- Chào các bạn, hôm nay cùng xem ghe biển vượt cống bằng máy D vì dòng nước chảy quá siết nên ghe mất lái tạc đầu và bị ghe phía dưới lao lên nguy hiểm, may mắn ghe biển kịp đụng vào cống chỉ bị bể mũi, sà lan hôm nay cũng chạy rất dữ dội, mòi các bạn cùng xem, đăng ký kênh để xem clip mới nhất nhé, cảm ơn các bạn đã quan tâm!

I would love to own one of larger aft cabin barges in this video. I would put that thing on the Missouri River outta Kansas City, I could make a nice little living hauling cargo to St. Louis, Memphis, new Orleans, wherever the shipping itinerary would take me, and the whole family can come along, too. These cabins seem to accommodate a family just fine for a river trip.

yea man I seen an elderly man and woman oh 70's get ran over and drown was it here I dont remember its the other guys channel.. holy smokes and everyone just kept on going as if nothing had happened, there was an official in a motor boat and one on the pier.. nothing.. unreal didn't even search for them, just like that in an instant, saddest thing I ever saw the elderly woman trying to save her canopy on their smaller boat and that was that.. look at how they operate, its like dogs, ridiculous
if I am running the show you get permits, not saying they cost anything but you must have a pass and you get your certain time slot don't use it you lose it, also all boats must have ship to shore comms.. you do not pass the bridge UNLESS you have contacted the harbor master at the gate, he walks you through, this john wayne shit gets people hurt and killed, property lost, livelihoods destroyed, all cuz bigger boats want to run roughshod.. nope, you lose your license and your boat is impounded... PERRIOD, Id have that passage cleaned up in a week...
no ones confiscating loads or even looking, but you WILL pass in an orderly manner, and you will pass a merchant seaman test to get licenses, no charge or very minimal like a drivers license but you will know basic seamanship or else no go!!! up to a certain size, of course smaller boats are encouraged to learn safety port starboard red green so forth, the basics and have a small ship to shore.. owners who complete said studies will have priority when making these passages, give them incentives to clean this up, larger boats over say 50ft can only pass between 11 and 2 pm, and it shall only be larger vessels, and maybe split them up into hull groups, a 300 fetter course a 60 footer we know who wins that, 100ft or less, 200ft or less, 3090 ft above, one hour each in the morning, one hour each group in the afternoon.. get them on a schedule..
that's half the problem they have no schedule at all its a free for all.. no go in my book, you don't see that crap in the states or the UK, there is no reason these people cannot advance to higher standards for safety and organized passage, know every vessel on the water, if one working vessel on a schedule is missing officials know of it, they can GPS beacon and count with computers or cell phone apps.. you gt online and enter your position and passage routes, time and schedule, if you miss your schedule by more than say 12 hours an alert pops up and they can begin asking around and searching, cuz if you are off schedule you get on the app and let the shore master know!.. how many boats have sank and people drowned they have no idea cuz they have no idea who or what's on their waters?

That's very interesting ! At 27:48, you have a barge which is front steered. Which makes totally sense given the circumstances. I'm somehow at a loss why this isn't more current. A longer transmission to the rudder should not be that much more expensive.

@@markdennis5836 It is a tropical country with a high rainfall, have a look at any river after lots of rain, it will be dirty too. Not a lot of industrialisation so not a lot of contamination as in an industrialised society. They drink rainwater, there is plenty of it!
