Way past kicking in doors, clearing structures, humping mountains, but just because I'm old do not think you are out of range to 2000+m. I'd spend half that price for a Barrett MRAD, have caliber changeability, great accuracy, reliability, great company backing, and way more pzazz. OH, WAIT....I already did...six times over for a full rainbow of MRADs....including the new Coyote brown on the MK22 Advanced Sniper Rifle with 308 300 and 338NM barrels. Yeah, that MK22 cost more than the Accountant....bu. bu. but I got a free Hensoldt Spoter 65 with it.... a $4330 bonus. Life is SWEET without any adult supervision. But, I'd give up everything I have to have my adult supervision back.
Whoof this was hard to watch. I love all your videos and pretty religiously watch all of them. But this was ridiculous. A bunch of random plinking at probably 50-100 yards then some “at distance” target which based on the ballistic turret is about 225 yards🤣 that’s not exactly what I’m used to from you guys when talking about targets at distance. I would love to get behind this build since I love you guys so maybe you just need to make a new video on this and actually explain the build then really stretch its legs.
Caliber I was thinking a 8.6. Accuracy seemed good for a quiet close range gun. If it is 14k you are right price is way out of line even with a nice breafcase. I am thinking 4k and I will get the scope and mount of my choice.
If your goal was to showcase the performance and accuracy of this rifle, you certainly failed. Also leaving a loaded mag in the gun with people down range seems like gun safety 101 kinda stuff.

I'm not sure if anything on this rifle is exclusive to gunwerks. That's a WTO switchlug action and it has a rem 700 foot print. This is probably to most over priced rifle I've ever seen. By my count the barrel must be the bulk of the 13k+ price.
@@SAUM76The barrels realistically cost them about $2200 a piece, my evidence is that you can look up the barrel maker and estimate from their site. The scope, chassis, action, and briefcase together add up to a hefty amount, but I think there’s like a +75% markup on it just because gunwerks.

@@badmpg Definitely NOT. The barrel is too short for a 338 LM. You can't meet the necessary 1:10 twist for a 338LM with such a short barrel
