I guess the Palm Fruit was a placeholder for Korok Seeds initially and they never bothered to delete the 3D model associated with it, which is why you're able to hold it as if it did have a 3D model, because the object reference points to that object in the games code.
I think we were once meant to pick them up as objects before Koroks got there. They may have decided through testing and bugs that they'd rather go "Yahaha" than to deal with the physics engine and losing crap to water and lava. My theory.

I am soo ready to do this! I have spent the past few days getting every Korok seed in the game before corrupting them. I have just finished the first part of your tutorial for WMC. I got to the part where you cook the meal with HPE, and I’m saving this for tomorrow. The first part took me literally 6 hours lol. Can’t wait to finish it! Thank you so much for the tutorials!!!
May i ask how did you do this? Because in the start it says close your game to remove previous corruption, and you need a some saves to get HPE. Im stuck on this part, so any help would be appreciated.
@@JGeerse Well, he doesn’t say to close it for previous corruption, closing it at the beginning is to remove any offset if you’ve been doing anything with IST. But for the saves, start the HPE tutorial, and once you have HPE activated, just do the WMC tutorial as normal. It should work. For me, HPE somehow randomly activated when I was doing WMC and idek how lol

Took awhile to figure out but once I stopped being overwhelmed and understood it, I pretty quickly made the ultimate meal, 9/10 tutorial but I kinda wish it was a little easier to digest
1st time doin this does have that effect...cuz 1st u gotta learn arrowless offset...then unlocking invalid star...then hpe from invalid star & hoping game dont crash where u gotta do invalid star all over again...then finally learning the process of wmc k+1 ontop of it all...all while nvr picking up arrows r armour r manuel saving cuz all that is such a force of habit where u gotta retrain ur brain....& organizing ur food inventory where the apple gets corrupted by the ultimate food...but n the end...its comes dwn to muscle memory...u sleep on it...make more mistakes so u dont do em again....& soon ur honing the process where u inch by inch move to the nxt part of the glitch process.....it feels like research...cuz u go to one vid.. then ur having to go to another...then another...then cross referencing vids so as to get a better perspective of y ur doin what ur doin....cuz alot of information n these vids arnt implied leaving u dumbfounded @ 1st....cuz players r making these vids & arnt teachers where there thought process is n there heads but dont no how to put it n writing r vids n this case....& they try to make a vid super fast...thus sacrificing vid length over quality of explaining it better...cuz they think making a superfast vid looks cooler...but this player that made this vid did a great job to/detail....info is rlly great...he dont just know it...he can expkain it very well...aswell....& having a player explain tutorials rlly well & the drive of a player to learn & apply it awell...takes the edge off BIG TIME....cuz its not if...its when ull learn it...& the hard grind wrk a player puts n2it....cuz even though this knowledge is given to us by the hard wrk of players discovering these glitches...u still have to earn it....& cuz of the feeling of satisfaction of earning it...then u now own it...now ur Link becomes more powerful...& u feel more empowered by it...when ur Link drops lynels like flies n secs...but ur Link dont wanna be to OP...cuz then it takes the fun out of lynel fights...cuz thats the funnest part of the game apart from farming...n my book...
Awesome video, this will open up so many avenues to explore! quick question - will you make a guide on how exactly to combine this with the WMC method you showed in the comprehensive guide? I would totally mess things up with save files and IST if I tried it on my own lol
Maybe at some point, though a sure fire way if you have one spare autosave slot to play with would be to start a new game with enough offset to reach past your key items. That would transfer...something...into the new game save (probably food), so after you collect the slate you'd be able to use the inputs I showed in the setup section to activate star icon invalid slot. Then you just load whichever file you were working with to resume where you left off for WMC.

You can activate this on your setup file as you create it actually. Just transfer armor into that file at any time using IST, then reload to preserve your armor less state once you have star tab active.

Just so that its clear we can use the analog stick as well for unlocking columns. I personally find this easier than the dpad because im on a switch lite wish it was mentioned but whatever.
Left stick can be swapped in instead of dpad, yes. I prefer dpad since it has more precision, but use what works easiest for you. I can add something to the description.

The WMC tutorial I posted before this one (comprehensive) works for MM too. I like creating a setup file personally since you can continue working with it later.

so actually i accidently found an easy method to remove all ur korok seeds: Make an save or auto save, go to hestu and use up ur main stack and ask for another slot ur game will then bug and then u need to close the game reload the save and ur duped stacks are gone

Can you make a mini video of how to do that on a new profile instead of your main save for WMC? I’m soo sad that I can’t even start doing WMC, because on your video on WMC you said that you can’t pick up armour. I just can’t understand how to do HPE without picking up the first armour.
You can get access to star tab at any time by using IST to transfer any item into an undiscovered tab. You can do this as shown in the setup chapter or just by transferring an armor item in the save where you're doing WMC. In fact you can even do this and apply it to a WMC setup autosave, especially if it's protected. You'd just lose your IST slots that way, which can be annoying. If you do transfer something into your WMC setup though, make sure not to autosave with that item, just activate star tab and then reload the setup file to avoid permanently unlocking it.
Hey Idk if you’ll reply to this but during your recent video of getting the 10 shot bow of light, you said to you should eat most of your food so the materials will transfer over, so when transferring your materials are you able to keep food (since I already made the Ultimate endura carrot thing) and if so how many more/less invalid slots do you have to make?
Is it possible to enter the entangled state in Master Mode? I have the Bow of light and other weapons now in my Master Mode file (with added attack bonuses). And am now playing through the story. However, when I transferred the weapons I transferred two stacks of normal arrows, two stacks of lighting arrows and two stacks of fire arrows. Meaning I cannot pick up any bomb arrows. At the beginning (until now) it was fine. But this now became a problem as I am trying to enter Vah Naboris, but I need bomb arrows to shoot at the camels feet...
Never mind. I figured it out! 1. I created the “second” autosave file in normal mode. 2. I created the “first” autosave file in Master Mode. 3. I loaded my normal save file (Normal Mode) and did the offset. 4. I reloaded my “second” autosave file (Normal Mode), twice. 5. I reloaded the “first” autosave file (Master Mode), once. 6. I reloaded my my normal save file (Master Mode). 7. And then… I ate my arrows…

That's awesome I'm happy that we're still cool. Yesterday I had a hard time stealing the bow of light without shock arrows so I ended up transferring my bow of light to my normal mode file nuked my inventory,cooked 60 simmerd fruits then tried to get 60 + my four key items & tried to corrupt my bow of light but it didn't work did I do something wrong homie o.o ?
It’s been a while, but iirc it will reset after each eat, but if you have things set up well you can just tap the stick left and then right to re-activate in between.
Quick question, i did activated the star tab but when i load main file in master mode the star tab prompt is gone.. can anyone help me? Where did it go wrong
After activating star tab you need to convert it to system tab for it to persist through saves, and even then it won’t survive a trip to the title screen so you can’t transfer it between modes.
I’m in the same situation bro. It’s have a stack of 30 korok seeds that are legitimate but they don’t work for some reason and I’m stuck with the numerous dupes of small amounts. In this case, what did u do? Should u get rid of the numerous small stacks and the big 30 stack will work again? Also, I have 4 spirit orbs (real versions) but that stack shows blank and the stack that appears is a dupe. Should I delete the dupes and keep the blank stance of 4? Thx!! 🙏😭
@@GabrielLee-mi9uq I can’t remember exactly how I did it but it took me a few days to do and I kept trying till I got it, hopefully you can get it just keep trying I don’t know what else to say to help out. But if you have multiple stacks you’ve most likely done some sort of glitch that messes with your korok seeds.
I need to eat 3 stacks of 90x spirit orbs but every time I try to get to it i end up in my weapons tab or it hocers over the spirit orb with no prompt.
This is a pretty late comment, but when I try to unlock the star tab, instead of functioning properly after doing the proper fix (close, reopen, tab right, x2), the cursor disappears entirely. It's worked in the past, but for some reason it doesn't work now. Do you know what's happening, and how to fix it? EDIT: I fixed it! Turns out, it'll go back to the bottom left invalid slot, and you just have to do the thing again.
What are the step by step controls after setting the star tab up to make the ultimate recipe if the cooked carrots and fish are in the first 2 slots of the 3rd meal page?
Activate the 1st row from col 5 row 2 with rstick left, dpad up, r stick right, dpad left. Page left twice with rstick left x 2. Dpad to col 1 row 1. Activate col 2 with rstick right, dpad right, rstick left, dpad right. Entangle and use a weapon drop prompt. From cooked item in col 2, dpad left once to col 5. Dpad right, left, left, right to activate col 1. Entangled and use a weapon drop prompt. Whichever one is carrots just entangle the prompt over to the target multiple times before doing the next sequence.
I just realise something what happens if you use a meal for a meal and what happens if they contain a Cooked/Frozen food in the recipe or you have a meal in a meal in a meal that also has only Cooked/Frozen food in the recipe?🤔
The exact steps depends on your precise inventory layout, but that exact process is covered in this guide. You’ll need to assemble the steps based on your precise inventory. Think of it like those rubiks cube solution algorithms.

Each play session. I believe it survives attempts to load the game. The setup only takes about 6 minutes, most of which is just the game loading / cutscenes.
i was experimenting with this and i accidentally made a food that sells for 520 and one that sells for 550 (frozen whole bird, 3 roasted endura carrots, 1 endura carrot for 520. 4 frozen whole birds, 1 raw whole bird for 550) im kinda curious what would happen if i used these for wmc cause their binary is bigger than the modifier grid
I know this is a old forum, but I am trying to drop multiple copies of the BOL. I can only get the eat prompt on it, and that doesn’t seem to work? How do you get to the drop prompt? Could it be that when I do the activation, I am landing on a item that doesn’t let you select drop?

Is it possible to permanently remove champions abilities and travel medallion from your inventory with this method since unlike other items they have a built in fail safe if you ever lose them
The trick here is you don't have to go a full 3 tabs away to acquire the prompt if you're on the border between sets of three. In this case, one tab left moves the cursor to the page before the one I'm on, then settings and back acquires the prompt, then one tab right moves the cursor all the way wrapped around to the page to the right of that (which is plus 3 from where it was). Rinse repeat each prompt use.
Duped blessings meaning champion abilities or spirit orbs? Champ abilities will go away if you close and restart the game, spirit orbs are covered by this guide, the section where I eat key items specifically.
I know I'm getting old but this is like receiving verbal directions with an infinite set of turns to try to remember: Was it one bridge turn right or second right after the second bridge and was that after turn right then the second left then down the road a piece until you see a church then make a left after an immediate right past the stop sign? What stop sign? Oh dear! I know they are thorough directions and thank you! I just want some duplicate items and my Amiibo won't give me the freaking weapons like the twilight bow. Wish there was a way to get the randomizer to give me what I want and then duplicate it! Multishot would be nice and then to transfer power to items sounds great! Unlimited arrows would be nice too! Hope these glitches don't get patched. Too bad Nintendo doesn't sell a DLC pack to easily provided these tricked out items and just call it super easy mode! lol I wonder what glitches will be found in Tears? I hope this old man will be able to play Tears without many problems. Also desire fun playing Silksong which may be even harder. Too bad not many games with this kind of open world platform play! When I tried IST duplication for the first time i didnt realise I had a korok seed and it kept duplicating, i started a new game to get rid of them and you're telling I could've eaten them the whole time??? 😂
If you don’t manually save, the game will never overwrite your manual save. I’ve heard of others accidentally still doing it out of habit though, so be careful.
At 8:21 you eat an arrow stack but the cursor is on the main screen, not hidden off to the side like all the other times up until this point. How did you this?
You can use a prompt once if it’s on screen directly and you ended in that screen, but I generally don’t do this because it terminates the invalid slot. One quirk about X holding is the regular prompt can still be used once afterward.
I followed the instructions for the ultimate recipe exactly but after entangling an equipment prompt and going to the first endura carrot my game crashes, am I doing something wrong?
I haven’t watched the whole video yet cause I’m gonna try this later and I want to wait, but does it say how to do the infinite meal thing? I so want to do that, but I don’t know if it’s in this video or if you’ve said it in a previous video, I can’t remember
You can do the infinite meal with inventory corruption like you would with a material. If you want to do that with my method you can have your last two meals be the target food and then a random food and you won't have to eat all of your other foods before loading the autosave.

ok this is already annoying me asking all the time in the comments but i just wanted to ask one last time. in hold/x where you say how to hold multiple arrows I wanted to ask how do you keep the cursor on your screen because I do the prompts and I can't make them hold the arrows when I'm in the melee weapons menu I drop the master sword and when I'm in the bow menu I drop my shields.
That means your currently selected item is not necessarily on the correct tab. Remember, you need to move in groups of 3 and start activation from one page to the right of your target page. The only thing I do to keep the cursor on the current screen is move directly to it. Generally if you've just moved to the screen during Prompt Entanglement but taken no other actions, the prompt from another item will stay in place. For the guide it's easier to see what's happening this way, though in practice I usually use the prompt from another screen in order to maintain it should I want to chain into another action after I finish.
Is there any way to delete hundreds of seeds more efficiently? Eating one then having to save the prompt again before eating another gets really old really fast if you have to do it 600 times.
Love vids. But if you can recall or anyone. If you have MWC master sword in first slot. It doesn’t allow you to prompt entanglement. Is there a way when going to trial of the sword ( to get master sword in last slot) to keep the mwc stats after leaving trial. Each time I try it resets it to normal. I know I could just redo the entire mwc master sword process but really didn’t want to.
It’s still kinda annoying, but what you could do is hard save before doing the trial, then use IST to transfer your buffed MS from the hard save file to the one you get after completing tri as l of the sword. You’ll only keep the leftmost sword in the end though so you may need to use some item shifting to force the stock one out of your inventory too.

That’s one of the best uses. Break your file with IST? Just apply more IST until fixed.

Awesome video, this will open up so many avenues to explore! quick question - will you make a guide on how exactly to combine this with the WMC method you showed in the comprehensive guide? I would totally mess things up with save files and IST if I tried it on my own lol
Maybe at some point, though a sure fire way if you have one spare autosave slot to play with would be to start a new game with enough offset to reach past your key items. That would transfer...something...into the new game save (probably food), so after you collect the slate you'd be able to use the inputs I showed in the setup section to activate star icon invalid slot. Then you just load whichever file you were working with to resume where you left off for WMC.

You can activate this on your setup file as you create it actually. Just transfer armor into that file at any time using IST, then reload to preserve your armor less state once you have star tab active.

Just so that its clear we can use the analog stick as well for unlocking columns. I personally find this easier than the dpad because im on a switch lite wish it was mentioned but whatever.
Left stick can be swapped in instead of dpad, yes. I prefer dpad since it has more precision, but use what works easiest for you. I can add something to the description.

so actually i accidently found an easy method to remove all ur korok seeds: Make an save or auto save, go to hestu and use up ur main stack and ask for another slot ur game will then bug and then u need to close the game reload the save and ur duped stacks are gone

You can get access to star tab at any time by using IST to transfer any item into an undiscovered tab. You can do this as shown in the setup chapter or just by transferring an armor item in the save where you're doing WMC. In fact you can even do this and apply it to a WMC setup autosave, especially if it's protected. You'd just lose your IST slots that way, which can be annoying. If you do transfer something into your WMC setup though, make sure not to autosave with that item, just activate star tab and then reload the setup file to avoid permanently unlocking it.

Hey Idk if you’ll reply to this but during your recent video of getting the 10 shot bow of light, you said to you should eat most of your food so the materials will transfer over, so when transferring your materials are you able to keep food (since I already made the Ultimate endura carrot thing) and if so how many more/less invalid slots do you have to make?
1 per food. You can pick how many of each to transfer, but together they should add up to 60.

Is it possible to enter the entangled state in Master Mode? I have the Bow of light and other weapons now in my Master Mode file (with added attack bonuses). And am now playing through the story. However, when I transferred the weapons I transferred two stacks of normal arrows, two stacks of lighting arrows and two stacks of fire arrows. Meaning I cannot pick up any bomb arrows. At the beginning (until now) it was fine. But this now became a problem as I am trying to enter Vah Naboris, but I need bomb arrows to shoot at the camels feet...
Never mind. I figured it out!
1. I created the “second” autosave file in normal mode.
2. I created the “first” autosave file in Master Mode.
3. I loaded my normal save file (Normal Mode) and did the offset.
4. I reloaded my “second” autosave file (Normal Mode), twice.
5. I reloaded the “first” autosave file (Master Mode), once.
6. I reloaded my my normal save file (Master Mode).
7. And then… I ate my arrows…
Finally done it. But for some reason, I lost sheik slate in the key items😂
Niiice, finally got rid of my second thunderhelm after all this time!

Yesterday I had a hard time stealing the bow of light without shock arrows so I ended up transferring my bow of light to my normal mode file nuked my inventory,cooked 60 simmerd fruits then tried to get 60 + my four key items & tried to corrupt my bow of light but it didn't work did I do something wrong homie o.o ?

You can. During setup when you go to load autosave 1, just return to title and create a new file instead and then continue the steps.

After activating star tab you need to convert it to system tab for it to persist through saves, and even then it won’t survive a trip to the title screen so you can’t transfer it between modes.
Little off topic but how do I get rid of duplicate champion ability’s? Since I got the bow of light I know have dub champion ability’s

I’m in the same situation bro. It’s have a stack of 30 korok seeds that are legitimate but they don’t work for some reason and I’m stuck with the numerous dupes of small amounts. In this case, what did u do? Should u get rid of the numerous small stacks and the big 30 stack will work again? Also, I have 4 spirit orbs (real versions) but that stack shows blank and the stack that appears is a dupe. Should I delete the dupes and keep the blank stance of 4? Thx!! 🙏😭
@@GabrielLee-mi9uq I can’t remember exactly how I did it but it took me a few days to do and I kept trying till I got it, hopefully you can get it just keep trying I don’t know what else to say to help out. But if you have multiple stacks you’ve most likely done some sort of glitch that messes with your korok seeds.
I need to eat 3 stacks of 90x spirit orbs but every time I try to get to it i end up in my weapons tab or it hocers over the spirit orb with no prompt.
This is a pretty late comment, but when I try to unlock the star tab, instead of functioning properly after doing the proper fix (close, reopen, tab right, x2), the cursor disappears entirely. It's worked in the past, but for some reason it doesn't work now. Do you know what's happening, and how to fix it?
EDIT: I fixed it! Turns out, it'll go back to the bottom left invalid slot, and you just have to do the thing again.
What are the step by step controls after setting the star tab up to make the ultimate recipe if the cooked carrots and fish are in the first 2 slots of the 3rd meal page?
Activate the 1st row from col 5 row 2 with rstick left, dpad up, r stick right, dpad left.
Page left twice with rstick left x 2.
Dpad to col 1 row 1.
Activate col 2 with rstick right, dpad right, rstick left, dpad right.
Entangle and use a weapon drop prompt.
From cooked item in col 2, dpad left once to col 5.
Dpad right, left, left, right to activate col 1.
Entangled and use a weapon drop prompt.
Whichever one is carrots just entangle the prompt over to the target multiple times before doing the next sequence.

I just realise something what happens if you use a meal for a meal and what happens if they contain a Cooked/Frozen food in the recipe or you have a meal in a meal in a meal that also has only Cooked/Frozen food in the recipe?🤔

The exact steps depends on your precise inventory layout, but that exact process is covered in this guide. You’ll need to assemble the steps based on your precise inventory. Think of it like those rubiks cube solution algorithms.

Each play session. I believe it survives attempts to load the game. The setup only takes about 6 minutes, most of which is just the game loading / cutscenes.
Is it possible to still do WMC if you collect something you can’t get rid of like arrows then remove it using this method?
Yes. You can make an autosave, then delete any offending items using this method, then perform the WMC steps needed.

i was experimenting with this and i accidentally made a food that sells for 520 and one that sells for 550 (frozen whole bird, 3 roasted endura carrots, 1 endura carrot for 520. 4 frozen whole birds, 1 raw whole bird for 550) im kinda curious what would happen if i used these for wmc cause their binary is bigger than the modifier grid

Doing that can permanently screw up your file. The only thing you can do, hopefully, is reload an earlier save file from before you did that glitch.

Is it possible to permanently remove champions abilities and travel medallion from your inventory with this method since unlike other items they have a built in fail safe if you ever lose them
You can only temporarily remove them if the failsafe is applicable, or permanently remove duplicates.
At 8:32 how are you doing it so fast? Are you just doing it really fast or is there a trick
The trick here is you don't have to go a full 3 tabs away to acquire the prompt if you're on the border between sets of three. In this case, one tab left moves the cursor to the page before the one I'm on, then settings and back acquires the prompt, then one tab right moves the cursor all the way wrapped around to the page to the right of that (which is plus 3 from where it was). Rinse repeat each prompt use.

Duped blessings meaning champion abilities or spirit orbs? Champ abilities will go away if you close and restart the game, spirit orbs are covered by this guide, the section where I eat key items specifically.
I know I'm getting old but this is like receiving verbal directions with an infinite set of turns to try to remember: Was it one bridge turn right or second right after the second bridge and was that after turn right then the second left then down the road a piece until you see a church then make a left after an immediate right past the stop sign? What stop sign? Oh dear! I know they are thorough directions and thank you! I just want some duplicate items and my Amiibo won't give me the freaking weapons like the twilight bow. Wish there was a way to get the randomizer to give me what I want and then duplicate it! Multishot would be nice and then to transfer power to items sounds great! Unlimited arrows would be nice too! Hope these glitches don't get patched. Too bad Nintendo doesn't sell a DLC pack to easily provided these tricked out items and just call it super easy mode! lol I wonder what glitches will be found in Tears? I hope this old man will be able to play Tears without many problems. Also desire fun playing Silksong which may be even harder. Too bad not many games with this kind of open world platform play! Nothing worse than weapons breaking at bad gameplay time! When I tried IST duplication for the first time i didnt realise I had a korok seed and it kept duplicating, i started a new game to get rid of them and you're telling I could've eaten them the whole time??? 😂
will starting a new save override my other save i'm just a bit nervous because i don't want to erase my hours of hard work.
If you don’t manually save, the game will never overwrite your manual save. I’ve heard of others accidentally still doing it out of habit though, so be careful.

At 8:21 you eat an arrow stack but the cursor is on the main screen, not hidden off to the side like all the other times up until this point. How did you this?
You can use a prompt once if it’s on screen directly and you ended in that screen, but I generally don’t do this because it terminates the invalid slot. One quirk about X holding is the regular prompt can still be used once afterward.
Will you make a tutorial that will tell you how to transfer the Hylian shields durability to a weapon or bow?

It is. The setup is slightly different but the video has subs explaining the difference.

You can do the infinite meal with inventory corruption like you would with a material. If you want to do that with my method you can have your last two meals be the target food and then a random food and you won't have to eat all of your other foods before loading the autosave.
Yeah the meal thing is inventory corruption. That will likely be my next guide once I return, but until then there are some existing tutorials.

I don’t understand. If you can only move 2 slots or 5 slots to the left then how can i move only 3 back to land on my Korok seeds?
ok this is already annoying me asking all the time in the comments but i just wanted to ask one last time. in hold/x where you say how to hold multiple arrows I wanted to ask how do you keep the cursor on your screen because I do the prompts and I can't make them hold the arrows when I'm in the melee weapons menu I drop the master sword and when I'm in the bow menu I drop my shields.
That means your currently selected item is not necessarily on the correct tab. Remember, you need to move in groups of 3 and start activation from one page to the right of your target page. The only thing I do to keep the cursor on the current screen is move directly to it. Generally if you've just moved to the screen during Prompt Entanglement but taken no other actions, the prompt from another item will stay in place. For the guide it's easier to see what's happening this way, though in practice I usually use the prompt from another screen in order to maintain it should I want to chain into another action after I finish.

Love vids. But if you can recall or anyone. If you have MWC master sword in first slot. It doesn’t allow you to prompt entanglement. Is there a way when going to trial of the sword ( to get master sword in last slot) to keep the mwc stats after leaving trial. Each time I try it resets it to normal. I know I could just redo the entire mwc master sword process but really didn’t want to.
It’s still kinda annoying, but what you could do is hard save before doing the trial, then use IST to transfer your buffed MS from the hard save file to the one you get after completing tri as l of the sword. You’ll only keep the leftmost sword in the end though so you may need to use some item shifting to force the stock one out of your inventory too.
Yeah, now instead of 1 shotting Gannon, I.... 1 shot Gannon even harder! Great tutorial tho
