Idea for life in paradise: Make a scavenger hunt around the map and whoever finds everything they need to, they can get in game money or robux. (Your choice.) If the other players don't find enough items in time, they will get banned or kicked from that one server.
Another idea: Put a teleport pad on every bed in the house and create a dream world with clouds and stars. It can either be a nightmare or a good dream.
Another idea: Create a rollercoaster or some type of ride in life in paradise and create spooky jumpscares during the ride.
Another idea: Make a trick or treating event in game with a few of your friends and let the other players trick or treat from house to house. (Can include actual tricks such as killing, scaring, or a punishment. The treat can't be anything violent, but other than that, you can choose what you want the treat to be.)
Another idea: Create a maze in game and put signs in the maze. They can say things such as 'You're getting close!, You aren't very near., Hurry up, time is running out!' Or anything else you want them to say. In the maze , make it foggy and become a killer morph and if you see any players, you chase them through the maze and kill them. Whoever gets to the end first, gets any reward you would like to give them.

Here are some tips on phasmophobia. (You can find my comment on Albert's other video of him playing phasmophobia)
If you hear something move, get an UV light and shine it on the object that moved.
Keep a candle so your sanity won't go as low so the ghost won't hunt you as much.
Saying it's name during a question will not make it answer on the spirit box. Instead you'll anger it.
Don't hide in a corner where a room or hallway is next to it. The ghost can kill you through walls. (Disclaimer) They might fix this in an update.
If someone died and they have insurance, take a picture of the body so they can get their items back.
