God Bless you Mr Rollins! Your message comes through loud and clear for those of us willing to listen. All the delicious food is the perfect attention getter but the real “meat and taters” of what you communicate is what resonates with all the subscribers and viewers.
From a veteran....Thank you from the bottom of my heart for recognizing and paying tribute to our flag and our country. Thank you for saying thank you to us veterans. Your recipes/food are amazing. Please keep up the good work. I look forward to many more awesome and delicious recipes.
I remember cooking like this in the Boy Scouts when I was younger. We would bury sweet potatoes wrapped in tin foil then build our campfire on top of that. Goof off a few hours, cook dinner on the campfire, then dig the cooked sweet potatoes out for desert later on. This channel brings back a lot of memories. I cant wait to make this.
Lots of great memories for me in scouts also. Tin foil dinner was one of my favorites. And a good cobbler. And a snipe hunt before bed , I still sleep better on the ground in sleeping bag
To the Rollins family.. for all you do like raise peoples spirits, keep us all well fed and well grounded , I just want to say a humble Thank you.. Respect from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
Love God, love your neighbour and be thankful for you have every day. Great video Kent. Tried it here in the sunny England and it turned out great. Thank you
We are blessed with every sunrise. I see it every day. So far. Thanks, Kent. Edit: I've made my own chili powder for years. I'd love to hear your recipe.
When I think of great American men I think of guys like Clint Eastwood, Kent Rollins and the greatest of all John Wayne, and they all could cook like pro's. Thanks Kent, love your videos, and all your recipes, this one looks delicious, can't wait to try it. God bless brother.
@@davidhayes7975 sorry I had too look to see who John Dehner was, I remember now, but my father got me into John Wayne and clint, he never said anything about Dehner. But I've watched movies with him.
He played Garrett in The Left Handed Gun with Paul Newman as the Kid. Other than that he played a lot of characters on the radio in Gunsmoke and other westerns.

Cowboy Kent Rollins has done it again! I'm late watching this video but it sure was a blessing. What I enjoy about this gentleman are; his mouthwatering recipes, his great humor & his kind & heartwarming words and advices towards everyone. I love the scenery and his wonderful pets. To me, Cowboy Kent Rollins is a national treasure, quoting another loyal viewer to this channel, & an inspiration. God bless you sir & may He bless everyone in this round giant garden called Earth. ❤
I have a recipe that is good. I used Bush's baked beans, bell peppers, jalapeno, diced tomatoes, onions, mustard, gramma molasses, ketchup, bacon, and cooked sliced bratwurst. I would smoke it then i would bake in the oven to brown the bacon. Love your recipes.
Glad to see that you are a man the loves the flag and what it stands for , I was unfortunately not able to serve in the military due to an accident the day before I was supposed to leave for boot camp so I too love this country and I'm very thankful for the man and women that serve and have served and have made the ultimate sacrifice and gave there lives Amen!
I love this guy. Everytime I see him cooking reminds me of every trailride, every Cowboy Western, every Ranch I've ever seen... Memories cone flooding back!! Thank you, God bless you all!
Even with something as basic as baked beans you have created a casserole and filled it with love and Cowboy stories. Love your videos and all that you represent. God bless both of you and thanks!🤠
Oh my, why did I just now find you. You are medicine for my soul. I laughed, I cried, and I have vowed to try this recipe! May the Good Lord Bless you and yours Kent! Amen!
Maybe you've done it already, but I'd LOVE to hear your testimony as well as cowboy stories! The video was great as usual, and those beans look wonderful!
As a current active duty service member, it can feel like a thankless profession in this day and age. Quite discouraging sometimes I’ll add. When someone like you thanks us for our service, it can make all the difference. Thank you for your support and these good recipes. God bless.
I love your videos. Just a good ole county boy doin what you love to do! Feed people, and share the old kinda knowledge that young people need today!!! Thank you very much!
Kent you and Shan getup early to do this film at sunrise. My hat is off to you two. I love your recipes and bought two Stargazers based on your suggest and I am very pleased with them. I am from NM and love chilis and add them like you do! Looking forward to using your BBQ sauce that is coming today. I going to do another Tri-Tip with both your special sauce you showed on the Tri-Tip cook and your BBQ sauce.
I love the story about Daniel. He didn't want to waste an ounce of Kents cooking. Kent I could sit and listen to your stories all day let alone watch you cook. Beautiful sound hearing the crickets during your filming. Have the best day all the way from the UK.
I didn't get to eat off a chuck wagon when I worked cattle, but lordy, my buddies grandma cooked for us! I'll never forget my first lunch on the ranch, (his grandad called it dinner) she made us thick slabs of ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, French fries, and fried chicken. Just at lunch time! Ranchers sure do eat, but those years was some hard, hard work.
Discovered your videos a couple weeks ago and have been tearing through the library. Really appreciate you Kent. Thank you for keeping things non-political. And thank you for recognizing our service folks and first responders….my dad is a retired police officer.
Cooking for a group of friends at a campsite (i'm the camp cook whenever we go campin) and this recipe is gonna be a good one! One pot and feeds us all, perfect thank you cowboy kent rollins
Kent, some of us get up between 3 and 4 AM, because as we get old, we don't sleep so much! Seriously, I went on a fishing trip with a couple of cousins, and was challenged that I had to wake up early to make sure we were with the guide by 6 AM. I was up at about 3:30, and woke one of the cousins up when I absolutely had to have coffee. Good trip. That said, I like what you are doing here. In the kitchen, I might use a crockpot and let 'em cook all day, but that's just me! God bless you, and thanks for the recipes! (I'm cooking dinner for my wife this evening as I write! No beans tonight, but there shall be pasta and a sauce that I have been cooking for 3 hours already, another 2 to go!) I like baked beans, so I believe I will give this one a shot.
Kent, your videos always seem to come out on my weekend off work and they are a huge enjoyment during my R&R time. Especially since I’ve been sad this week with the passing of Norm Macdonald. God bless you and your wife.
I make a version of this I came up with my self and have made for years. I started by using broken up hamburgers that I had grilled and just use to brake up in the beans, I use baked beans, pinto beans, kidney beans and butter beans in mine. Sometimes I throw in some grilled dogs as well. But other then that real close to your recipe. Yun yum some good eats for sure!!
Hey Cowboy, My Chek grandma made this for us, a little different on some of the ingredients and we add sausage, and call it 'Bean Hash" ! Gonna try yours tommorow. Keep those videos a coming !! Tell Shannon & the pups "Hi, from Ohio" !!
Guess I’m having this for dinner tonight. Thanks for all the great recipes and keep em coming. Also, I really like it at the end when you thank all the service members for doing what they do and tipping your hat to the flag. Once again, thank you from Oregon!!
If you dumped a couple of boxes of Jiffy Mix corn bread mix on top of that and cook it until the CB id done that would be almost like what we call Tamale pie, and it would be good!
Mr. Kent, you have out did yourself once again with another great video! You may need to send me a mop and bucket, so I can clean up my drool. I have yet to see a video that hasn't brought back some fond memories of my youth. May God's love and grace be with you and your family.
