I like your emotional style of talking. "Omg, look at these curtains". You're right, they should really focus on architects and what we need, instead of lurking the engineers out of Revit. They should include interior designers in designing the objects and actually listen to them. Keep it up!
Okay Paramo looks awesome, great to have a parametric modeling directly in Archicad, but jeez I wish they would update Cadimage windows & Doors and include that. Maybe Paramo might be useful for windows and doors.
Yep, hopefully Param-O will do doors and windows later. Also 2D objects and labels would be useful. These are the only really often used object types that would be nice to create custom paramedic ones of.
Mate, MEP modeller was incorporated so that in integrated practuses engineers can work in same model as architects... Same goes for structural engineers. Kind of a Revit killer functionality if it works properly. Only time will tell.
Just because your an architect, doesn't mean you skim, or skip over new Engineering and MEP features. A BIM modeller is about the inclusion of multiple areas of expertise, all coming together to ensure your design can accommodate the MEP and structural design. All this information and restrictions can be a great design influence, which informs and reinforces the design, so that the finished building is closer to what we originally concepted! I am an architect as well, but I find the inclusion of these MEP features more exciting than having pillow options on a bed. With more features like this, people will start seeing Archicad as a better platform than Revit, having used both I prefer Archicad - it's time the construction industry recognises this powerful design tool
Well sir ray hollands, it wasn't SB. Architect's job to show all what's the new features and how it works. That's Graphisoft's team job to do that since it's their product. He already stated that he focus more on architectural than MEP's and nothing is wrong with that, the fact that it's his own channel he can do what he wants to. if you have any other questions why go directly email or give comments to Archicad channel regarding to your concerns.
Are there any improvements in the maxon rendering engine? new presets? (rendering profiles) Could you make a video where you try out renderings with Archicad
It is still the same engine. There aren't any news. I didn't think that rendering in Archicad would be intersting. If you want to see videos like that, I can make.
@@sb.architect It could be interesting to see how you use archicad for renderings. I find it easier to handle the file when everything is in one software.

Please bring dark mode on Windows!
Wow :) The import of furnitures from Revit is awesome!

You are right. But I am a bit lazy :) I just want them to give us pre modelled objects so we can download them into the project.

I have tried archicad 24 the renderings a much better and cleaner than 23.

@@spacyspice i suggest that look for other rendering software that are easy to work with, so that it will not interfere your workflow.
Why don't they use a interior designer to pick the furniture? Its like a developer came up with the designs.
