I have always viewed to-do lists and habit trackers as "nags" and I automatically dig my heels in and become super resistant when I feel nagged to do something even by myself but something you said switched my thinking about instead of thinking of this tools as nags and judging me for not doing it consistently I can look at it as a snapshot of what I find easy to to do and what I don't. Instead of looking at it a saying "you haven't done this yet" I can see it as saying "it is what it is and this is what it is" and just accept that instead of fight it or stay in denial because I don't want proof of where I am dropping the ball. It is keeping score but it isn't judging me for my score it is just a witness of what is. I feel less resistant to that idea so thank you for helping me reach it. It's a self-awareness tool not a self-judgement/self-shaming tool and I get that now
Since this video I've started to drink lemon water with bic soda in the morning, to write down my everyday money spends and to focus mentally in having my daily routine done in the 6 to 9 pm time range! I'm all in! Thanks for this awesome tips!

For the flickering on your phone, try switching the aperture (default is 180* (or 1/62 I think, if your camera has it in a different format)) on your camera up or down by one or two degrees! TVs used to do the same thing when you recorded them.
I totally agree with treating each day as a fresh start, especially if you fail to keep your goals. I did this when I was losing weight and it was one of things that motivated me to keep trying. I also started setting up monthly goals in my bullet journal since January. By doing this, I am more likely to get my goals moving and it reminds me what I'm trying to accomplish that month. I haven't done a habit tracker before, just because I don't think I'll be consistent. But maybe a weekly tracker would be easier 🤔 I don't know, I would have to try it out. I would like to get into the habit of creating art each week, so maybe this will help.

I was looking at my own notes and files from graduate school today after watching your videos and I realized I'm a really good organizer but I don't know why I'm scared of going back. Can you give me any tips on how to balance life. I'm sure studying Law isn't easy so you're the right person to ask I guess.

For habit tracking, I've used Habitica (They have an app you can connect to their website habitica.com/ ) It's very simple & easy to customize
