Queenstown, NZ and NZ 🇳🇿 as a whole is my favorite place on earth. BC is my 2nd favorite and the alps in France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy are my 3rd favorite. As far as riding in the U.S. goes Washington State, Colorado and California are my favorite places. Awesome video as usual Nate.
One of my favorite's too. Can't believe I used to ride that on a fully rigid bike in the 90's. Can't say I'm too fond of the ride back to Keystone and up to A-basin though. Pavement sucks.
Nate, do ever get simply overwhelmed with video footage. I still have things I haven't finished from 2 years ago and we had a busy summer. The fact that you put one of these out a week is crazy. Props buddy. I'll be editing until I'm in a retirement center.
The weekly thing is starting to weigh on my mind a bit. Haven't missed a friday for 3.5 years. Thanks for always showing support of the chanel. I appreciate that.
@@natehills9388 I just know what a time-consuming process it is. You put a lot of work into these. Especially love the drone footage you add. Did you get a chance to ride "Paperboy" at Trestle before the end of season?
WOW....SO MUCH riding without pedaling a single revolution! How long was the climb up? Were you able to shuttle at least a part of it? Everything we have here is up and down over "mountains" that are about 2-300 feet tall, with a few around 1K. So....lots of pedaling even on the descents in most cases. I LOVED riding Porcupine Rim, because of how much of it is descending with little pedaling, just for something different. That looked AMAZING!!
Yes it will be winter soon, can't wait because it was 88 degrees here yesterday! That trail looked bitchin, did you have to hump to the top or can you shuttle it? The exposure at the beginning looked serious.
Nate when you are riding can you put whichever model of bike you're riding on your handlebar? Unless it's the Franken sb165 of course 😂. Just curious to know which bike you are choosing for which terrain.
That light and Colorado blue sky.... money! Is this really your favorite? Front range stuff was pretty sick with James , whatever you like , it’s always fun to watch.... I drink your kool aid.
Hey Nate I had a question about these trails you go to, I’ve been riding hardtail for about 2 years now, is it recommended to ride full or am I able to ride my hardtail on terrain (rocks and bigger bumps)
Where are you riding this weekend? Get out there and make the most of the fall weather, it will be winter before we know it!
Miner's 🤘🚲 Guess I'll have to add this one before the snow starts flying Happy Trails buddy
Riding at my favorite trails at Carvins Cove Reservoir here in Roanoke, VA...the sun on those trees was stunning
I'm biking in Austin and using alot of the tips from your past video about the Austin mtn biking life. Keep making great videos man!
Buff Creek...but thinking maybe this instead...😂
It's still summer in Texas
8:15 - probably the most spectacular riding backdrop I’ve ever seen. Incredible. Thanks for sharing man 🤙
The dynamic range coming out of my Hero7 is impressive.
Spectacular! Quakies doing their thing, moose doing his thing, Nate doing his thing, what a time to be alive!
Nature exemplified.
Ok. This one is on the bucket list. Sweet ride.
So amazing how much land out there is uninhabited and so beautiful!
Those Landscapes!! It's Soulfood👌 Have a nice Weekend!
Breathtaking colors!
Beautiful scenery
They just shut down the lifts in Snowmass. I have the trails all to myself. I love fall.
So rad to see you and Tall Guy ripping Lenawee like old times...miss you dudes, Will
I can totally see why it's a favorite. Such epic trail building and great riders to shred it proper.🤘
I agree 100% - one of my favorite trails, hands down
K M I have only done it as an out and back, which meant a whole lot of hike a bike on the way up. Fire roads from the back side are the way to go!!
That dude needs like a 300mm dropper post. "Tall Guy" is an understatement! Looks like a fun ride.
Looks like the absolute best time to be there!!
Great trail, haven't been to Colorado in years. So jealous.
Amazing bike riders, I live in Colorado it's beautiful and it's going to snow Thursday evening first snow for us.

Fully rigid is for pavement.... 😂
Beautiful ride and views!
Nice, I can feel the crisp air ✔👍
Amazing place! So cool.
Rad dudes, rode this last Saturday and it was all time.
Bro now that’s the trails I love so cool, have a great weekend👊💪👍
And you!!
Sweet trails, moose cameo, music on point too! Nice one.
You should come out to Western North Carolina this fall and do a Follow Cam Friday with Seth's Bike Hikes.
Seth is the man. He rides a bike well.

Sick rocky trails Nate! Good ridings!, and amazing landscapes & nature. Those woods wauws!...and those colors at 8:10..mind blowing!
Fall is stunning up here. Enjoy the weekend!
@@natehills9388 You too my friend!
Not only is A-Basin a great place to ski it’s also a great place to Ride.
It was a pleasure to meet you Nate !!!
Okc
Likewise. Enjoy your stay!
You're such a skilled rider.
love it, nice and fast ride.
Wow, nice job!
I find it fascinating that Reggie Miller actually does mountain bike. You need to hook up and do a ride with him. Video gold!
What a legend! Would love to ride with Reggie.
Super video 🤘😎
8:03 the golden leaves and and the sun shining on the mountain across the way looks amazing. Do you ever stop to enjoy the scenery. Cheers man
I always appreciate my surroundings 😍
Excelente, saludos desde Argentina
Perfect...
Damn. Wish we had downhill trails as long as that here in England.

🍵 👍
Epic!

This basically involves a pavement shuttle and then a 1600ft grunt climb up the ski area. Well worth the effort.
Sweet!
Holly sshit you guys climbed A-B, must it be quiet a work out damn it, great trail and riding , as always, thank you V!
Reasonable climb for sure.
My kinda trail! Super fun with super views! Was that sunrise or sunset? Very cool lighting!
We began the descent at about 6:15pm
Nate an awesome video. You start in A-Basin but where to you pop out. Looks familiar as I've ATV'd around Keystone.
They started making snow yesterday, I assume that means no more climbing up from the A-basin side for the year :(
The road is clear. I bet you will be good.

Awesome ride! Subscribed!
Do you shuttle back to abasin after that?
Thanks
That is the best way to do it.
@@natehills9388 sweet, thanks!

Most people shuttle the pavement but there is now getting around the grunt climb up the ski area. Very steep.
Holy shite, what gimbal is that?? (video is so smooth, nice riding too but damn that stability is insane)
Park city trails :)
👍🏻👍🏻

This is my favorite alpine trail. Hard to choose.
Damn, I always forget about this ride. Killer stuff! Gotta hit it up next year I guess :/
Hey Nate I had a question about these trails you go to, I’ve been riding hardtail for about 2 years now, is it recommended to ride full or am I able to ride my hardtail on terrain (rocks and bigger bumps)
You can ride a hardtail anywhere you want. I prefer some suspension but that is just me.
Nate Hills ok cool thanks for the reply!
Nate - Looks like you went down Montezuma Rd into Keystone? If so, how did you get back to your car in A-Basin?
Nvm, I see it in the coments now...rad trail!
Shutting is the best way
Lenawee is your fave huh? What are your top 5?
Favorite alpine in Colorado. I’m not big on lists 🤷🏻♂️ Like choosing between children.
@@natehills9388 Choosing between children is actually pretty easy. I have three and I know who my favorite is ;)
Ha!
When r u comin to Peru?
Gabriel - kind of funny, the valley where this trail ends in Colorado is called the Peru Creek Valley😂
@@kirkrasmussen9629 that is called destiny
How tall is tall guy?
Taller than you 😂
Como mola
I didn't know Abasin offer mtb. Is this their first year?
Lenawee is a 50 year old hiking trail.
Awesome but I wouldnt even dare to drive that
did you pedal all the way back up to the bottom of abay?
We shuttled the road.
Why do I get the sense that this was supposed to be a hiking trail?
Twin Lakes
The section of the CT by Elbert is stunning right now.
Fresh pads anyone?
Have you ridden with Reggie Miller?
Someday.
