    As always, I love your cake design. But I was surprised to see you do the crumb coat! Was it because it’s so small? Or did you just want to demonstrate how to do it? Just curious. 😊❤

      Doing a crumb coat on any size cake, just allows for a cleaner look. Plus helps to keep it fresh. Most bakers always do a crumb. I would imagine there was no special reason other than that.
