You can dupe bomb flowers, it's just that you need to jump off a height that's not too high for the flowers to go off
Or in water they wont blow up if you do it over water
Shield surfing on snow is what I've been doing, doesn't damage the shield

@@Blaze-ut5vleah, the three I guess you could say main ones are:
Duping a material by fusing it to an arrow, pause, drop the bow you're holding, select another bow, unpause and repause, then drop the second bow you selected
Duping a material by shield jumping, hold a material you have only 1 of, then hold whatever you want to dupe, unpause
And then the one shown in this video (the best one.)
I’m starting to think someone or several of the devs secretly despised the durability system in the game and ‘conveniently’ left these methods in. Having the infinite Master Sword is much better.
@@songoku9348the unbreakable master sword is amazing. I personally dislike the durability system so it makes the game 10x better for me!
You can do the glitch with bombs and not explode if you are over a pool of water. They will instead start floating. Though if you drop too many they might collide with each other.
But bombs are incredibly easy to farm. Its not worth the effort. If you wanna know wher to get bombs, its right under lookout landing.

Jump down into the shelter, through the wall, go through the caves maze
If you want to dup flying insects or fairies, you can go to the kisinona shrine to use the fans from that shrine that doesn't use battery, jump on top of the fan and the air will keep you at the same height always, do the dup glitch with the insects/fairies and collect inmediatly, and there you go. For lizards I recomend to jump and do the shield surfing, pausing and making the glitch (it also works with the shield surfing so you can make this dup from the very first moment you get a shield), so you hit the ground before they start running (BTW the shield will get damaged and will eventually brake).
EDIT: if you want to dup bomb flowers without the risk of dying from explosions, I recomend to go to any sky island were the gravity is reduce (like in the water temple) and you can perform the glitch with a simple jump, and since the gravity is reduced, the bombs will not explote so easily unless you gain more height than with a simple jump, this also works for items that breaks like the milk, oil and eggs.

You CAN duplicate bomb flowers, just save every 10-20 dupes because they will eventually blow. But if you do it from a low enough distance, most of the time they will not blow and you can dupe them. I got up to 150 this way
fun fact: if you shield jump on shrine sand your shield will not break so you can basically just infinitely dupe without losing a bunch of shields and its a bit quicker than paragliding down a ledge
This glitch also works (and is much easier) by just doing it while riding Mineru instead of paragliding or shield jumping, if you're that far in the story.

This is where I was doing this dupe glitch too when I found out about it, but I hated having to chase my items down the stairs. Lol Another place to do this I found is at the emergency bunker at Lookout Landing. If you paraglide down into the bunker you can do this trick repeatedly and everything you dupe will be on the floor when you land.

@@anthonyserrt151 I was only saying if you do it at the spot in the video most of the time ur items will roll down the stairs. I like the place I do it because if timed right it can be done multiple times before to land and everything will be right there even you land.

This is amazing! SO MUCH BETTER than the Bow and Arrow glitch which is inconsistent at times.
Thank you BLAINES for the quick, simple, and straight-forward explanation of this glitch. I've seen people drag out to like 8 to 10 minutes talking about this glitch.
If you want to do it with Fairy's or any other item that will run away from you, make sure you open your inventory to do the glitch right before you land from the paraglider, otherwise they will just fly off
For things that can fly off, dupe them in the home base room with the demon statue, they have nowhere to fly off to and they begin bouncing back and flying around in the room. You still need to grab them quickly because they disappear after bouncing around for a while.
A massive tip you can dupe lizards, bugs etc if you wear the full shika gear to give you 3 times stealth they won’t run away so you can drop lizards and bugs and or crabs to dupe
You can dupe the Bomb Flowers by dropping them on a body of water. I tested it by dropping them at Link's House's Garden Pond.
Just jump off from the house and drop the flowers in the pond. I did it a few times and it didn't explode once.
or just do it on land with a small step up , don't need a lot of air time
It works with fairies, too! Just make sure you're really low to the ground before you drop them. Otherwise they'll drop too high to catch. Bomb flowers seem to work fine in the rain as well. Thanks so much for sharing this, Blaines!
can also build a “dupe box” just make an enclosed box with ultra hand and dupe while inside. makes duping any insect/creature 10x easier

You can dupe fairy’s and any animals and bugs If you jump off a small ledge that you can glide with enough time to press pause while wearing stealth armor I would recommend a turbo control to pick them up cuz you have to turn around right after landing to grab them but I’m at 999 fairy’s bugs and animals so it 100% works
this is so amazing!!!!!! im currently doing the glitch on the wellspring island bc i dont want to loose my progress place while watching a walk through guide and it works perfectly there too! you don't even need to jump off a cliff just press x and the gravity there makes it high enough to take out the paraglider to begin the glitch!
This is the dupe. This is the best one. A few notes; tl;Dr you can dupe bombs.
Edit: there is an easy method for bugs now at the bottom.
You can mix and match items, so if you only have 2 of an item, you can drop those two and three other items to save time. You can also do 4 full drops at a time, since the game despawns items at 22 (it can hold 21 items). For things that explode on impact, do it over water (bombs, chuchua, ect). For larger objects, make sure you have a little space, so don't try it inside. Your dream house is a great place for a lot of this. You CAN also dupe lizards, and butterfly's, but it's a bitch, and you'll usually only get 3-5 at a time. Safe often for things that move.
For bugs, and any item really, you can just use the fucking mech apparently. The mech drops items like you're flying, but it can also pick items up, making it really fast asy to grab all 5 bugs.

@@psykokane ok gotcha guessing it's a similar mechanic to a couple other situations, not a particular zonai part or something readily in the inventory. That'll do for an answer
You can dupe bombs over water. I use the moat outside lookout landing. The edge is just high enough to get the glider out. It’s safest to only do one dupe set per glide. Sometimes dropping them on top of each other will set them off despite the water they’re landing in.
In the sky where you have lower gravity is perfect for this, just jump normal and you can dupe 20 in one go
You can duplicate bomb flowers, you have to be low to the ground so they don’t land as hard. All explosives must reach a certain velocity/height before they explode.
The rock next to the fairy at woodland stable is perfect
Letting you know that you dupe bomb flowers. Find a pond or shore where the water is up to Link's chest. Make sure Link is not swimming. Do a shield jump, then while you're on air, do the glitch
Just dupe on land, use a small step up or hill. lol
Go to Lurelin Village Theres a wooden bridge beside the restaurant its the perfect little cliff to do this and your items dont roll away, you can also do it multiple times in air after you press X Y press pause grab 5 and repeat works up to 21 items on the floor
Took me a lot of tries to get this to work but I finally did. Turns out I was hitting pause to quickly after beginning to glide and it wouldn't work. When I let myself glide just a second longer before doing it, it worked perfectly. Thanks for this.

NOTE: For those who are disappointed you can't straight up dupe bomb flowers, only indirectly. IF you dupe them close to the ground they won't blow up.

FYI, best place to do this dupe is at the water temple, even if you haven't beaten it. You can jump and pull your glider there, no climbing or moving necessary. You also have enough height to dupe 20 items in 1 jump. This spot is safe to dupe bomb flowers due to the low gravity and height. No need to use the shield, either. This spot is perfect for people with pro controllers (GuliKit controller) that can record inputs and replay them, allowing you to dupe automatically while you're away or asleep.

@tdboek2 Yeah sure. If you look up the controller I mentioned, it has a function on it where you press a button to start recording, then you go ahead and do the dupe as normal, then hit the button to stop recording. You then double tap the same button and it will replay whatever you recorded over and over on a loop.
I have found a really good place for duping bomb flowers, fairies or other materials/animals that usually activates or run/fly away. The house next to the skyview tower in lookout landing. Use the table inside to do the jump. Animals you have to be quick picking up to collect.
Where do you get that glider skin you're using? I have seen it everywhere but don't know where to get it.
this does not work anymore , it has been patched ,ive been trying 2d and it does not work , did it last week and it worked ,but not anymore :(
These are by far fun and extremely pleasing to see. now everyone let’s please give the TOTK developers a break. They are pushing this console to its limits and they don’t have a lot of extra memory to spare as it’s extremely apparent.
Best way to do this is go to the original sky island with the zora armor, go to one of the waterfalls leading off with the barricade and use the zora armor to go up, then do as many items as you can on the side that’s blocked off and they’ll stay against the barrier, go back up the waterfall, repeat
I take that back, go to the shrine under water temple in the low gravity you can get a lot more done quicker

Don’t know if anybody needs it but if u fuse a shield with the master sword you have a unbreakable sword which can be used as a shield

You can also do it multiple times before you land I think up to 21 items cuz that’s the item on the ground limit.

I feel like duping has caused my game to become overloaded with dead item files and it's caused major FPS drops and lag, even more than there already was in the game. The frames weren't great before but I think they're even worse now and it's definitely proven that duplication glitches in games can cause performance issues, like with Cyberpunk 2077.
I wonder how much of a possibility this would be. It sounds very possible. I wonder how many who have glitched are experiencing fps issues

Going to the Water Temple site makes it way faster due to the low gravity. You can literally paraglide while jumping in place. :)
Don’t think this will work with swords and shields since you can’t really hold them like you can for regular items. Am I correct?
I've been working on this for a bit, and I found that there's no drawback, at least form what I saw. If you get the timing right all 4 times, you can get like 20 of the thing you want at once. but if you mess up the timing, allt hat happens is that you drop the item you were holding

Hey everyone. Just an FYI you can duplicate the bomb flowers without them blowing up if you jump off a small rock that’s only a little taller than Link.

Much easier later if you unlock Mineru~ you can just get on Mineru once you do, you just hit, "Menu, Select Item, Y+B, Pickup Item" and repeat.
The reason i just pickup the 5 item i drop is so that when i go back into Menu it will still be that one selected item i wanted to clone, so i don't need to keep going through the menu.
This works for stuff like Bomb Flowers as well, as critters that would run away.
And... i made it easier for myself by using a Macro controller to do it automatically...~
Do your bomb dupes over water because it seems no matter how high they are dropped they don’t seem to explode. I did it at Camphor Pond (any pond will work since the water doesn’t have a moving current) the one down the road from Hateno Village. Do it in the “less steep side” so that it is easier to climb back up. You should be able to do about 20x dupes each jump so that helps a bit. I think anything over 21 dupes the game deletes the extras.

Not sure how to explain the why or how but no somehow the glider method+ the Y and B mash at the same time sorts the list and refreshes it in such a way the game thinks the say 267 apples is still there but you drop the items to the ground.

Get rich easy:
Step 1: duplicate some mid items!
Step 2: sell said items
Step 3: buy a diamond
Step 4: duplicate diamond
Step 5: sell diamonds
Step 6:profit!
You can dupe bomb flower if you do it in shallow water. They will float instead of exploding and you just have to pick them up

@Blaines I was curious about the glitched fusion technique withe the master sword. Is it possibly to multiple fusions by doing thst glitch to the master sword to one that has the fusion multplier applied by the glitch?

If you are in a low gravity area over shallow water ie. Lightcast Island you can do this with bombs & they won't explode.

If you do a wing shield jump and only do it twice you can dup bomb flowers, tho I suggest to do a running jump first and to save before hand just in case they blow up

I just did this duplication, and if you go to a shrine and use the fan on the shrine, it will never turn off so you can glide all you want and duplicate all you want in a safe spot but remember you can only drop 20 items max. The shrine I used was - Ishodag Shrine near Carok Brige.

@PSYkokane if you drop 20 it's fine. But if you drop more than 20 they will stop dup. So the total items you can drop it's 20 no more than that

he is probably using a switch with a custom firmware on it and a cheat manager lol
if you have an 8bitdo adapter (to use your ps4/5 controller on the switch) you can perfect this glitch with the build-in macro funtion... i did that just now and it works 100/100 trys.
the macro needs to look like this: Cross Square or Square Cross NOT Cross + Square or Square + Cross. i set the homebutton in the controller profile to NULL so that there is no funtion and set the macro on the home button.

2 ways using the same method to dupe bomb flowers:
1. only hold 3 or 4 in your inventory. They will not blow up.
2. drop them from a very low height
The only thing that happened to me is the letteri g and numbers got unrendered. Like analog blurry ish. Dont know why

I should note, that, prior to the patch, you could do this by sitting in the mecha.
Actually, you can dupe the bombs. If you're not high enough they won't go off but you're so close to the ground that you only have enough time to do it ounce.
Any tips? I have been n continuing to try this method, but it isn't working. This method works as to jumping into the paraglider, pausing n selecting the item, n pressing Y+B simultaneously, but it doesn't dupe. It drops what I'm holding n the number in my backpack (or wherever Link carries all this stuff) changes. As of posting this comment, this video is a week old.
They fixed dupe glitch with an update. If your game updated you are out of luck.

How much time did you spend to get 999 of all items? I thought you can only dupe 5 at a time for anything, thats 180 shield surf dupes to get to 999, which could take an hour or more, and dozens and dozens of shields, unless you use the glide method which takes even longer. And how did you dupe the LIVING items?? Lizards run the second they drop, meaning you always lose a few, same with flying insects. How many hundreds of hours did this take
So you can do this with flowerbombs if you shield jump. Ik its not as good as maybe doing it in the water temple. But you can just B+Y while shield jumping and they dont blow up!
