the T-X and T1000 they would just shed affected areas and continue fighting.
Terminators would cone out on top: Skynet can reproduce terminators like ants. Skynet can also adapt and evolve its technology to match its rivals, for which the narrator pointed out the few examples of the Skynet's capabilities. In the face of eminent danger would have downloaded strategically into any number of devices of its creation to preserve itself scatter far and wide only to cone back, much more difficult to defeat. Skynet would have snatched up a Xenomorph study its biology adapt its strengths to a new batch of terminaors then take out the Xenomorphs. As for the Predators: Skynet could swarm them with terminators numerically puting Yautjaa disadvantage. Hack predators operating systems that control their space ships and cause them to crash or self destruct and or commandeer. I can go on. I think you see my point. Winner: Skynet/Terminators

Xenos vs dinos is something iv thought of for a very very long time xeno queen vs a tyrannosaurus but I’d imagine one bit from the xeno would melt a dinos mouth much less break the through a xenomorphs skin in the first place

I think there are 2 things no one is considering, the first is that skynet could outfit its units with temp controls that make them impossible to be seen by preds or aliens, two what if they use biological warfare and just create a pathogen that kills both species since skynet is not biological. Skynet could also develop nano tech that infiltrates the bodies of these species and kill them with grey goo. It seems to me skynet is the only player that can use indirect combat in this situation and that is huge. While sheer brute force goes to the other species that is not enough to kill a super AI. Imagine Skynet hacks the preds ships or armor and self destructs them? Skynet for the win.

Predators could win, if they just bombarded the planet from the get go, but that doesn't feel very Predator though (maybe it is something they would do in comics, but i'm mainly familiar with the movies)... Heading down to the planet to fight means that at some point it is likely that Skynet's forces may be able to get access to Yajuta tech and start adapting their forces with it. They are also the faction that has a time machine, so you can also get do-overs with bonus intel. Xenos in this scenario feel like they are already in a bad spot, if the world is already run by Skynet then it means that the the amount of breeding stock is already limited so the potential human wave tactics will likely peter out before the other two sides run out of ammo.
The problems with xeno alien in this context is that they are scrapping for the same resourses Skynet want to get rid and have have get rid off. With no new human or living host to make new xeno, they would have to catch a few Predator and that is a high cost cause The predator aint just gonna roll over and let them

I think this fight depends more on the set up and how far along in the terminator time line the encounter happens in. But in an all out war between races I think the Predators have it just for the tech advantage since orbital bombardment is a bitch to defend against
You have to take in consideration that skynet will be evolving at a rapid pace the moment both factions are spotted on Earth. Once it starts losing it can simply just go back in time with the same knowledge until it wins
On another note, the T1s that we see in the future war segments are the first robots produced by Skynet, they are not t-800s. This is a common misconception as t-800s are the infiltration units that are even stronger and more capable. Skynet also has time travel which means they have plenty of chances to reverse engineer predator tech or just go back in time to prevent the war all together.

There’s also this idea that predators are more dangerous than xenos by default because they hunt them… we usually see them hunting hatchlings days old in very controlled environments rigged against the xenos from the get go. We also don’t know how many worlds have just been lost to hives from hunts that get out of control. Not saying the xeno is deadliest but… that was the sense I got and I’m just leaving this as food for thought. I do think plenty of terminators would just be a better match up against the xenos as they could rip any foreign organisms out of their chests and keep on chugging fine, stopping the xenos from quickly replenishing number which is one of their most dangerous traits. Terminators also wouldn’t get the psychological fuckery that humans for instance would suffer against the rape allegory of a foe that the xenos are. I agree the predators would probably win a 3way brawl as well but i am curious to know if the preds have the resources to arm every one that’s attacking with the loadouts you described. My impression was not that that gear was a dime a dozen for em.
I would love to see a series dedicated to this kind of conflict. Skynet constantly adapting, sending shit through time for other versions of itself to fare better. Skynet hijacking Predator ships and sending Xeno eggs to the predator homeworld. The Xenos straight up ignoring the T-800s like they do the androids in Alien because they aren't alive. You just know Skynet would figure out the Xenos don't give a shit about them and team up against the predators and humans.
This was a great take, I enjoyed hearing your analysis of each faction. I found myself ranking each faction a few different ways, but yes I do agree with you. There are a few times where the aliens catch the predators off guard or the predator gets caught up in some kind of bullshit that prevents them from fully using all their equipment or something like that. But it seems to be like a rule that there's only one or a couple predators that are hunting a lot of xenomorphs, so even one predator is very capable. Considering the terminators can't hold up to heat weapons well or acid, terminators lose. Predators win.
I'd say Aliens are at disadvantage with limited organics to reproduce with except for prepared Predators with these conditions. I'd say Terminators win with home advantage, plus T1000s are probably the strongest things in this scenario

Even in that case, you just blatantly ignore SkyNet making plasma weapons standard by the time the time machines were used. Even during the T-600 era in Terminator Salvation, the Harvester Terminator had a plasma caster itself that one-shots vehicles, so SkyNet had plasma weaponry for a very long time. If we limited it to movies for SkyNet, then you should've been fair by doing the same for Predators and Aliens, in which case SkyNet stomps because it actually has a functioning army.
The T-800 isn’t really the “mainline” unit of Skynet, the T-600 still was upon the beginning of T1 and T2, with the T-800 hitting product in order to finally rout the Resistance’s last hold outs.
IDK, I gotta give a slight edge to The Terminator/Skynet on this one for pretty simple reasons that you didn't bring up, Predators and Xenos feel pain, and can be distracted, rendered immobile from immense pain caused to them, Terminators feel nothing, you can blast off limbs, blow them up and they feel nothing and just keep coming after you, then there's the "human" error aspect, Preds are unique individually and often make miscalculations, and mistakes in the pursuit of their prey, especially underestimating what they're going after, and while Xenos are a hive mind, they still make mistakes like being caught off guard or baited by Preds in AVP, and being driven by lesser, animal instincts like hunger, reproduction, etc which can be easily manipulated, Terminators are machines, they strictly run data, and go by the numbers, and are bigger than an individual Terminator, Terminators are basically a super computer hivemind as well, they're all Skynet and Skynet is the "queen" if one Terminator falls the data is recorded to the hive mind and the next Terminator doesn't make the same mistake. So while yes no doubt some Terminators will fall, in a prolonged conflict, Terminators essentially gather all the data on the other two and makes a clean sweep of the board. Also would predators even be able to see Terminators? They're machines without body heat signatures, at the very least it would be harder, and if we're using Alien Isolation as canon, the alien never bothers the androids because they're technically not a " living" thing and have no use to them food or reproduction wise, the queen killed Bishop in Aliens simply because he was an obstacle in the way of her getting to Ripley. Also even if Preds just say fuck it and nuke the planet, that does nothing to stop the Terminators, the Xenos yes, but not Them, they're machines so it's not like radiation can hurt them, plus, again, Skynet would already have new Terminators made to replace any damaged or fallen ones.
One thing I didnt see mentioned is that the T-600s and T-800s would allow the Terminators and Skynet to give the Xenos a good run for their money... Titanium(T-600s) and Chrome Steel(T-800s & 850s), are HIGHLY resistant to acid, which would give the Terminators a defensive advantage, plus as mentioned the Xenos take major damage from heated plasma projectiles, which is what the HK vehicles and Terminators are armed with. However, I truly see the Yautja keeping ahead of both camps, with Skynet having to utilize other methods of detection to find Predators(heart beat sensors, spatial displacement sensors, EM spectrometers, etc)
So, basically, you restrict the Xenos to their weakest forms while giving the Predators and Terminators EVERYTHING they've ever displayed? That seems totally fair.
That's because the xenomorph forms are conditional upon their hosts. They can't impregnate terminators and they don't get their hands on predators like that very often. So the most you'll see is the predator form of the alien. Which is lethal but certainly not the most dangerous of forms
Another interesting thing you haven't noted about the Predator's weapons and armor is that while there are cases of the Xenomorph acid blood melting through them via the '04 movie, it's actually noted across prior and subsequent entries in the expanded universe that this was a deliberate choice to give themselves a challenge particularly to their Young Bloods; Wolf's weapons in Requiem (if you can see it) have shown they're more than capable of making their weapons -- including their wristblades -- completely immune to the acid. Overall this was a pretty in-depth analysis. Much respect to you.to give them a challenge
Another great terminator speed feat, is the T800 in T2 managing to move a 2 or 3 meters and shield John Conor while the T1000 was firing a 9x19 weapon, which is a supersonic feat. The Predators wouldn't really blow up skynet, as they would just think of the terminator as great prey, and a T800 i think is more durable than a Predator with slightly better ap. A Tx's plasma cannon i think is much stronger than a predators. Another thing is, if the Terminators manage to get a hold of a predator's tech, it really wouldn't be hard for Skynet to reverse engeneer it. Another thing is, the T800 is designed to fight humans, not xenomorphs or predators, but the moment Skynet detects those, they will immediately start designing new terminators, designed to fight those. Xenomorph's would likely try to rush skynet head on, which wouldn't work, skynet would really just use some sort of a weapon to blow them up, then seeing as xenomorph's are a huge threat I don't see why it wouldn't nuke em. while the predators too will hunt xenomorphs, they wouldn't really nuke Skynet as as i said, they'd look at the terminators as a great prey and technically, skynet has infinite suply of terminators, as they can basically recycle the metal used to create em over and over again. So unless the predators decided to wipe out all of their potential prey in one shot, which they wouldn't do, i can see them just having a conflict with skynet for a very long time, with the xenomorphes being dealt with quite easily. That's me tho.

That’s a good point, I agree if their numbers a relative. I just worry that the aliens and terminators might be able to make new soldiers faster than they can be killed. With that being said I’m not familiar with predator life cycle or span.
Predators also die to Xenomorphs on a regular basis, too. Many Hunt Worlds seeded with Xenos by the Preds almost always eventually result in all the Predators on the planet dying to the Xenos. Like in the opening of AvP 1 where the Xenos overwhelmed the Predators in ancient Egypt to the point where the Predators had to nuke the entire continent to stop the Xenomorphs from spreading.
Let's not forget that potentially the strongest Predator ever to live, from the Predator game on Ps2, nearly died to a handful of Xenos WHILE he was fully prepared for them.
And then you have the superior forms of Xenos. Like the Empress whose 60 ft tall and manhandle Queens like they're toys. Or the Ravagers who can tank Plasma shots like their nothing but a gentle breeze. Or the War Queens with their hardened exoskeletons that can tank lazers as hot as the CORE of the SUN like it's nothing more than a light tan.
Then there's the 150 ft Queen Mother who can mind control you. Has telekinesis and telemetry. She can use her telepathy to influence people's dreams WHILE she's in an entirely different GALAXY! That's some Professor. X stuff there.

It feels like you lowballed Terminators too much. First of all, even the base models have relatively advanced AI compared to anything the Predators have been portrayed with, which gives them an advantage in memory, coordination, and situational awareness.
Second, plasma weapons with power comparable to the Predator's plasma casters were pretty common by the end of the Skynet-human war, just watch the opening scene of Genysis, or most of the flashbacks. (Salvation was set pretty early on in the war, which is why you see a lot of conventional weapons still being used.) Advanced models like the T-850 and T-900 (both are referenced in T3) which were becoming more common by the end of the war have been stated to be more resistant to plasma weapons because of it.
And third, Skynet built a time machine *from scratch.* If it could figure that out I'm pretty sure reverse engineering Yautja equipment wouldn't be too difficult.
In the end, if the Yautja really wanted, they could just nuke Earth from orbit and go find another planet. More likely they wouldn't perceive Skynet as a threat, and if anything probably add Terminators to the list of fun-to-hunt challenging prey.
The Xenomorphs and Skynet would struggle at first but I think they could find a way to coexist. Most likely a "you stay on your side of the line and I'll stay on mine" type arrangement. Skynet's big problem with humans was underestimating their resolve and their unpredictability (humans were, in Skynet's own words, illogical). As smart as Xenomorphs are, they're still animals who behave in fairly consistent patterns, unlike humans.
The Queen would still see skynet’s forces as a threat because she can’t convert them into xeno’s. The Xenomorphs don’t co-exist with anything that’s sentient or a threat. The yautja probably would see the terminators as good prey, so I could see them taking any technology they can find and reprogramming T-800’s to be training equipment to test their might against young bloods. The yautja are known to take spoils of war and hunts such as technology to integrate into their hunts, so while the Terminator’s could reverse engineer yautja tech assuming they don’t self destruct before death; the yautja could do the same by looking for weaknesses in the T-900’s to exploit and reverse engineering weapons to improve their plasma casters and maybe even cloaking tech thanks to the TX-model’s mimicry abilities.
Yeah a bunch of t1000s alone would be a problem for predators let alone the models from t3 and the newest one,t3 model she can hack their systems n tech
preds got their asses handed to them. they ended up needing humans help. skynet started to merge xenomorph aliens and terminator cyborg technology into the xenomorphs. a xenomorph pumped up with skynet tech is scary as fuck
@@kolat10 The Predators would see this as an infestation that is out of hand and would simply bomb the planet at that point. They would see the humans as an extinct species and would have no reason to keep losing warriors in ground assault. Since one of their favorite prey is gone. I am not trying to look like a fan boy, but if the xenomorphs somehow where converted into Terminator’s then the queen would see Skynet as the bigger threat and use all her forces to attempt to destroy them. Whoever comes out on top between them would have to face the more strategic Predators who would let the Terminators deal with the serpents while studying their technology. Like what was said in the video; the Predators already lost the only thing they cared about on Earth which was their prey(the humans) is gone which would allow them to nuke Earth without a care for losing anything while skynet still would want Earth to remain intact.

Another advantage of the aliens and predators is that Skynet is unwilling to allow its forces to develop mentally. It's more or less stated that Terminators have this morality dial and that's why so many defect after reprogramming. The Terminators wouldn't be smart or creative enough to fight an opponent with an equal or greater power level. The only reason why Skynet dominated humanity was because of its tech. It's the reason why they try to kill John Connor over and over again. Because the instant that they meet their match they just fold.
I don't think they ever went into much detail on how the reprogramming process worked. The Sarah Connor Chronicles did strongly imply that T-1000 models had more agency than the average foot soldier Terminator, since one of them was actively developing a rival AI against Skynet and yet wasn't exactly on the side of the Resistance, either. An interesting bit from that series was also a flashback (or forward) which showed Cameron destroy a fellow machine inside a Resistance base because "sometimes they go bad, no one knows why". And on top of that, the fact Skynet started making the CPUs in their 800-series self-destruct if accessed.
As flawed as Genisys was, the concept of the T-5000 was interesting because Skynet itself being proactive about its own survival was a new take. I imagine if the timeline it was trying to create using the converted John Connor had come to fruition, it would have operated and marshalled its forces very differently.

We have seen the plasma caster in all sorts of media as slower than bullets. The plasma caster is not a laser, some writers just like the word laser cause it sounds cool or they don’t know lasers necessitate light speed.
There are variations of the plasma caster that are actually lasers and railguns.

It doesn't make any sense because car engines don't have electronic components or software that can be hacked, but it somehow pulls it off anyway. Arnold Schwarzenegger also did an interview for T3 before it came out and he claimed that the T-X's plasma weapon was going to destroy the entire city. But I guess they cut it from the script.

I can guarantee you, that the people who wrote this statement did not have it in mind when writing it, that they were basically saying that the Xenomorphs & Predators are physically more powerful or stronger than Blue Whales. They almost certainly didn't intend for this to be the meaning of the statement. They just said it for a tag line. You can't really say they upscale a Blue Whale physically just based on this. The Xenomorph Queen, maybe, because she literally shattered dead Whale bones in the movie, which wouldn't be equivalent to breaking the bones of a live Whale but regardless, without other feats to back it up, this statement was definitely not supposed to be taken literally or seriously.

Their technology is in fact WEAKER than normal Predators, because Young Bloods are given weaker equipment on their hunts until they reach the Blooded Rank after successfully killing a Xenomorph. Again, in Predator Hunting Grounds, the Second Wind ability is a game mechanic. It is never seen outside of this game. Also, in the game, it does not give them a speed boost or anything like that. It acts more like a desperate burst of adrenaline that allows the Predator to run away from the Fireteam & heal so that they don't immediately die. It reduces the damage percentage they take for a while, but they cannot attack while in this state. They can only run away to heal.

The Xenomorph's acidic blood could only melt Celtic Predator's wristblades & armor because he was a Young Blood, and Young Bloods are given weaker armor & equipment. All 3 of them had weaker weaponry, armor & equipment than the City Hunter, which is the Predator you got the statement from.
Aside from these misconceptions, I can definitely agree that the Predators would win this conflict. Whether it was a case of 1 Predator Vs 1 Xenomorph Warrior Vs 1 T-800 Terminator, or an all-out war between the factions, they would dominate. If they get into full-blown war type situations they will send in their strongest & most skilled Hunters with the best equipment for the job. These Predators would absolutely dog-walk pretty much anything thrown at them, and that's not even considering Military Caste Yautja. They are truly something else entirely in the way of weaponry & prowess.
But either way, a single Elite Predator is practically a one-man army & would be able to slaughter countless Xenomorphs & Terminators without the need for help. The likes of Elites, Elders & Clan Leaders have been known to completely cleanse entire Xenomorph Hives either by themselves or with minimal help from 1 or 2 other Yautja, while sporting minimal weaponry. So you can only imagine what a full-blown army of Hunters of even higher Rank & prowess than Elites would do to the Xenomorphs & Skynet.

But yes, the Predators are extremely badass, and they would quite literally decimate pretty much any faction or species in an all-out war. They have hunted other intelligent species into extinction & conquered galaxies before. Plus, the only real way the Xenomorphs would be getting on earth is if the Predators put them there in the first place. Heck, they may just drop in an army of Xenomorphs & watch them fight Skynet for entertainment, and study the conflicts closely, figure out all of Skynet's capabilities & weaknesses, and then finally join the fray & massacre the Xenomorphs & Terminators.

Innovation vastly outscales evolution and skynet can innovate its evolution. Skynet would not be sending canon robots made to battle humans @ predators. Skynet would meet the predators level of advancement and scale beyond it.

Giving skynet a jump start on technology as the predators are held in a time loop. Multiply that over 1 year, 10 years, 100, 1,000, whatever it takes. The terminators would outscale the predators. It wouldn't even hit full scale war on earth. Skynet would start doing this with the 1st predator to step foot on its soil, learning and resetting.

T1000 negs the Predators from at least the first 2 movies (Jungle and City) unless they use the plasma caster , and even then there's a chance the T1000 can witshtand plasma based weaponry to a degree. When the T1000 fell in the foundry, which is hotter and more expansive than a localized plasma bolt, it could operate from some time. The T1000 is just stronger and faster (travel speed wise) than the predator and any of preds other weaponry its just going to regen so CQC is in the bag, and its not nerfed like the T800 by having its computer on Read Only so it learns in real time. It is also more durable as in crossover comics with Robocop it survived a jet liner crashing and exploding into an aircraft carrier as well in the movie he survived the copter into the swat van explosion all with no apparent loss of greater function.
Now this is contentious, but there is an argument that predator cloaking wouldnt work on Terminator "vision" and predator vision wouldn't work on the T1000 specifically as its thermal signature can be dubious, but this is not well explained in lore.
I think Team Term has a good shot at victory if the T1000 and maybe the TX take on the Preds and the T800/850 takes on the Alien mobs as its a bit more restitant to the acids. Though the T1000 also has a ranged attack that shouldnt be sneezed at because it not only impaled a T800, but also launched him back with great force and pinned him (as seen in Genysis). Thats easily fatal to a Pred and probably even a way to get around the acidity of the Xenos even if it has to sacrifice a portion of itself (which the T1000 can completely do an operate with no disruption)

For me its a clear W for Terminators. The T-X especially is designed to integrate any weapon into its loadout with insain hacking capabilities.
Plus, if you discount the nukes because they want to use the planet, then you also have to discount the scout ships for the same reason.
Aliens can only replenish their numbers with Preditors so they're smart enough to avoid the Terminators where possible. Plus we're on Terminators home terf so they have numbers on there side.
We also have to take into acount that preditors dont work in high numbers, their too prideful and egotistical to fight in a large invasion force so likely hood is they'll send waves of hunting parties. And after each loss in the early game, skynet would easliy reverse engineer their tech and come up with countermeasures.
In terms of acid, the liquid metal is completely programmeable so for the T-X and T1000 they would just shed affected areas and continue fighting.
Rooting for Predator, betting on Alien, don't care either way about Terminator.

It can change shape, be embedded with nanites, see in a wide spectrum including infra red. It can network with its surroundings, power levels are a farce before it, it comes off an assembly line, and outscales evolution. The terminators would scrap the predator ship and make them hide for saftey. Hoping for a rescue ship. But the terminators would have assimilated the tech of the predators by the time they got there. The terminators would have a fleet of starships, and would be ready to take the fight to the predator home planet. They just cant compete. Slashing at liquid and shooting through their target as it forms holes in itself to let the munitions through... nukes wont kill it... Terminators are like roaches, the only way to kill them is to stop them from coming into existence!

I think there are 2 things no one is considering, the first is that skynet could outfit its units with temp controls that make them impossible to be seen by preds or aliens, two what if they use biological warfare and just create a pathogen that kills both species since skynet is not biological. Skynet could also develop nano tech that infiltrates the bodies of these species and kill them with grey goo. It seems to me skynet is the only player that can use indirect combat in this situation and that is huge. While sheer brute force goes to the other species that is not enough to kill a super AI. Imagine Skynet hacks the preds ships or armor and self destructs them? Skynet for the win.

Heading down to the planet to fight means that at some point it is likely that Skynet's forces may be able to get access to Yajuta tech and start adapting their forces with it. They are also the faction that has a time machine, so you can also get do-overs with bonus intel.
Xenos in this scenario feel like they are already in a bad spot, if the world is already run by Skynet then it means that the the amount of breeding stock is already limited so the potential human wave tactics will likely peter out before the other two sides run out of ammo.
The problems with xeno alien in this context is that they are scrapping for the same resourses Skynet want to get rid and have have get rid off. With no new human or living host to make new xeno, they would have to catch a few Predator and that is a high cost cause The predator aint just gonna roll over and let them

You have to take in consideration that skynet will be evolving at a rapid pace the moment both factions are spotted on Earth. Once it starts losing it can simply just go back in time with the same knowledge until it wins
On another note, the T1s that we see in the future war segments are the first robots produced by Skynet, they are not t-800s. This is a common misconception as t-800s are the infiltration units that are even stronger and more capable. Skynet also has time travel which means they have plenty of chances to reverse engineer predator tech or just go back in time to prevent the war all together.

Being a teenager in the 80's, last night I was thinking about how these are my three favorite movie franchises, of my lifetime.
There’s also this idea that predators are more dangerous than xenos by default because they hunt them… we usually see them hunting hatchlings days old in very controlled environments rigged against the xenos from the get go. We also don’t know how many worlds have just been lost to hives from hunts that get out of control. Not saying the xeno is deadliest but… that was the sense I got and I’m just leaving this as food for thought.
I do think plenty of terminators would just be a better match up against the xenos as they could rip any foreign organisms out of their chests and keep on chugging fine, stopping the xenos from quickly replenishing number which is one of their most dangerous traits. Terminators also wouldn’t get the psychological fuckery that humans for instance would suffer against the rape allegory of a foe that the xenos are.
I agree the predators would probably win a 3way brawl as well but i am curious to know if the preds have the resources to arm every one that’s attacking with the loadouts you described. My impression was not that that gear was a dime a dozen for em.

I would love to see a series dedicated to this kind of conflict. Skynet constantly adapting, sending shit through time for other versions of itself to fare better. Skynet hijacking Predator ships and sending Xeno eggs to the predator homeworld. The Xenos straight up ignoring the T-800s like they do the androids in Alien because they aren't alive.

This was a great take, I enjoyed hearing your analysis of each faction. I found myself ranking each faction a few different ways, but yes I do agree with you. There are a few times where the aliens catch the predators off guard or the predator gets caught up in some kind of bullshit that prevents them from fully using all their equipment or something like that. But it seems to be like a rule that there's only one or a couple predators that are hunting a lot of xenomorphs, so even one predator is very capable. Considering the terminators can't hold up to heat weapons well or acid, terminators lose. Predators win.

I find it bizarre that you'd give Predators and Xenomorphs their full canons, but oddly try limiting SkyNet. If Predators simply win, why have to limit Skynet? Even in that case, you just blatantly ignore SkyNet making plasma weapons standard by the time the time machines were used. Even during the T-600 era in Terminator Salvation, the Harvester Terminator had a plasma caster itself that one-shots vehicles, so SkyNet had plasma weaponry for a very long time.
If we limited it to movies for SkyNet, then you should've been fair by doing the same for Predators and Aliens, in which case SkyNet stomps because it actually has a functioning army.

The T-800 isn’t really the “mainline” unit of Skynet, the T-600 still was upon the beginning of T1 and T2, with the T-800 hitting product in order to finally rout the Resistance’s last hold outs.

IDK, I gotta give a slight edge to The Terminator/Skynet on this one for pretty simple reasons that you didn't bring up, Predators and Xenos feel pain, and can be distracted, rendered immobile from immense pain caused to them, Terminators feel nothing, you can blast off limbs, blow them up and they feel nothing and just keep coming after you, then there's the "human" error aspect, Preds are unique individually and often make miscalculations, and mistakes in the pursuit of their prey, especially underestimating what they're going after, and while Xenos are a hive mind, they still make mistakes like being caught off guard or baited by Preds in AVP, and being driven by lesser, animal instincts like hunger, reproduction, etc which can be easily manipulated, Terminators are machines, they strictly run data, and go by the numbers, and are bigger than an individual Terminator, Terminators are basically a super computer hivemind as well, they're all Skynet and Skynet is the "queen" if one Terminator falls the data is recorded to the hive mind and the next Terminator doesn't make the same mistake. So while yes no doubt some Terminators will fall, in a prolonged conflict, Terminators essentially gather all the data on the other two and makes a clean sweep of the board. Also would predators even be able to see Terminators? They're machines without body heat signatures, at the very least it would be harder, and if we're using Alien Isolation as canon, the alien never bothers the androids because they're technically not a " living" thing and have no use to them food or reproduction wise, the queen killed Bishop in Aliens simply because he was an obstacle in the way of her getting to Ripley. Also even if Preds just say fuck it and nuke the planet, that does nothing to stop the Terminators, the Xenos yes, but not Them, they're machines so it's not like radiation can hurt them, plus, again, Skynet would already have new Terminators made to replace any damaged or fallen ones.

One thing I didnt see mentioned is that the T-600s and T-800s would allow the Terminators and Skynet to give the Xenos a good run for their money... Titanium(T-600s) and Chrome Steel(T-800s & 850s), are HIGHLY resistant to acid, which would give the Terminators a defensive advantage, plus as mentioned the Xenos take major damage from heated plasma projectiles, which is what the HK vehicles and Terminators are armed with. However, I truly see the Yautja keeping ahead of both camps, with Skynet having to utilize other methods of detection to find Predators(heart beat sensors, spatial displacement sensors, EM spectrometers, etc)

That's because the xenomorph forms are conditional upon their hosts. They can't impregnate terminators and they don't get their hands on predators like that very often. So the most you'll see is the predator form of the alien. Which is lethal but certainly not the most dangerous of forms

Another interesting thing you haven't noted about the Predator's weapons and armor is that while there are cases of the Xenomorph acid blood melting through them via the '04 movie, it's actually noted across prior and subsequent entries in the expanded universe that this was a deliberate choice to give themselves a challenge particularly to their Young Bloods; Wolf's weapons in Requiem (if you can see it) have shown they're more than capable of making their weapons -- including their wristblades -- completely immune to the acid.

Another great terminator speed feat, is the T800 in T2 managing to move a 2 or 3 meters and shield John Conor while the T1000 was firing a 9x19 weapon, which is a supersonic feat. The Predators wouldn't really blow up skynet, as they would just think of the terminator as great prey, and a T800 i think is more durable than a Predator with slightly better ap. A Tx's plasma cannon i think is much stronger than a predators. Another thing is, if the Terminators manage to get a hold of a predator's tech, it really wouldn't be hard for Skynet to reverse engeneer it.
Another thing is, the T800 is designed to fight humans, not xenomorphs or predators, but the moment Skynet detects those, they will immediately start designing new terminators, designed to fight those. Xenomorph's would likely try to rush skynet head on, which wouldn't work, skynet would really just use some sort of a weapon to blow them up, then seeing as xenomorph's are a huge threat I don't see why it wouldn't nuke em. while the predators too will hunt xenomorphs, they wouldn't really nuke Skynet as as i said, they'd look at the terminators as a great prey and technically, skynet has infinite suply of terminators, as they can basically recycle the metal used to create em over and over again.
So unless the predators decided to wipe out all of their potential prey in one shot, which they wouldn't do, i can see them just having a conflict with skynet for a very long time, with the xenomorphes being dealt with quite easily. That's me tho.

Terminator Genesis, looks over shoulder, I do enjoy it as well. I actually like it move than Terminator 3 and maybe Salvation.
I've always thought that this should be a StarCraft style strategy game with these three. If not full on strategy, at least tower defense.
