Your 4x4 turned out great, I would not be able to keep all of those angles straight. I was really happy to see you closed up the frame. I was disappointed to see you Lincoln locker the transmission, I understand why you did it would have been great to see some sort of limited slip or part time locker. The same for the rear axle, it would have much better traction.
Okay, that's some pretty sweet fabbing skill in here. If I may make a suggestion? I'd advise bracing the front lower control arm mounts. The subframes that carry them appear a bit more robust in the material thickness in a passenger car application but are visibly beefier on an SUV.
