I'm glad it doesn't have an oleophobic coating. Because with a coating this thing would only last a few months before it would become a worthless piece of glass. On my phones, I ALWAYS have the spot where I scroll and touch most rub off on me after a few months. Putting a coating on glass pads would make them just like cloth pads in durability. And the whole reason these are worth the steep asking price is that they last. But I also hate the idea that I will probably have to buy this arm sleeve thing. But I'll have to wait and see, mine my skypad will arrive tomorrow. On the plus side I got it for mad cheap (30 euro) together with the travel case during the black friday sale. Weird thing was that they were selling the skypad 3.0 xl for 50 (50% off) on amazon, but the version that comes witht he travel case for 30, despite both being the same 3.0 XL version. So I got it for 70% off. I think it's because the one witht he travel case only has 4 reviews. And the one without has tons. At first I thought something had to be wrong, maybe it's just the case or something. But nope, it's the pad and the case. Both the version with and without the case are sold by skypad themselves on amazon.
So these armsleeves are made by the company, FOCUS. Here's their website: focusgg.pro/products/focus-pro-arm-sleeve Double check the sizings though. There's also retailers like AUSMODSHOP and MAXGAMING and likely someone else in APAC that retails!
It's quite a big jump as it's a comparison between cloth and glass. Glass is hard, flat and usually smooth so it stays a consistent super fast glide. The skypad is statistically the fastest pad on the market. The infinite speed is cloth so it will have a bit more friction and more drag but regardless it's the fastest cloth pad I've used. I personally don't like the skypad fir tge copious amount of maintenance but would rather recommend a Pulsar SUPERGLIDE pad if you want a glass pad. And the Infinite Speed pad if you want cloth.
