Just found your channel Jack and subscribed..I was an O/O back in the 80's pulling flatbed for a local company, then worked for a spell for one of those "Big" companies. Now after thirty-two years on the road I have retired from it. Worked as a yard jockey for a spell to keep me in shape as far as driving went. I'm happy to hear "Dave" is doing as good as can be expected. It's a shame about his truck and wagon, but they can be fixed or replaced, human life cannot. I hope the dump driver is ok also. You da man for helping another driver out, that doesn't happen much these days. Keep up the good work, keep the shinny side down and the rubber on the road. God bless and keep you safe!
Well not really because all i had to do was read below the video. But i did not do that it was my fault to assume it was his truck. Oh well glad it was not him .
Yeah, but when you click on the bell or his his video on the side bar, it doesn't show you what's in the description box, only what the title is. In this case the title is simply "The Crash" so it's natural to think Jack got into a crash some how.
Well bottom line. This site helps Jack. He do make some very great videos that I do look forward too. Watch them if you want, if not you don't have too. I am always kidding him about a New Peterbuilt but sure never wish nothing bad on anybody.
I used to work for a company that had injection molding machines. The pellets are just in a bag and then placed in a card board box for shipping. They are not sealed just the bag twisted at the top. They are not even tied because they dont want any debris falling inside the bag when a worker opens the bag. Any material inside the pellets will cause a multi million dollar machine to not work. With that said, we would refuse a shipment if the cardboard box was open or damaged. I know that sounds crazy but the boss would not risk damaging the machines for a few hundred dollars worth of pellets. Hope that cleared it up for you.
I set up and ran a 2 color injection molding machine back in the '90s. The base plastic was polypropylene and the 2nd color was a thermoplastic elastomer like the boxes held. We used suction hoses to pull the material into a hopper on the molding machine. We had to be careful when setting up new boxes of material, because even a small piece of cardboard or dirt could get stuck in one of the precision nozzles on the mold machine and cause that nozzle to stop up. Easily several hours of downtime lost because of carelessness. I understand. It's not worth the risk.
I just looked it up. It's sort of like an enclosed wider Can Am. How you fit two people in that thing is beyond me. I would not want to be the one in the back seat.
All the delay and waiting has got to be frustrating. There couldn't have been much profit in this job. How plastic pellets can be damaged is beyond me. The containers didn't rupture so there was no contamination.
Exactly what I was thinking about the pellets. The boxes might have been a bit crumpled, but I'm sure the pellets themselves were fine. They get melted down anyway. Picky picky picky.

one time i picked up 3 2500 lb totes of sugar, going to Calif. from Idaho. got to the El Cahon scales and was 3000 lbs over on the trailer. and it was at the correct bridge law, and i couldn't change it. had to wait till the following afternoon, @hr. before the scales closed. we had to do the same thing with 1 tote, Indiana Jack has to do with 2. i got scaled out, and was legal, but late for delivery, but they still took me. the other driver backed his trailer up to mine, and we used a pallet-jack to move the tote, across a steel plate between trailers, didn't have a forklift. that was one heavy tote for just 2 people to move.
Might be a good idea to get a complete washout of your trailer Jack. Get rid of all the bad karma and bad juju from the load from hell.🤪 I hope you got properly compensated for your time. Thoughts and prayers to Trucker Dave that is transition into a new truck and trailer goes seamlessly. ~Tim~🙂
I once spent three days with a load I had to recover from a WalMart. The load had shifted to one side of the trailer. Actually it was leaning and had shifted. Considering from where it came from there were only three places where it could been shifted and two were just before you got to WalMart. It costs the company $350 to get unloaded, restacked and reloaded. I just hoped they took it out of the driver's pay who dropped it.
Damn Jack, I bet you had us all worried thinking it was you and Old Red.. Love your films, I binge watch all your films.. Thank you and keep on Truckin
Remember that old saying Jack... " No good deed goes unpunished" You try to help someone out and look what happens. But, then again you wouldn't be you if you didn't.
I hope the shipper puts that same load in a different box and sends it to that same customer. How do plastic pellets get damaged anyways? they're just going to melt them down to make something else anyways
I ran warehouses for 30 years and the one thing I always tried to do was treat every driver with respect I know that they didn’t have any easy job. To this day I still give the truck driver all the room I can. Bless all of you.
Maybe damage includes extra work to transfer the load. In this case that might be the entirety of it. Or, they assume without looking at it, some contaminants (dirt, other debris) probably got mixed in.
It's nice to know the truck driver is OK. Two days ago, my son in law (independent owner operator) parked his truck at a Pilot truck stop. We went and picked him up for dinner, laundry, shower, nap. No nap while here someone backed into his truck. Nuts!! Really careless, could not see a white truck with an RGN trailer attached (empty). A/C compressor shot, grill shot, bumper shot AND crankshaft broken (we think). Now the thing I like about the trucking community. He called a friend who met him in WV and drove the load to SC, will come back, load the poor beast on the RGN and carry it to TN. No cost but fuel. My daughter is teaching his family how to dispatch their trucks - no charge. Just a giving, caring community. The family is too busy cutting hay for their mechanic to keep up so my son in law will do some of that work for them while his truck is repaired. This is the real America! The "new land" my ancestors settled in in 1643! God bless you fellows (and ladies) that haul all our stuff!
When you said he had no brains or teeth I laughed out loud & woke up my dog sleeping on my lap😂 Wait is a 4-letter word to a truck driver😡 I hope you went precisely 13.5 mph ! Glad you're ok & hope somebody payed you.
Am really enjoying your show. Laid up with shoulder surgery and miss the road. Thanks for sharing your miles until I can start laying down some myself. I'll probably still watch though. Lol.
They don't want repackaged pellets. The boxes are often not tied to the skids and slide off. Also, the boxes cannot stand much force and split open along with the bag they are in. Cannot be rehandled-that's contamination.
Hey Jack, retired OTR driver here. LoL glad something's haven't changed ... hurry up and wait...had a stop in Chula Vista CA. had to be there @ 2 a.m and call dispatch to let them know even though doors didn't open until 8 a.m...question for u....is the Giant truck stop still there in Gallup NM.? ...only reason I retired was I got 3 pistols stuffed in my face was told to get in the sleeper where they tied me up and used duct taped my eyes... I did get free 3hrs after they left the truck .. the big brass ask me "did they get the load" that told me a lot about who I drove for...told them take their truck and precious wrapping paper and stuff them some place ...I had 2 young'ns at home ( who have sense grown up ) that I wanted to be there for them growing up.
Once plastic pellets are spilled or broken open-they usually refuse the whole load. They are chemically treated so there are specific laws on how to dispose of them. They are 1500 dollars a box. Seem to be easy freight to haul-but are actually one of the worst because of the inferior packaging design. The boxes cannot stand force and crush easily, slide during hard brake, and weight about 2000 lbs each. I refuse to haul them anymore. As far as the transfer-this is quite common. I have even went and picked up loads from competitor trucking companies so as to get the freight delivered.
My wife and i were delivering to a small warehouse on the edge of residential and business district in Cleveland, and decided to walk about 2 blocks to a little taco stand. There were quite a few people and you ordered from outside and it was getting dark out. This black gentleman asked what we was doing their since we was the only two white people in the crowd. I told him we was parked with our Semi a couple blocks away and he said we better hustle and get back in our truck and leave the neighborhood as its not good to be white walking around once it gets dark cause they have a lot of drive by shootings. He also said if we was not going to get unloaded tonight i better leave and come back in the morning, said don't sleep in the truck it would be bad for us! I couldn't leave because they unloaded all night just had to wait your turn, and we parked on the street we was the only truck. After we got back to truck and ate, i jumped out to kick tires before we went t sleep and a car of teenagers to early twenty year old's pulled up (about five of them). They was telling me i better get my white ass out of here and asking me what i had in my truck (cab), if i had anything in the trailer they could eat and or sale. I just told them to go fuck themselves if they was hungry i had some meat between my legs:)... i don't think i am tuff i am not an mma fighter i just don't have patience for that shit and my mouth has got me in a lot of shit over the 30+ years i have been driving! Thirty years ago when i started running Chicago i always carried a gun but not anymore, i guess i feel at this age who gives a rats ass kinda felt bad having the wife with me and getting mouthy i better quit when she's with guess! Thirty + years driving been in 4 accidents and ALL were from someone pulling out in front of me,,,,every fricken one
The plastic pellets were not damaged but the packaging was and the End customer could not stack them. It is the same with us going into a grocery store and not selecting the package of cookies that is damaged on the corner.
At first I got scared: The Crash - I thought it was Old Red... oh boy. Heavy damage but it could have been worse... I hope the dump truck driver is ok. Insurance companies ⛓💸 💰
@@pointblank1978 some flatbed drivers genuinely need the long frame for steel hauling, though he was rocking a patched up Conestoga. Funniest thing is the stretched cab overs, completely defeating to purpose of a cabover. I can't sleep next to trucks with pipes like that though. Super annoying.
I hope both drivers are ok. I was injured by a drunk driver while I was a driver for a major transportation company. The company forced me to retire even though I was found completely not -at-fault and it was deemed by DOT and the State Police as unavoidable on my Commercial Driving Record. So I hope this does hurt the big rig drivers record and all parties are ok.
Geeze, how damaged can plastic pellets be? 26:08 Speed limit sign on the right says 13.5mph. What? I have never seen a speed limit sign with a decimal in it. So 13mph too slow and 14mph is too fast. LOL
would have made more sense if it was just 15 MPH. I work at an airport and the service roads all are 15 MPH near the terminal..... I have never seen a sign like it....
A while back, my sister got a new car and only had it on the road 1 week and a guy in a cement truck ran a stop sign and hit her. Fortunately, he hit her on the passenger side, so she didn't get injured. Totaled the car. Upon the police arriving, they found the cement truck driver didn't even have a license and the company he drove for claimed they didn't know he didn't have a license.
It can't be a load from hell Jack, you said yourself it was from Cleveland, Ohio. Though, a tough thing, and all respect that you wanted to help out your fellow driver!
Sure hope Dave's insurance company gets on the dumptruck's insurance company and makes them pay up. Praying that it's more than enough for him to get a NEW tractor and trailer.
Feel sorry for that driver. Glad he wasn't hurt. Six feet further forward might have been a different story. Did it total his truck? I hope he is fully compensated and the insurance does him right. That dump truck driver better have a damn good reason for running that stop sign.
Bruno Sterckeman I’ve actually thought about doing that. I currently transport Amish full time. It seems like they are getting desperate for rv transport right now
i heard that too, for about a month now. The rising price of diesel might turn some operators. I was with Team RV. It's a lifestyle as much as a it is job. You meet a lot of nice people.
Yes, but if every one had that in mind, then when you're up the creek by no fault of your own, no one will help you out either. What goes around, comes around. It's like the code of the sea, if some one is in distress with their boat, you go and help them regardless of your agenda. Sailors stick together like that and it's nice when truckers will do so too. It might have been a pain in the ass for Jack, but he did a good deed for some one who was in need. That other trucker seemed like a nice guy and I'm sure he appreciated what Jack did for him. If he's been a trucker that long he knows these things happen, they both do. Someday Jack might need help like that and it wouldn't be good if no one wanted to stick their neck out to help him.
SpiritBear12 ... I'll be sure to copy a note of your reply to the lack of payment to the bank at the end of the week to explain why I didn't make enough to cover It.
Those tires on the dump truck were shot. Zero tread. So they totaled the Volvo and trailer so the driver probably got a check for $19,000 if that and to replace both will cost $$150,000 or more. What a bad day.
I guess its better that that dump truck hit a semi, than hitting a soccer mom with an SUV filled with kids. Anyway, you were so nice to step in and help out, but look at all the time you lost doing that. Who pays you for your lost income?
It looks like there is some fuel there too but I assume he/she can’t eat with that bridle and maybe blinders on. Dang! 🦓 🐴 Probably wants to take a shower too!
@2:37 I'm very surprised to see him using his back window to back up with. When I was trained I was taught that's a very BAD habit to get into. Use your mirrors 99% of the time!
Jeez man! When I saw the thumbnail I thought it was Old Red that got totaled. I'm glad it wasn't. I'm also glad that the trucker turned out ok as well. I'm surprised he lives in Oregon too! That's where I live, and just a few days ago a dump truck tipped over a couple hours from my town after it had side swiped a grain truck (luckily that thing was empty), but the dump truck ended up spilling dirt all over an intersection.
I'm glad that the driver of the truck who was T-Boned is okay. The Dump Truck driver should be charged with reckless driving and fined for running a Stop Sign. Good on you Jack for helping out that driver, you are an awesome guy Jack.
When you got back to the shipper it would've been funny to just move the exact same product to different pallets and re-deliver that to the receiver - Lol :) Just another example of people following a policy rigidly and blindly with no room for common sense.
I was once at a sugar house when a tank car of white granulated sugar came back from Pepperidge Farm because there was a dead bee on top when they opened it. They topped it off and sent it to Nestle's. LOL
Lucky Lucky the sun came up on the right side of Dave that morning, for you and me Jack we can safely say God was watching over him that day. The Dump truck driver was Blessed too he got to go home to his Kids too. Thank for sharing. ByeBye
Every consumer should have to watch this video just to let them know what a trucker has to go through just to get their stuff. I know you can't say Jack but I hope you got paid for your effort. Should get extra, just for the aggravation.
One can only hope the customer had a severe shortage and upset production due to petty stupidity on their part !! Stay safe and hope Davies back on the road !
Plastic pellets got dammaged🤔. Really!!! WTH. Take pictures of the load and send em to the broker. Hope the insurance company charges the receiver for the returns.
Interesting to see my house next door to the "good" Gallops. FYI: Loves just open up last week( Dec 2018) 3 miles west of Gallops on US 20, Hey ! that's my neighbors horse and buggy.
had a load like that at Walmart, they refused 8 pallets of colgate cleaning supplies, broker and shipper agreed to send it back. it took me 3 days to settle it. all said and done, it paid $3500 for 1100 miles.
typical of insurance companies, take your money as fast as and then hang on to it like its there's forever. How does payment work out for a load like that, it can't just be a labour of love to help a mate out. Driver very lucky that could have been a lot worse
Good heavens Jack , what a nightmare and complete mess! Hopefully your friend is paid well with the insurance money for his loss on that beautiful Volvo .
Indiana Jack, I really enjoyed watching your video from Shadyhills Florida, USA. Happy New Year 2020. My prayers go out to your co-worker injured in the "T" bone and to the dump truck driver...as bad as it all was if the dump truck hadn't hit that 18 wheeler he might have hit a school bus or a car.only GOD knows why that happened. The main thing is no one died.thank the Good Lord for that blessing.your kind patience through the whole trip allows you to sleep at night. GOD BLESS YOU and your family in 2020. I'll be looking for more of your videos.

Keep up the good work, keep the shinny side down and the rubber on the road. God bless and keep you safe!
I like the sign at 7:23, Safety Doesn't Stop Here, apparently neither do the dump trucks.
Mike Gauthier I thought so too. That screen shot would make a meme. The dump truck driver took the sign literally, just trying to be safe.
Alanis Morrissette put that sign there.
I screenshot that. I don’t know about making a meme, but I will use it as a safety instruction tool.
I was thinking the same thing! LMFAO!
That title scared me first thought was not old red. Good job helping out though.
Click bait...
Well not really because all i had to do was read below the video. But i did not do that it was my fault to assume it was his truck. Oh well glad it was not him .

SpiritBear12 what’s that ole saying? ....Oh, yeah,....”Never assume.”....but I did and was worried that it was Jack and Ole Red. Glad it wasn’t.
I used to work for a company that had injection molding machines. The pellets are just in a bag and then placed in a card board box for shipping. They are not sealed just the bag twisted at the top. Sorry to hear that for Dave. He was minding his own business and lost his truck and trailer. Hopefully the insurance does what their supposed to do
wow
At least the dump truck picked on something his own size. Imagine if he’d t-boned a passenger car!
I'm pretty sure that would have ended in a fatality or two, maybe more.
William Wheeler we'd be looking at deaths if that had happened 🇬🇧
Two seat cars? Do you mean Smart Cars? A Fiat?
SpiritBear12 I think he means the elio concept.
I just looked it up. It's sort of like an enclosed wider Can Am. How you fit two people in that thing is beyond me. I would not want to be the one in the back seat.
Glad the driver was ok. That grin on his face. Is the grin you get getting totaled and a insurance payout. And saying goodbye to trucking.
Glad the driver was ok, hope the other driver from the dump truck is alright,
Well So Far it is Great that every one Lives ! Thank You Jack ! Please Take Care

this is why insurance company's are doing so well, whoever refused the load should be called out
Some companies are just anal about stuff.

alaninnh you’re nuts if you think he didn’t get detention pay. He was doing the company a favor so I’m sure they hooked him up.

Truckers are the backbone of the good old USA. God bless you there Indiana Jack.
The adage is still true. No good deed goes unpunished!!!
Happy Dave is OK. Can you keep us posted on how Dave comes out on this misfortune?
You rock Jack, helping a friend in need.
My son lives in Elkhart, IN and there's a Martins a few miles from his house. I LOVE that place!!!
That load was a fiasco!
I admired how you kept your cool and your sense of humor as well!
~Tim~🙂

Dump truck company gonna have some new deep pocket premiums when they renew.
They should a few pallet of pellets too!!
You make some good videos it's good for the rookie drivers or somebody that wants to get into Trucking
Agree.. brother
That sucks people need to pay attention I'm glad the driver is ok!
Damn Jack, I bet you had us all worried thinking it was you and Old Red.. Love your films, I binge watch all your films.. Thank you and keep on Truckin
Damn greedy insurance companys no problem taking your money, hate em.
Insurance... *The BIGGEST SCAM LEGAL SCAM STATE SANCTIONED SCAM RUNNING.* The rest of my comments are not family friendly.
Remember that old saying Jack... " No good deed goes unpunished" You try to help someone out and look what happens. But, then again you wouldn't be you if you didn't.
That week was the beginning of a chain of events that we're all pretty bad. Trying to recover right now.
So life was adventure, one accident causes alot of people agravation, thanks for the ride along, pull toy said so.
Well that was fun ha ha Ha
It truly shows the trickle down effect of when something happens
Enjoyed your show thanks
Thank you to the other driver for sharing that!
I feel sorry all of those involved and that dump truck driver and company will experience the business end of the DOT I am sure.
merkaba Department Of Transportation

There is no such word as “anyways”
Brad Robb thanks professor
Best wishes to your friend and I hope he gets back a new truck and trailer. Great video and your patience dealing with that load, be Safe

Such a shame about that guy's tractor and trailer.
Jack I am convinced that if we look in Websters under the word patience, we would surely see your picture there. Good job guy.
When I'm supposed to be working, I'm on youtube watching Indiana Jack! Can't resist a new video.
completely stupid--the plastic pellets were surely repackaged--and probably sent to the same vendor as before...
They don't want repackaged pellets. The boxes are often not tied to the skids and slide off. Also, the boxes cannot stand much force and split open along with the bag they are in. Cannot be rehandled-that's contamination.
They go to a plastic pellet broker who then sells them as damaged or salvage goods.

This trip may have been frustrating for you, but, I was quite interested in how it all eventually worked out.
Thanks, please share with friends.

In a situation like that, do you get paid for holding a refused load? AND.. Is a load like that an Insurance Claim Load??
The crash:
How the hell do you damage
Plastic pellets?? What ever
Was the out come of all this?
Your videos are great .
Man, thought that was u, I hope the other drivers were ok as well, be safe out there...

A great video. Thanks to Dave for sharing this story.
My question is , how can plastic pellets possibly be damaged ? Doesn't matter if the wooden pallets are damaged.
The plastic pellets were not damaged but the packaging was and the End customer could not stack them. It is the same with us going into a grocery store and not selecting the package of cookies that is damaged on the corner.
Refusing plastic pellets? Time is money; hope you were compensated for all your time.
Noticed at 7:21 sign says "Safety Doesn't Stop Here. Thank you." hmm
Stay safe out there Man.
At first I got scared: The Crash - I thought it was Old Red... oh boy. Heavy damage but it could have been worse... I hope the dump truck driver is ok. Insurance companies ⛓💸 💰
I hope he’s okay screw his truck his safety is much more important
xXMediaTrix
William Prince Yeah?
That stretched frame pete was beautiful
Yes I was so happy to see that. It made my morning.
jake tee Yeaaaah the truck and trailer was sweet👍
Why would anyone want one stretched?
Yes it was...
The drivers of those dump trucks (aka: coal bucks) are the most irresponsible of all the so-called professional drivers!
chichi41 that’s coal buckets
You beat me to it, and they drive in towns and cities where there is the most people.
I actually watched your entire video! Nice! Not boring at all! how does one obey 13.5 MPH speed limit lol
Instead of refusing the load the customer could take it with lower price. All would win i guess.
Stephan Nonting Call the shipper for options. They deal with the product everyday.
I’m a new subscriber, enjoyed the 2 videos I’ve watched already. I’m a truck driver also. Keep them coming.
I work at a grain elevator and we load grain onto train cars. We have a locomotive from 1940.
+ Bubbs bubbs - And it'll be running in 2040, I'm sure. I bet it's an Alco, too.
Hope the truck driver sorts out a new rig soon and is back trucking and earning.
It can't be a load from hell Jack, you said yourself it was from Cleveland, Ohio. Though, a tough thing, and all respect that you wanted to help out your fellow driver!
I think traveloko send Jack to take over the load.
Sure hope Dave's insurance company gets on the dumptruck's insurance company and makes them pay up. Praying that it's more than enough for him to get a NEW tractor and trailer.
I am pretty sure he needs some encouragement right now
Plus time missed (lost wages)
Feel sorry for that driver. Glad he wasn't hurt. Six feet further forward might have been a different story. Did it total his truck? I hope he is fully compensated and the insurance does him right. That dump truck driver better have a damn good reason for running that stop sign.
Sad to see he lost his Tractor and trailer, but so happy that he was not hurt in the crash.
Hey, Jack! I live about 30 minutes away from Goshen in Topeka, IN. It’s a small Amish community about 10 miles directly south of Shipshewana.
I bet Jack has been to Topeka. He's from South Bend.
Nice place, I used to pick up RVs there for delivery in Canada.
Never get involved with someone else's misfortune because you always end up with the short end of the stick
Please keep us updated on what your associate ended up doing (new truck, what he bought etc).
Great video Jack, Avon lake is my back yard, that’s why I’m glade I don’t drive anymore. Lol
Me too,Sheffield Lake 5 minutes from Lubrizol.Glad I no longer drive truck, too many people not focusing on their driving.📲👀
I guess its better that that dump truck hit a semi, than hitting a soccer mom with an SUV filled with kids. Anyway, you were so nice to step in and help out, but look at all the time you lost doing that. Who pays you for your lost income?
Old red should give the damaged lorry a big sloppy kiss and a hug. Uhhhhh!!. 😍👍🇺🇸. Oh yeah baby!! Ciao roma.
Nice horse and buggy from yoders
I am glad you noticed that shot. :-)
It looks like there is some fuel there too but I assume he/she can’t eat with that bridle and maybe blinders on. Dang! 🦓 🐴 Probably wants to take a shower too!
Wow kind of weird seeing u deliver in Goshen i live 10 miles from there in Middlebury, IN. Great video as always.
Jaron King Need some plastic pellets?
Nope I don't.
Wat a damn mess Rescue by old red well done
I'm glad that the driver of the truck who was T-Boned is okay. The Dump Truck driver should be charged with reckless driving and fined for running a Stop Sign. Good on you Jack for helping out that driver, you are an awesome guy Jack.
We don't know if that driver fell ill or what originally was the cause.
No, but good probability he is a not the greatest driver, like garbage truck and city delivery drivers. Always give those a very large berth.
Bruno Sterckeman so I’m local your saying I don’t know how to drive that’s funny lol I been driving for 8 years now I can drive
Not everyone obviously, just a good number of them. Containers are another type of truck to stay away from, as one commentator said.
Rest assured, he isn't a driver anymore.
Oh man! I thought it was "Ol Red".
When you got back to the shipper it would've been funny to just move the exact same product to different pallets and re-deliver that to the receiver - Lol :)
Just another example of people following a policy rigidly and blindly with no room for common sense.
That would have been funny. LOL although I would have refused to the load. Once it was off my trailer I was out of there.
I was once at a sugar house when a tank car of white granulated sugar came back from Pepperidge Farm because there was a dead bee on top when they opened it. They topped it off and sent it to Nestle's. LOL
@@kapekodbob so much idiocy in this world. one dead bee is not like a giant dead rotting rat.
Brian Bierenga boys do I remember days like this rain
Well, I hope you got compensated for all the lost miles due to sitting around for this.
Oh, yea. I've seen that truck stop. Never stopped there, but have been through there several times.
I’m from Mt. Pleasant Mi it was cool to see that on here
Lucky Lucky the sun came up on the right side of Dave that morning, for you and me Jack we can safely say God was watching over him that day. The Dump truck driver was Blessed too he got to go home to his Kids too. Thank for sharing. ByeBye
It was an ill omen seeing that Volvo towed and replaced by a Paccar. By a strange coincidence, I'm waiting on FedEx to deliver a parcel today.
Old Red got to see some new adventures...That dump truck driver will have to pay for the load as well.
Brokers are properly named, because when dealing with them we always are broker than before.
Every consumer should have to watch this video just to let them know what a trucker has to go through just to get their stuff. I know you can't say Jack but I hope you got paid for your effort. Should get extra, just for the aggravation.
So this case would come down to was there a stop sign for the dump truck or not
Yes there was a stop sign for the dumb truck he ran it about 35 mph he was sighted
That driver at the truck stop crowding you, looks like he was getting close as possible to your fuel tank...
Interesting to see my house next door to the "good" Gallops. FYI: Loves just open up last week( Dec 2018) 3 miles west of Gallops on US 20, Hey ! that's my neighbors horse and buggy.
From the thumbnail I thought it was your truck, good thing it wasn’t.
I am thinking that the dump truck driver might have had a seizure or a stroke. How could anyone be so oblivious otherwise.
They may need to take it to court if they can’t get any payments
had a load like that at Walmart, they refused 8 pallets of colgate cleaning supplies, broker and shipper agreed to send it back. it took me 3 days to settle it. all said and done, it paid $3500 for 1100 miles.
nice kenworth day cab. Fedex always seems to have trailer problems
typical of insurance companies, take your money as fast as and then hang on to it like its there's forever. How does payment work out for a load like that, it can't just be a labour of love to help a mate out. Driver very lucky that could have been a lot worse
I can't speak for Dave but it will probably go through legal channels now.
I live in northeastern Ohio and know people who work at Lubrizol.
