What's with international versions of IE? Are these utils working correctly with different language versions of IE and Windows?
(For example with Hebrew Windows and IE)

Hard to say without looking at what infection you had. Possible you have zeroaccess that damages network settings.
Never seen a fix or reset for Chrome, are there any? if so could you please make a video. Thanks enjoy all the videos really informative.

I use firefox it has a pop up blocker.

Nice. Do you have an updated tutorial on updating drivers? I have managed to find some with programs like FileHippo but still have to do a lot of googling for some.
google iobit driver booster, the free version is good at finding and updating your drivers.. also has an option to roll back incase of problems...

hey can you help me, when i try to open a webpage from chrome or mozilla or ie, it is done loading but the webpage is blank. I dont know what happens, I cant open some websites, but still able to open famous website such as facebook twitter youtube. It started to happen since i tried to update flash player when i try to stream movies on the internet, idk if its scam or not.
and my homepage is changing into palican by itself
