Great video again Luke😃. Fascinating coinage of which I don’t have any but I know where to find one. Next time I’m on that farm I’m going to concentrate my efforts where I’ve seen a few surface. The ones I’ve seen from this particular field seem to be quite well struck and fairly round👍
Recently got some Flemish groats from Louis II, it’s really remarkable how thin hammered coins often were despite their large flan size. Roman coinage to me feels more similar to modern coinage compared to hammered coinage as they were usually thicker. Great vid!
Very informative video! I actually recently discovered that one of the unknown coins in my collection was Tealby penny :D. It made me inspired to start collecting much older coins as before I only collected from Tudors to George III. The thought of something being nearly a thousand years old was so fascinating to me.

Another excellent video. I am fortunate enough to have two Tealby pennies. One is a Class C, RICARD:ON:CAN. The other I have yet to research. It will be a real challenge that I'm looking forward too.

Excellent Luke as always. The northern mints that struck full and round coins were Carlisle and Newcastle plus the odd other one or two. When giving dimensions, can you also give them in Imperial as well as metric, as some of us are ancient who have no idea about metric!!!
