Bakery Style EGG PIE Recipe
This Egg Pie recipe will remind you of your favorite childhood bakery. It's a traditional egg pie made out of whole eggs, skimmed milk and sugar. its creamy, melts in your mouth and delicious.
Recipe:
Crust:
225g All-Purpose Flour
90g Butter
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/4tsp Salt
1/8tsp Baking Powder
80g Water
Filling:
250g Skimmed Milk(Milkboy Brand)
250g Sugar
4pcs Eggs
200g Evaporated milk
400g Water
📣tips 📣
*I'm using Milkboy brand for skimmed milk powder, haven't tried different brand yet.
*do not over-mix the dough.
*no need for meringue to have a brown crust, the bubbles formed while blending will gives you the brown crust.

My favorite ube cheesecake
Bilang nagsisimula pa lang alamin ang mundo ng pag gawa ng cake, ang recipe na ito ay napaka legit. ang sarap at ang lambot ng chiffon. Samantala ang caramel frosting ay katamtaman ang tamis at ma-krema. Ang hindi ko nakini-kinita ay may katagalan pala ang mag merengue ng puti ng itlog. Parang nangalay di ang braso ko, at napa isip ako tuloy na baka mali ang ginagawa ko. Maliban dito, tamang sarap ang kinalabasan ng ginawa ko, ayon sa pag sunod ng recipe. Mabuhay po kayo!
