Uhm... so... she in fact has a very very harsh spur, very harsh hands to match. Her piaffe is often extremely on the forehand with no balance and support in the hind, so it's not even a mechanically correct piaffe at any time. Sadly she is just like the rest.
No parallels lines in the horse’s moments at all, this horse is not comfortable with the moment that it is doing being forced upright like it is. (Restricting airflow) Isabell has been facing backlash recently for her speaking out against horse abuse during the Olympics but she was abusing horses in the past and people are hating because German professional riders are known for incorrect handling of horses. Now is the time to speak out and get back to normal dressage ❤

I’m not sure if people are confused but if you are, she is not slapping or hitting the horse. I know it looks like she is but she is simply thanking the horse and like saying good job.
Yes she's thanking the horse but horses don't like to be slapped like that. I guess competitors do it because if you did what the horse would actually like (a scratch or a rub) it wouldn't have the same emotional impact on the audience.
This is one of the problems that modern dressage horses have. Spectators and supporters who have no idea about biomechanics, horse communication and the effects of the wrong riding style on horses. You are responsible for horses having to walk unphysiologically, which is clearly painful. IW deliberately leaves the horse's nose slightly forward so that people like you think everything is fine. It doesn't change anything about their actual, abusive riding.
Notice that she rides with barely any rein contact and Wendy has her face slightly ahead of verticle - which is classically correct. Quiet legs too, just cues. Lovely, just lovely.
A horse easily subordinates itself. These high-class horses in particular have been taught something called learned helplessness. This horse signals submission and discomfort. You have to look at this pair in a very romanticised way to believe that the horse loves this work.
@@madammim8198 I am not a fan of Werth, but no. This is not at all connected with the class. Lots of low class riders are often even worse, because they act much more "random" (for the horse). Aditionally there are very kind and good riders in every class
@@leadostch1154 also klar wenn man in der Dressur hochklassig reitet ist es meistens schlecht fürs Pferd und ich habe das Video gesehen wo sie ihr Pferd nicht sitzen kann und klar manchmal reitet sie in Rollkur aber andere Frage : welcher hohe Dressurreiter reitet denn nicht in Rollkur? Und wenn man bedenkt das sie einen Hype hat werden natürlich manche Sachen nicht genau beurteilt aber in dem Clip den man oben sieht kann ich als Reiterin eigentlich keine Misshandlung erkennen, also du hast deine und der Rest hat seine eigene Meinung und wenn man sowas schreibt wie „She abuses her Horses“ sollte man wenigstens eine Erklärung haben. Wenn du selber mal ohne Pferd im Leistungsbereich trainiert hast, weißt du wie schön, angenehm und lösend Klopfmassagen nach voller Anspannung sein können. Beim Menschen sogar mit Fäusten von professionellen Masseuren praktiziert.

Was watching the olympics today and my mum asked why there heads were so far into there chests (when the were doing collected trot canter and the rest) I said it could be worse it could be in there neck. (By no means am I an equestrian I am just a huge horse lover than knows loads abt horses but rides my friends sometimes that’s it) That is the best looking collect I have seen all day from drassage in the olympics.

Ja, doch...deshalb wurden Pferde domestiziert und im Krieg eingesetzt, weil man ihnen das Imponiergehabe von Hengsten eben auch antrainieren konnte...über die Jahrhunderte wurde das nur perfektioniert und darauf angepasst, dass das Pferd seinen Reiter lang und ohne Schaden zu nehmen tragen kann.
Ja, weil das fürs Pferd gleichbedeutend mit bestrafenden Schlägen ist. Viele Reiter tun so, als wären die Pferde mit extrem dicker Haut ausgestattet und würden das Lob nur dann spüren, wenn man sie richtig dolle abklopft. Man sieht im Video ja, wie sensibel und verwirrt das Pferd auf die "Schläge" reagiert. Die Wahrheit ist, dass die Haut der Pferde sehr sensibel und dünn ist. Wie unsere. Sie spüren jede kleine Berührung, jede Fliege. Klopfen bedeutet für sie "das hast du falsch gemacht, du warst gar nicht gut!" Während sanftes, einfühlsames streicheln das echte Lob ist und sie es als "sehr gut gemacht" verstehen. In meiner Zeit in Reitschulen habe ich auch immer gesagt bekommen, man solle Pferde "abklopfen". Aber irgendwann wurde ich durch Aufklärungsvideos und Reitsportdokumentationen darauf aufmerksam, dass das für Pferde sehr unangenehm und bestrafend ist. Bis zum Ende meiner Reitsportzeit habe ich dann auf sanftes streicheln gesetzt.

Aber irgendwann wurde ich durch Aufklärungsvideos und Reitsportdokumentationen darauf aufmerksam, dass das für Pferde sehr unangenehm und bestrafend ist. Bis zum Ende meiner Reitsportzeit habe ich dann auf sanftes streicheln gesetzt.

@@blackshards3415Ja prinzipiell stimmt das! Sehr viele Pferde verknüpfen damit allerdings mit der Zeit das das Training/ Turnier vorbei ist weshalb es mit der Zeit dann Positiv verknüpft wird trotzdem sollte man es besser lassen!!!!😢
