Question. I guess you have to have an adobe account to use background remover tool?
No you don't and an alternative free tool is remove.bg
It took so long to create my request that I just gave up after 10 minutes.
It might have been a busy period with lots of other users. It definitely doesn't work well on a mobile so make sure you're using a computer and you're using a good internet connection.
