We had miles of marsh and ponds behind our house when I was a kid. I was wading thru the swamp and saw a patch of 'dry' ground. I wanted to get onto solid ground and pull the leeches off my ankles. So I jumped...and went straight thru and got stuck in the mud below. The more I tried to get loose the more worn out I got. Then I saw a small speck in the distance. It was mom. She shouted "Time to eat dinner". I was yelling 'help' but she couldn't hear me and thought my waving frantically meant I was on my way. She turned around and went home. I ended up floundering on all 4's and kicking and crawling until I got out an hour later. I had to sleep in the garage again. The makeshift bedroom cot in there was for me to usually have to sleep in when I got sprayed by skunks. There are bugs and creatures in swamps that scientists don't even know about. This brings back great memories, THANKS Brennen ♥
We have what is called Muskkag in Northern Ontario..You'll be walking on solid ground in the woods and Like you said looks like total solid ground only just under the thin layer of ground is Northern quick sand of mud..Super dangerous..Your very lucky to have gotten out...We live we learn 💕
You guys rock! Thanks for what you do. It gives us introverted, housebound, lonely people great entertainment! ♥️♥️♥️👍🏼. ( Special place in my heart for Brennan). And I love your Canadian accents! From Rochester NY here
Brings back great memories! In my 20's and 30's I used to canoe camp all the time, I've done many multi week trips all over northern Quebec, eastern Ontario and the Adirondacks of NYS. In my 20's I even spent a few summers employed as a canoe tripper taking people on expeditions. Fun memories.
Is there a part 2? If there is I cant find it. I really enjoyed watching this as I like camping. I look forward to the second half of your guys’ adventure.
you showed us some awesome scenery. i laughed when you called *creeks* or *rivers* bogs.. lol but well done guys, looks like you had a great time, and good fishing too
Man - such an amazing video. My whole family and I are were on the edge of our seats laughing and loving this. Great crew. Great shots. Amazing music. I am hooked. Can't wait to see the video for the rest of the trip!!!
Fantastic - loved the scenery and the feel of being there. Brings back memories of being a kid growing up in Northern Maine and camping in the St. John and Allagash River wilderness area.

Awesome. I wish I was in much better shape. Car camping is best I can do now. But still, it is outside and out of this pandemic lockdown house that I used to love and am now sick of. Good thing you guys caught those fish cuz that mado and spud soup looked awful. and yes, the scenery is gorgeous.
Too bad there wasn't one 33 min video per day of your trip. You guys are really good, entertaining, and funny. Looking forward to the next one. thanks. 👍😎👍
Wow Brennen I am so impressed by your guys outdoorsman skills. It’s like you’re all Daniel Boone LOL. My God I would last five hot seconds. It was very beautiful and very interesting I can’t wait to see what happens in the rain. Great job 🌈
Bro what a glorious change of pace! Beautiful shot footage 😍 looked like such a fun adventure. More stuff like this please haha! You guys caught some nice chunky fish 🐠. Btw I love your water shoes Brennen! 😂👌🏻 where did you find those?? Cheers brother.

This video is awesome, looking forward to part 2 of the video! It's more like a movie or documentary though! That's what I think! All of the videos are great! You all just get better and better with every video! Great work! :)
I don’t know why I keep forgetting you guys live in Canada. I’m always thinking, “wow he sure likes Canada.” Nah, y’all just live there and I’m a dumbass 😂
Come on now you need to list the portage length in rods. Also this was great you guys should check out the BWCA. I’ve gone there a few times and it is amazing.
I liked going out with the guys even if I cannot do it in real life. However I guess it is time to accept, after waiting for part two for over one month, that they may have not made it back.
Why can't they make a bunch of men like Brennan here in the states? He is gorgeous but also seems super fun to hang with! Its nice to seem him act a little different compared to ADR
@@UnchartedTravel we haven't done Kiosk. One of our favourites is magnetwewan to Queer Lake. We are alot older than you so don't do loops or alot of portaging anymore. You should do more videos backcountry! :) Started following you thru ADR. I've been following Dan for about 10 years now I think...a long time. :)
