I'm not Jamaican, I'm a Black American. And I agree Jamaicans can build their own country and make it a great place. The Caribbean should be a Black paradise, its beautiful there. Black folks in the Caribbean should take control of their sitution and build the country into a viable place. If I was capable of building in the Caribbean i certainly would, but I am focusing in America, my birthplace.
You are welcome to build in the Caribbean too. Alot of European Americans are in the Caribbean living in paradise and still visit America, so they have both. So you are welcome for sure.

I came to America over fifty years ago, and from i got to America I knew that I wouldn't be living my entire life there, I knew that I would have had a family so I wanted to give them the opportunity of maximizing opportunities presented in a developed country,I left America four years ago and now Live in Panama 🇵🇦, it was the best decision that I could have ever made. I planned my exit from America some thirty five years ago, so when the time came and all my children were all grown and living different parts of the world it was time for my wife and I to leave, my friends don't work your whole life trying to make a living and not living a a fulfilled life,leave if you can while you still have time, you can never own anything in America, even when you think you own your Home in your old age, taxes would force you out because of the appraised value of your home,and you wouldn't be able to keep up with living on a fixed income, be wise and start planning your exit strategy, medical expenses can take everything that you thought you owned. Don't mistake race and ethnicity. Don't mistake race and ethnicity.
A race does not make you the ethnic make up of a nation like all of one race of white people are not ethnic to one nation once you figure that out and reject people of other ethnicity then that's when the trouble states. If you check on statistics of who has always been leading on immigrants in USA from 1800 to 2024,you will find that in the TOP 20 it's always Europeans, Asians and South Americans, you will not see African countries or Caribbean, but because ignorance is cheap and people can't research, they chose to hate Black.,when Europeans and Americans come to Africa they're called investors/expatriates but when we go overseas we are called illegal immigrants despite having a valid visa. the high rent prices is not just apply to the tristate of n,y. n.j. connecticut, but all over including florida, massachusettes in new england, the average rent is over $2000 and there is no end in sight for the rent to go down, i was recently paying $1400 and the lanlord rase it to $ 1700, but i am heading to brazil to retire for good, the situation is going to get much worse, there is very litte crubs on the table, with all the influx of illegal immigrants, what do you except., the rent is also affecting black americans who were here before the so called migrants, do not forget that black americans also pay taxes likeewise
