Galloping Ghost Arcade is Paradise

The world's largest arcade in Brookfield, IL
I had the pleasure of checking it out while visiting Chicago. This place is RAD!
HUNDREDS of games, and they are in great condition! There was only a tiny handful that I saw that weren't working perfectly! That's a big deal - these old machines require a lot of love, and these guys have a stable FULL of healthy games!
I am so glad that this place exists, and they clearly have people maintaining these machines who love what they do.
I'm gonna ask them if I can live there - stay tuned!

Nice short video. Did you ride their Sega R360? It's the last one in any arcade in the world.

@@TreZ - Oh. Let me be clear. It's not the last R360 ever in the entire world. But it's the last Sega R360 in an arcade in the whole world.
The other surviving Sega R360s are in private collections, or in museums.
So if you ever go back to Galloping Ghost, give it a try. It's basically a once in a lifetime thing.
