Hey shun :) about the back acne comment it’s the conditioner. While conditioners moisturize our hair it also clogs our pores. I typically wash my hair first then I wash my body so I can wash off the conditioner I use an antibacterial soap while this helps its best not to wash your hair in the shower at all unfortunately. It kind of sucks because I get the best hair washes in the shower but the heat from the shower opens pores and the conditioner goes right in. I still wash my hair in the shower I just try not to let the conditioner go down my back and I always follow up with an antibacterial soap afterward. I hope this helps!!

I have low porosity hair and the mielle anti shedding conditioner makes my hair so soft and makes it easier to detangle I have thick natural hair and did not have to use a lot of product it does contain many natural ingredients so if you use make sure there's nothing you are allergic to

Having low porosity hair is not for the weak. My deep conditioning treatments have to be under steam or a dryer so it can absorb moisture
