I’ve recently switched from Riders of Théoden to Assault Upon Helms Deep. The next tournament in my area is 800 points. I brought 2 balistas to a few practice games and so far they’ve done next to nothing. 🤦♀️
I reaaallly want to use them but might have to drop them. Sounds like you’ve had the same luck! 😂
@@TabletopCollective yeah I had some rough luck but then I probably wasn’t using them very well. They did cause serious problems for poor old Gandalf though 😆
Awesome stuff, looked a great tournament and a heap of fun. Really scratches the hobby itch and I get more tempted by MESBG by each video :) Maybe I should kill 2 birds and fly home to kiwiland and attend a tourney as well perhaps haha. - on that sorcerers blast the first model hit should have stopped its movement when it contacted another model (it doesnt fly over the top). not that it really affected the game much.

Really nice video, lovely Channel 😊😊😊👍🏻. Just one question about the sourceres blast. If the target hits one model or piece of terrain behind, he is not flying further more, both are going down. The other model gets a S3 hit of am i wrong.

I don't like siege weapons I think they are not a good way to start out the game.
Yeah they're a bit rough to play against. In saying that I still only managed to win one game out of 6 with 2 ballistas haha! 🤦♂️
