I had no idea cruises could be so much fun and relaxing at the same time. As someone who travels a lot, I loved the change of pace on cruises. You can get a few countries in on one trip without all the stress that comes with organizing travel to all those countries. And who knew they had all these amenities on board?!

My favorite moments of being in a relationship is exactly what I saw at the 8:06 mark😂I absolutely love being my silly old self in front of my husband. Being able to act out, make faces, and embarrass myself is really important to me. And to him as well. Otherwise, we would just be strangers trying not to look silly in front of eachother which is boring lol. I gotta change my voice and dance and change characters all in a matter of 30 seconds. And he be like...what just happened??😂 And don't let it be bedtime stories with the kids, cuz you are asking for me to go from an old British man voice to a Jamaican woman to a...a cat? Idk😂

I loved hearing Max talking about being sensitive and self-love. I am a very sensitive person and for most of my life wished I could change that. Now the more I love myself, the more I love being sensitive because it also makes me more empathetic and compassionate towards others. I’m learning to regulate my emotions and also accepting that it might take me a bit more effort because I am a sensitive soul and that’s ok.
I appreciate you two sharing these nuggets of wisdom and sharing your experience on the cruise! I’ve never been on a cruise, but I’m thinking forward to my next birthday. I’m not a planner, so I like that cruises and resorts do the planning for you! Lastly, I appreciate Max sharing his challenges with sensitivity. Being sensitive gets a bad rap! People always talk about being “too sensitive” as a bad thing. But plenty of people are not sensitive enough! Sensitivity is a superpower. But also, without some level of mastery it can get in the way. That has been true for me, too. Thanks again for sharing!

I have the same challenge Max has (self love). It makes me act out that "strong woman/set the record straight" mindset" like Maya talks about. It does show thru your words. I haven't figured it out either Max. Honestly seeing Max in the suit with the hair was my vision of what a swedish man look like. He could model. Hope you have a still to frame and to show your child when she is a teenager.

I don’t comment often, but I hate this video. It really broke my heart. Maya is such a selfless person. All of her responses were things that she noted in conscious partnership with Max, that she was selflessly stating. And most of Max’s responses were so individualistic, all about himself? And not really selfless at all but actually quite selfish. Which I totally understand, as a person who also once dated a person from a similar culture, it breaks my heart that they also spoke to me the same way. My heart broke in a million pieces? Because I hurt for the million little paper cuts that you suffer being in love with a person from an individualistic culture. All I’m seeking is a sense of togetherness and selflessness, and all they are seeking is autonomy, individuality and mutual personal fulfillment. I hope I am not projecting, because my heart really hurts for this. I wish them all the best as they continue their journey, and I hope I am wrong.
