Wow, didn’t expect to cry in a 5 minute meditation. Being reminded that I deserve love without having to do or accomplish anything was needed. I always put pressure on myself to be a good son, father, husband, sibling, and all these other things and stop myself from accepting love from others or myself because of it. Thank you for this meditation and reminder ❤

I needed this so much. I did this meditation while my 7 week old baby lay in my lap. Felt super lost lately hating my new body, struggling in this new role. But the bunny reminded me of my baby and how deserving of love he is. And I know he is deserving of all of the love right now and he is just beginning his existence. I was once this small too and deserving as well and still am. I needed this reminder.

Most cute little baby bunnies end up as snake food. But at least they don't have to got to work at 9! They must be so full of love knowing they are going to stay in a cold freezer for some while, before ending up in a Anaconda's stomach.
