as long as it is well combined you can mix the icing sugar then mix it again for about 1-2 mins. do not over-mix, so that it won't have too much air bubbles when you frost it.

hi thank you! i always bake my cupcakes just a little undercook and also using a brown or light brown sugar helps the cupcakes or cakes to be moist because it has more moisture from the molasses than the white one. i suggest using half white and half brown so that the molasses won't overpower the flavor of the cake or cupcakes.
i would suggest to bake it right away because it may affect the lift or yung pag alsa nya bka may possibility na hindi say mag rise. mas okay pa po kung ifreeze nyo nalang yung cooked cupcake without frosting make sure to cover it in plastic wrap. or just divide the recipe depends on how much you need😊
Copied the frosting po and it came out the same but after taking it out of the fridge, di na siya as smooth so I beat it and it became runny naman. :( How to get the same consistency again? Or how do properly store it po?
