That is a very impressive tute. A man who know what he is talking about and can get the message over without fuss or gimmicks. Top marks....I’’ll be giving it a go and subscribing. Thank you.
Sir I have been struggling to find a video like this!!! You are awesome and this helped me feel 💯 % comfortable using photoshop. Thank you for this great content
This is a really clear, helpful video for a newbie like me. I’ve always meant to get to grips with Photoshop and it looks like I’ve found a great source of lessons during my tentative first steps.
This was super helpful. Any idea when I click text and then the image the canvas slides up so I can’t see it when the keyboard pops open? Even with keyboard shut, the canvas stays up off screen? Thanks
Love listening to you Terry....great job. I just uploaded a tutorial too on my take....hardly as polished as yours but I’m learning. What software did you use to impose yourself like that? Really helpful visually to me. 🤙🏾🤙🏾
awesome! thanks for a comprehensive review can't wait to see future reviews - curious - how much GB space does it take up on the iPad Pro you are using ?
VERY nice explanations. In viewing the tutorial on my iPad, sometimes the smaller icons and operations were a little hard to see quickly. Other than that, some wonderful examples and use of the tools. This is more informative than a lot of other tutorials on PS on the iPad.
Thx so much for the great intro vid-I have been waiting for this since 2013-& so glad that Illustrator will be out later this year! Now if they would add InDesign . . .
Do you guys know how to create a copy of the all layers in Photoshop iPad? In the desktop Photoshop I create a new empty layer and then use apply image, I don’t seem to be able to do that on the iPad, do you guys know any other way? Thanks in advance
Hi dear, I have a problem with Raw pictures when I upload to my IPad for photoshop it's telling me unsupported flie. So any idea can help me with it. Thanks
Curves!! Been in photoshop since 94, its prob the most important tool in the software. Professionals use curves ..and supposedly the ipad pro , ‘real photoshop’ surely has the curves tool Terry ?!?
Hi Terry, always love your tutorials. And PS for iPad is something we know, but don't. All help is very much appreciated. I only got so distracted to see the small moon in shadow. Shouldn't that be the brightest side? (But, hey, never saw a ladder up to it, either ..)
Very comprehensive intro...however don't find it intuitive - took 2 photos to start with my ipad and can't bring in the second as a layer from within the app the app, wonder where it is .?
@@TerryLeeWhite - thank you Terry for the quick response. Assumed that the images taken with the PS App.would appear in Lightroom but not so. Neither do they appear in camera roll. My solution was to quick export them to files / desktop. From where I can then import the second image back into a layer using the import tool.
Thanks Terry. I must admit, I was hugely underwhelmed by the first version here. What irked me the most was the constant use of the term ‘full photoshop’, which gave myself, and I think everyone, an unrealistic expectation. That said, having watched your tutorial and hearing a normal human being explain things, I’m way more optimistic that this will eventually become an ace piece of kit. In a way, this will allow people to walk before they can run and make sure the fundamentals are solid, but is it too light to be used in any serious way yet? I really hope the touted adding of features is as aggressive as they say. The ability to request features and not just write ‘um, all of them please’ is hard not to resist currently. Have a great day Mr White.
Why can't Adobe just mirror the desktop interface to the iPad? They should stop treating the iPad as if it was a 7 inch android tablet. HOW ANNOYING!!!!!

It was confusing at first but I find myself using it more and more for the smaller edits. I like where it's going.
Hey Terry I like the clip probalby will recreate it to improve my skills 😁🙌🏼

Does anyone have the recipe on how to extend the background using content aware scale in PS for iPad?
Can you do head swaps on this app?
Yes.
Terry White Thanks for the fast reply. Do you offer a tutorial on this?
Can you print pictures you create ?
Yes
Very comprehensive intro...however don't find it intuitive - took 2 photos to start with my ipad and can't bring in the second as a layer from within the app the app, wonder where it is .?
Brendan Kilgallon tsp the tool on the lower left that looks like an image to bring in your 2nd image.

Photoshop for ipad brings a transparent moon! 😂😜
Nice tutorial, thee of the same name!
Mantap😍😍❤❤😍❤😍🖒😍🖒😍😘😍😘😍
It’s now May 2020 and there have been no updates. There are apps that do a lot more, it’s almost unusable.
Does "layer style" exist on this?
TayTay BeyNippy not yet.
not for 10.00 amonth when i can get affinity for one time fee an it does more, 10 a month thats crazy
How to get started... 1. Purchase and install Affinity Photo for a one time fee. 2. Delete Photoshop. Done.
Does Affinity handles cataloging and batch setting edits like Lightroom?
👍✌️🙌
A liar that I like! lol!
Why can't Adobe just mirror the desktop interface to the iPad? They should stop treating the iPad as if it was a 7 inch android tablet. HOW ANNOYING!!!!!
Definitely necessary because the Adobe tutorials just jump around and don’t explain anything step by step.
Good video but not for beginners
what raw formats can I open in Photoshop for iPad ?
thank you
