Several things, 1 I think your making those invitations shows your son and maybe even more importantly your daughter-in-law how much you care for her and welcome her into your family. 2 those invitations are so thoughtful and fun! 3 having a family that is so supportive of a new marriage really helps get that marriage off to a great start. Those are some lucky "kids". I love happy stories, this was a good one!
Gurl, shut up!!! You did not just "out do" yourself. These are precious as can be. I'm sure your son and his bride appreciated it. How thoughtful and creative. I may have to "craft lift" this from you. We live in Texas and LOVE our mason jars. Our daughter wants a Southern Texas wedding to include mason jars and I'm making the invitations. ;) I will have to share this idea to make for her and her future groom. Thank you so much for sharing. You are awesome and love all you do. Now, back to the making of the Wanderlust mini album. Which, again, is a beautiful and creative project you are doing. Blessings, always.
Lovely! your daughter must be proud to have you for her Mom. Lucky girl. I scrapbook 17 years. Have one more year to go. And now I find card making my calling. I love creating them and then gifting them to my family and friends.
Beautiful and if anything happens to your minc like it did mine you can use a laminated and instead of using the folder for the minc you use tissue paper
Quick tip, if you had a mason jar die, for a Sizzix you could scan it in your scanner and use a program to write your text in it, then print them out and use the same die to cut them in Sizzix. you could probably do all four at once, with four of the same die on the one sheet of paper with all four of your mason jars.
Very beautiful invitations!!! And congratulations on your son's upcoming wedding!!! P.S. He's so blessed and lucky to have a mum who creates all these gorgeous things!!! TFS with us!! xxx
I love love love them i just dont know how u got the pictures like that on the paper to even begin lol wish i could but ill find a way to do something similar Great job!!!
I love this tutorial all in all how much would you say it cost to make these and when you invitations do you charge and how do to decide what to charge? I would love a video on how to determine pricing.. great video!
Can you show me how you used Photoshop to create the page with the photos. I'm going to make my daughter's 15 invitations and I love what you did. Please I need help!
Most photo programs have an option to rotate the photo's. First rotate until the bottom photo is up-side-down then place it in your program. Good luck.
These are beautiful and personal, a great gift to the couple. I kept waiting for you to "ink everything up" but no ink in sight. What were your thoughts on that?
