if you mean 1961 engine case: yes, no worries, if assembled correctly its tight, the old cases are very good. check the bolts/screws around the crank case and perhaps retighten them if they are loose. anyways if its an original engine it kinda doesnt matter, they all run goodish with addition gearbox oil ;)

My friend rebuilt the engine it starts fine but has delayed throttle response and when i check the spark it is always wet and black. Is it just oil sucker or is there any other issues that causes oil in spark?

of course the oilpump should be serviced well and work 100%

is it LML Or piaggio made?
piaggio. LML cases are fine and do not have the problem of badly machined sealing surfaces
