ang galing mo naman Sir,at Pilipino ka pala,ako po 1yr pa lng natuto magbake nang dahil sa pagkainip,sa lockdown,hindi pa po ako magaling magpipe,nanginginig ako,lalo na sa caligraphy,pero pag ballpen at papel kaganda ko sumulat hehe,pero gayahin ko design mo Sir,yung fondant hindi pala need na patigasin agad,pag naghuhulma.

I would love to be able to make the "Drum" at the end. My Father will turn 88 years old on Christmas Eve and I know he would be ecstatic with this awesome cake. I'm a good cook and love baking, but my Rheumatoid Arthritis is not letting me do much of the things I love anymore 🤗 🙌🏻🌈😃

Wow beautiful. Is that buttercream, boiled icing or whipped cream frosting? By the way how did you achieve red color? Red color even using chefmaster red gel color really hard to achieve. It always turns pink. I'm scared it may get bitter taste once i apply more red color gel.

And by the way, is your fondant can be applied refrigerated? Most fondant once its rainy or cold, they get moist and melted? What should be the right ingredients to achieve stable fondant even in humid place. Hope you can answer me since i am newbie. Thank you 🙂

175 gramos de chocolate blanco
77 gramos de nata montada
Derretió el chocolate blanco y mezcle la crema batida caliente, mezcle y no olvide poner color de gel blanco para hacer más blanco. Ponlo en la bolsa de hielo, eso es todo.
