We call this 'mieliebrood' in Afrikaans and it is a well-loved thing in many a South-African home. A great accompaniment to any meal but just as great on its own; smeared real thick with butter and a cup of hot cowboy coffee on a cold winter morning! You add yourself a piece of 'boerewors' to it and it is food fit for any king. Say, Mr. Rollins, I would love if you would do an American chuck-wagon spin on our South African spiced ground meat sausage known as 'boerewors'. It is a beautiful thing when we start to appreciate the similarities in our diverse cultures!
I love S. African food, I am an American white man who married a black woman from Kenya, and I became familiar with African cuisine in various regions of Africa. From what I have seen regarding S. African food, it is absolutely delicious. My wife will pick what we call weeds in America but she prcisely knows the herbs and she will saute' them in olive oil with garlic, onion and spices and is called Sukuma Wiki and she makes ugali and along with roasted goat is absolutely DEEEEEELICIOUS :)

Kent I want to thank you once again for providing relaxing videos while I’m recovering from serious knee surgery. It helps so much with me being house ridden
When I was in the ARMY back in Iraq war, my old Tank Commander BBQ a wild desert monitor. We were riding Tank formation w 4 Tanks and identified what we thought were targets out there. Blowing up 150 ft dust trails, Gunner identified a group of Lizards so we ended up taking a slow right and to move out there way with spooking them. Dang lead Lizard veered right and cut in front of my tracks, so we had what tasted like basically chicken or gator. Later on ended up having to drink bad water or die of thirst and had 2 living parasites in me. Lost 60 lbs in a month and a half, was a crazy ride man. Be safe with this virus Cowboy got to keep these vids up, keeps a little Home in the House around here while waiting this out
