Have you ever been coached before ? He knows she can go harder but she doesn't seem like someone who likes to push herself really hard. It can be frustrating when coaching people like that. But she is losing so it's all good but she can do better if she learn to love that pain.
Weight loss should not taken as a joke or a promo..there are people out there who don't have these Avenues and struggle with their Weight if not a monthly basis but a yearly basis this is a lifestyle change and I do hope that they keep the loss Weight off but it's not an easy road after as well🙏🙌..celebrity your journey thus far🎉
