Yeah I should’ve listen to you sooner. Crappy carb but it’s so powerful. I’m gonna get a g444,g466, and g660. They are so awesome! Can’t wait to get some new parts for them big bores and oem parts! I think they are the way to go to be honest. Unless you’r not worried about the cost.
@@brainiacproductions357 I just got a g444 ported by Aaron Lynch with the big bore kit. He calls it a 460 lite. Man it smokes my 660. I never knew a saw could be this strong. He sent me a video of it when he first got it built and it was 1 second slower than a ported 500i. If you look at his playlist you can see the 460 lite in action. It's an absolute animal and it's the only saw I ever used that actually scared me. My ported 660 with dome piston and a ton of work is no slow saw but my 460 lite is on another level
@@brainiacproductions357 I've built my ns872i a couple times now and I'm working on the third build with it. I cut a ton from the chamber and I have a 272 husky piston for it. Most the port work is done I've just got to put it back together. I also have a couple more cylinders on order for it and I'll port them in different ways to see what I can get out of them also
@@matthewknight5641 haven’t found the video yet of his 460 lite. And yeah may have to take a break unfortunately. Works just been really crap lately. I’d like to buy his 372 he’s about to sell that’s black and gray. But unfortunately won’t be able to so I’ll probably just buy another clone saw and port it myself. I’ve found a couple Wiseco pistons that I wanna try and pair it with a meteor cylinder.
@@brainiacproductions357 just go to his videos and scroll down. He's built several of them. I'm anxious to take apart the 460 lite so I can see exactly what he does to them to make them so fast. I'll measure it every where and get it's timing numbers also
Heck yeah man. I bought the ns872i and it's been great and really fun to learn alot with. Easy to work on and learn some porting

for copies, it's best to change the sword and chain right away, since that's their drawback
Subd, loving your vids man. Sounds like she needed a re-tune BADLY.
Definitely thing wouldn’t even cut out of the box. Definitely needs a muffler mod and maybe some timing advance but I’m pretty happy with it.
With a few mods these Holzfformas wake up. Porting, muffler mod, timing advance and sprocket size will make a big difference.
Yeah I’ve been messing around with the timing and muffler mod. Won’t do any porting till I get my angle grinding pen.
