Just to inform everyone since he didn't mention it, the item dupe is actually a transmutation glitch where the item that is being duped actually pulls / steals items from the slot to the right of it (It being empty allows you to pull from the void). You do not have to move the items to the end of the list, it still works, however you will be sacrificing items that are to the right of the item you want to dupe.
Edit: New glitch has been found that allows duping items anywhere in the inventory without losing items. Shield Jump (Or Glide) > Pause > Hold 5x Items You Want Duped > Y+B At The Same Time.
B Can Be Interchanged Between +
Edit 2: Version 1.1.2 fixed all dupes allegedly. So uh, don't update if you're on a physical copy

If you have 100 Lynel horns to the direct right of it on the list and you dupe 4 it'll take 4 away from the 100 stack. Now if it's at the end of the list it won't take anything from anywhere it just pulls them
How do you deal with this issue?

@@TheWaslijn I meant how do you keep it as the last item in your inventory? Because if the only way to do this is to empty it out from your inventory and pick them pack up, you're kinda stuck with whatever number of items you get after 21 because when you drop more than 21 items on the ground they start to disappear.
If you do the jump from higher, you can unpause and pause again as fast as you can and drop more before landing and the ammount in your inventory stays the same as you fall so you can dupe much faster
With such an intro i actually expected a method to go easily past the 36 items without much hassle.
36? 21 is the limit to drop, right?

You can easily go Much MUCH MORE, just pick up the items your duping then you can do the dupe 17 times and if you dont care about the 1 of items that you dropped you can just teleport away and keep doing it. got like 70 diamonds in 5 minutes
@Kai it’s good if you need to farm money. Just do it in front of a shop and sell off until your left with 4.

There's another one I just found, found about an hour ago by someone on Twitter, it's similar to this but not exactly, you shield surf, while in midair, open the inventory, hold the items you wish to dupe, and then, the weird part, close the inventory and press why to sort the items, this from what I can tell with mini-core items, is basically just dropping an item that technically doesn't exist since you just moved it.
If you jump off something like a boulder you can actually press + twice quickly to hold more items but u still need 1 of a item to continuously dupe while falling

Also, there's a 3rd Ancient Blade, I got it from a random Chest near a Bokoblin Camp directly after leaping off the Great Sky Island on my way to Lookout Landing, idk where exactly, but the camp was surrounded by trees. Have fun looking, I guess
If trying to dupe fairies: go to Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower fast travel point. It spawns you inside a little cave that gives you a few seconds leeway in catching before they fly away.
Hop off the steps, hit x for glide, hit plus, hold 5 (or however many you have) fairies, y+b at the same time, unpause, mash A to pick up, rinse, repeat.

Glide also works, that way you can do it like 3-4 times in a row with a single glide, more easier for me to do.
1. Make sure its the last item in inv
2. Glide
3. Pause
4. Hold other item that have only 1 in stack.
5. Hold up to four the item you want to dupe.
6. Unpause, repeat step 3.
Remember the max item to drop is 21, so you can only do it up to 4 times in a row which yield max 16 dupe item in one go.
this is actually helpful since if you try the shield method with bomb flowers, they just blow up the moment you land on them lol

@@asindonix i think bc each time you have to chose another item you have 1 of, so do not chose 5 diamonds on the next lines. Choose 1 of the 1 stack, then 4 of what you want to dupe. AND ONLY DO 16 DUPES, i lost items doing this if I didnt stop at 16 dupes
to make this easier on the only timed bit.
fuse a zonai wing device to your shield for a longer jump!
It don't have to be the last item in inventory just have to have a single item before it and you can sort till you get a single item before the item you want to dupe
Just a tip for duping Diamonds for making money:
If you want to make money off Diamonds, keep selling the offload Diamond until you only have 4, then repeat the duplication and sell them again till you only have 4, and repeat for how long you want to go for.
Best number is to have 4x 1-only items + 4 diamonds, dupe the diamonds so that you have 20 item drop at the end (make sure u don't go over 20 as after 21 rest of items are lost), pick up 16 diamonds + 4 1-items, sell 16 diamonds so you only have 4 diamonds left, then drop the 4 diamonds then pick them back up so that they are at the end of your inventory.
Best to do this next to a shopkeeper.
You can go past 21 all you need is to start from 21 diamonds and have 17 single items behind it,each time you do this glitch leave the single item on the ground until you've done all 17 single items then sell, you'll have nearly a hundred by doing that way
The freezing temperature that's hurting link in this video is a testament to how fast this dupe glitch is.

If you jump from a highish rock you can do it multiple times but only do it 4 times there is like a 20 item max so can easily get 16 in about 30 seconds
you can do better by not picking up the item of 1x and do the glitch again with another item of 1x so the item you want to Duplicat is always the last in inventory. i testet it with up to 10 different item's of 1x each laying on the ground it worked fine.
these glitches are insane.
Tested this glitch a few different ways, for the "setup" item (the bugs in Blaines's case), from what ive been able to see you do not need only one item, i used wood bundles for my setup to dupe sapphires, purposely sold all my bundles except 2, then used one bundle for the glitch and it seemed to work fine
if you jump from a high point you can do more dups i set mines up to the house you get so i jump off the shrine and climb up for longer duping
There’s a simpler way paraglide a before you hit the ground and grab the item you want or multiple and press y+b at the same time to get the items duplicated
Do you know you can change the shield jump for just opening the paraglider?
This is great for short-term bursts of dupes but I feel like I've gotten so good at the arrow duping I can stockpile much faster that way, and I don't have any limit so I can actually reach 999 of any of those items if I wanted to. I think I got around 100 diamonds every 30 mins at the rate I've been going with the arrow glitch.
Here is a tipp: u can do multiple dupes in one jump, from the ground, i manage to get 3x4 dupes, and pro top, you can use a tower to bring you up into the air, aim for a pond of Water underneath you, and have fun duping while faling down (ofc u have to shield jump mid air, but only once), have fun with the last tip i manage to dupe 80-100ish items in one go

How do you get 999 items though? some of the critters I need to upgrade armors aren't able to be dropped cuz they just fly away

You do not need a butterfly that will fly away. You can use an item that just sits on the ground not moving like say a Lizalfos tail.

Obviously the insects will get away so its best to use something solid and it actualy can be more than one but you need to be able to hold whole stack plus item(s) you want to dope
You will drop them but the do multiply if you do it correctly (recommend practicing with zoanite

if it doesnt work for you then update your game to the latest patch 1.1.1.
btw: you can do the glitch way easier if you jump off a building etc. and use the glider instead of the shield.

I think this this is more useful with money, you sell the diamond but one and start doing it again
PSA: the single item you use doesnt have to be an insect or something that disappears, you just have to have under 5 of something (not just 1, 1-4) and you only need to shield hop in place. You *dont* need to fall from a ledge or anything unless you cant shield hop.
So:
1. make the item you want to dupe be at the bottom of your inventory ( dropping it all and picking it back up works)
2. Shield hop and pause while in the air (regular jumping doesnt work)
3. Select an item to hold that you have less than 5 of and hold all of them (I suggest monster parts or anything that wont run away so you can keep the item)
4. Select the item your duping and fill the rest of the holding slots (if you have enough to fill the slots, if not, you can do it with empty slots)
5. Leave the menu and *p r o f i t*
You also dont need to pick up the random item you used to dupe with (pick up the item that you *did* dupe so you dont clog the limit for items on the ground) you can keep the item youre trying to dupe at the last slot of your inventory and do the glitch again with any other item you have under 5.
I tried with an item that is less than five, it was two, and it did not work. Are you sure it can be less than five?
I second this, are we sure it has to be less than 5? This would be tremendously easier if this is the case
@@rednuhT i did it with two as well, and i duped 3 instead of 4. Did you hold all of that item? You have to hold all thats why you cant do it over five since thered be no room for the item youre trying to dupe

How do you actually get to 999 of the item though? For me some of the items start to Despawn after a while

The only problem with Ancient Blades is that the enemies they kill don't drop loot, so I can't use them to easily kill enemies so I can take photos of their drops(Compedium Completionist).
It's possible to do it multiple times while in the air if you are fast enough
hello trying I understood that the object that has a value of 1 must always be before the one you want to duplicate ... it can also be in the middle of the menu

it doesnt need to be the last thing, you just need 1 item in front of the thing youre duping

You can do it with paraglider too, as long there not too height..
I highly recommend duplicating fairies! this allows you to basically be the least vulnerable person in hyrule!

how to duplicate more than 24? how to collect 999? when there are more than 20 on the ground, they start to disappear
So max you can dup is 25 of items since the ground only hold up to 25 items anything after that it will disappear from what i heard?
If you keep the items you only have one of on the ground and don't pick them up again or pick them up and put them back on the ground you can go a bit over that.

Brooooooo, you always putting up the good tips my man. This is SUPER easy to do. I haven’t watched your other vids mainly cause I wanted to explore on my own but THIS SHIT IS AWESOME. Diamonds also give you 25+ atk when fused so they are also great for making your weapons stronger
If the timing is hard for some people, you can fuse a Wing glider to your shield and it will give you a little extra time.
If having another few items with number of 1, can dupe multiple time during the one glide(make sure the dupping item at last slot). But the duped item messed up around 20ish if you don’t want to keep dropping all every time and leave some on the floor , and only drop/pickup 4 each time.
Best to sell some and repeat.
Paragliding instead of shield surf is much more handy.
Cool now can you do a video explaining why when I'm trying to be able to fuse the msgnotfound glitch and my swords appear back in my inventory I keep getting spill over (there are more swords on the ground than inventory slots for swords). I am facing away from the wall

Its a quick way to dupe a small amount, but becomes a hassle the more you have, the fact that the item you want to dupe needs to be the last slot is a problem, dropping 20+ or 50+ just to put it on the last slot makes it a real pain.
For diamonds its fine as you can sell most to reduce the number but cant imagine doing this with a hogh number item.
Its the perfect dupe glitch for thos large zonai balls since they are always at the bottom of the list! U can stock up on nearly unlimited devices if u found all the ball machines :D
Bro you can sell stuff to shops you know? Just get rid of all the crap you don’t want to dupe till you have 1 of it then it’s just drop that 1 item pick it up it’s now last in list! Dupe till you think you have enough and do it all over again for next item!

Damn thats really crazy that he has 999 of almost every item cause last time i checked the maximum of items loaded on the ground before they despawn is 21 so theres no way to get past 25 items 🤔

Yep. The most i can get with this dupe is 29. If you dupe while falling you can get a higher number. However, even by doing that, the very best you could probably hope for is maybe somewhere close to 90 items before the dupe becomes impossible.
probably didn't use this method there's the bow method as well to dupe

@Mister D.B nope because you can dupe much more if you know how. dont pickup the item of 1x you droped and instead use another so that you dont have to drop all the items to gert it to the last slot. works fine

hello blaines w video but i have appeared to have found the easiest dupe yet, try holding an item in mineru, shield jump, or paraglider and then in menu, press y and b at the same time and boom easy dupe! it doesnt have to be last slot, it wont delete anythin no matter where it is in ur inv! ur welcome btw ;)

This is the way I’ve been doing but I thought you another easier way because on every Item you have 999 and if you did this way it must’ve took Weeks to go 999 on each Item
Not sure if the shield surfing works better with bomb flowers though don't try the glider and dropping bomb flowers lmao I learned the hard way T-T
If you do it over some water the bombs and any other breakable item won’t be destroyed on the ground

They acted almost immediately when the same happened for Pokemon.
I haven't started playing yet, have a lots of other games in the list, but I've been tempted just to try to dup some items before they patch the game.

you dont even need to use a live animal, i just did this w/ 1 raw bird thigh and it duped and i kept the bird thigh, you just have to make sure that the item youre duplicating is the last item

Ok notes
1 you can't drop more than 21 items or the extras disappear found this or when moving a stack of 25 to the bottom
2 if you fuse something to your shield that bloxks you from shield surfing like say another shield you won't move from your spot and can still dupe
Edit this is Sooooooo much better then the arrow fuse duping because it's way easier to pull off and it's really fast
so how do I dupe more diamonds than 21?
@Snorticus I can't get more than 24 out before they dedpawn. I'm using a lizalfos tail but could probably keep 25 spawned in if I was dropping animals that fly away instead of staying on the ground. But in my experience even in a shrine, 24 or 25 is the limit. Probably have to switch to arrow method for more or sell them down to 1 or 4 diamonds and keep going.
There is an even better way. Jump off a rock or something a few feet in the air. Then activate your paraglider. Press start and start doing the glitch. You can do it multiple times before hitting the ground. I have been getting 20 of an item at a time.
Leaves your shield untouched too.
But what happens when i have more than 21 of one item and i gotta drop them to get them to the last slot? Isnt the max number of stuff you can throw down 21
So what you do is have multiples of 1 items in your inventory. Then when you drop the 1 item you do NOT pick it up. That way what you're duping stays at the end of your inventory.

You still need to do all the shrines for the strongest armour set
the animation and glitch to begin the normal way is patched, and the only way for it is the devil praying stone thing for it so i dont think so
Use rocket shields and bomb shields u can skip so many sections of shrines or some even completely if u want to do that
