Generally, I feel hotdogs are boring left unless they’re Chicago-style or chili cheese or something like that; but with a Nathan‘s hotdog, all I need is mustard and I’m set.

I know the decade isn’t even half over but I would’ve liked to see you talk a little bit about the beginning of the 2020s and how the pandemic affected fast food service. But the video was excellent.

As a kid growing up in the 60s, the first drive thru in our area (east Houston...Galena Park, Pasadena) was Jack n the Box. They had the talking clown, which was a lot of fun for us kids. In the late 70s, the company decided to get rid of the clown, but their TV ads...um....left something to be desired. The ads featured the clown being blown up on camera. The result was whatever clowns were still left frightened the kids, thinking they might explode while they were in the drive thru. Jack in the Box quickly pulled the TV ads.
@LyleFrancisDelp That's an interesting and somewhat amusing anecdote from the history of Jack in the Box. The use of a talking clown for the drive-thru would have been a unique and memorable marketing approach, especially during the 60s when drive-thrus were becoming more popular.😁
I was born the same year as the happy meal so maybe thats why am always happy😂😅

I’m kind of shocked you didn’t mention that the “happy meal” actually wasn’t originally designed by McDonalds, it was made by the chain “Burger Chef”
