The last house on the Street, I really enjoyed it. Matter of fact: I just recommended last week to one of my library patrons. I enjoyed Harry's Tree's. Solid 4 stars. Probably wait til maybe end of summer to read that one though. Have fun reading.
Thomas Nelson is a Christian Publishing company. Although they are going more mainstream, but still publish clean reads. The faith content in most of their newer books is on the light side. I still enjoy reading books that they publish. I hope that you like The Summer of Yes. It's on my TBR as well. Thanks for sharing! Safety in travels to your brother's memorial service. We are doing one for my mom the end of the June. She just passed away a couple of weeks ago.

After I saw your wheel, I made a wheel of what’s on my shelves right now. The first book I spun was Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell. 😮 over 1,000 pages! I dnf'd it at page 175. I just was not at all interested. Then I spun The Nightingale! 5 stars. Then I spun Wuthering Heights 😂 I finished it (5 stars) and now I’ve spun The Reckoning at Gossamer Pond. From the library I have out Murder Road and Little Fires Everywhere.
This never happens but three of the books on your June tbr I've actually already read , and two of them recently. I gave all three at least four stars. Ready Player Two I listened to on audio which I would recommend. John Hughes movies are a large chunk of the book, so brush up on your 80s teen movies :) The Diane Chamberlain book was soooo good, you are going to love that one. Happy June reading!
I’ve haven’t read Sanderson yet, and I’ve got so many challenges planned already this summer, so I don’t think this is going to change anytime soon😊. I like the sound of Sando Summer though. Miss Buncle is great, I loved the first book. This has been fun❤️
The Last House on the Street was so good, but just a warning there was a couple scenes that were very disturbing that i wish i was at least prepared for. I listened to the audiobook and was sobbing so hard.
I’ve been reading the Finlay Donovan series. Really good and funny. I also read The Radium Girls WOW and the Shady Hollow series. There is another one coming out in July.
I just want to give you a huge thank you for mentioning Outlaw Noble Salt by Amy Harmon in your last video. I picked it up immediately and COULD NOT put it down! It was 5 stars!!!!!

I recently read The Last House on the Street, I liked it a lot it was pretty good. I gave it 5 stars. I am just trying to read from my shelves for June. I hope to participate in Big Book Summer, have a 2nd book in a series that has over 500 pages and found it on Scribd to listen to so be reading and listening to it. Hope to get it off my shelf it is called The Rook by Steven James a mystery book.
For June I’m most excited about Darling Girls by Sally Hepworth. I’ve been saving it for a road trip with my family. And also I’ve started Everyone on This Train is a Suspect by Benjamin Stevenson. Loving it already.
I'm curious about Darling Girls. I heard it's a bit more raw than some of her other works. Keep me posted what you think of it. Glad you're loving your current read.
I’m going to read The Outlaw Noble Salt and the return of Sherlock Holmes other than that I’ll work on two series I’m reading and if there is time a couple of recommendations. I finished The Hiding Place yesterday. I will need to reread this one for sure. I’m thinking of doing one reread each month next year.
Agree, Ready Player One was great but it doesn’t need a sequel. I haven’t read the second one and don’t plan on it.
I haven't heard one person say they liked it yet! haha. I'm doomed...but that's ok. It will be one less book on my shelves.

Winter Lost by Patricia Briggs. This is a series book that we have been impatiently waiting to read for about 18 months. I pre-ordered it in January.

Reading keeps me sane! haha Plus, with lots of long car rides/travel it's nice to have audiobooks to help pass the time.
