Don't drink alcohol IN FULL SUN ..heatstroke....very unwell vomiting...
-: cause!
Sharia law.... Hhhhmmm lol. There is a reason why, alcohol is banned in Muslim countries!
i can’t drink as is w out feeling sick i can’t imagine drinking in this oh my god
The Ionian is cooler than the Dodecanese.
Lived in Cyprus for decades. It''s the hottest June I can remember. Temperatures normal now but humid. During the heatwave it was 45 degrees inland, 30 at night, no humidity.
45 is not unusual in July/August, for 2 or 3 days, but now lasting 7+ days
Just get air conditioning
Agreed, when temperatures are hot, especially over 40, the only place you should be is in a cool place, preferably with an air con!
A fan is also ideal since the AC will cost a fortune for all of the summer months.
A fan doesn't help @@christinastephanou5971
Keep cool - come to Yorkshire , 13c at night and so far " Flaming June " has been more of a grey and dissmal June .
Remember when June = room fan on to sleep , now it's wrap up in the duvet .
I live in Perth, Australia. When it is over 40 degrees, which is regular, go out early, stay in during the day, go out in the evening. It's simple. Get that UK mentality out of your head of "missing out when it's sunny".
MSM dont allow common sense over here anymore mate. Need to spread FEAR and get those viewing figures up.
Same in Dubai
In Perth it’s crazy yall have winters in June and summers in December January haha
Perth Australia
Sunrise 7:17 AM and sunset 5:20 PM 😮
You guys have very less sunlight and super cold weather 😂🎉
yes I have been in australia and your summer is brutal, yet we live in the north, we are not supposed to have your summers. Ehen I was a kid a really warm day was 25 degrees, that was crazy hot. now its 35..
Urban concrete heat island effect. Most measurement stations have become surrounded by urban infrastructure hence recording higher temps. Most heat is lost through infrared not via convection.
It's 33 degC in Vienna, Austria today! As well as the great advice here, if you do have to go out, I totally recommend use a high UV SPF rated umbrella/parasol. It really helps!
13 million tourists so far this year visit a very hot country (greece) . Likely by the end of the year 30 million plus . Most safely visiting to see the sun and enjoy the heat . First World problem . What ever happened to worrying about war and poverty . Guess it doesn't get the views on daytime TV
We here in Meerut (UP) India are having heat waves too.
What's the temperature there in degrees C?
@@FeelinErieIt was 50•C a few day ago, I don’t know about now though. Can you imagine?
Come to Scotland
Last uear and this year are probably going to go down in history of hot weather of extremes
Remember to take ELECTROLITES, this is crucial.
Who are they? New band?
Chemtrails, heat traps, temperature records, fear, rules, subservience. Davos, Davos, Davos
Parts of Europe, particularly the south have always known high temperatures, but recent years have been exceptional. But that does not prove that this will be a permanent or growing trend. It was not that long ago that ‘scientists’ and ‘experts’ were predicting that we were moving towards a new Ice Age! The Climate has always changed. The increase in heat related deaths is more likely to be due to an ageing population and other matters. Just as in the Covid Pandemic, it was the vulnerable who were hit the hardest. That
Is not to say we should be doing nothing about atmospheric pollution, but there is no need to panic. If we rush into banning all fossil fuels too quickly before providing a cheap and viable alternative to billions of people, there will be far more deaths than from any heat related scenario. Also we shall always need oil, as virtually everything in the modern world is made from it. People generally do not realise how many products are derived from oil and just fall for the ‘climate change’ propaganda and its extreme proponents.
Every summer I'm in Greece since 1977! Last year it was hot for several weeks without a break. It was unbearable and I love hot summers. When I was a kid in the 80s all elderly had a cardigan with them in the evenings. After the 1986 and 1989 big fires on the island of Thassos we didn't get those cool nights any more in the mountain villages of Kazaviti. The forest hasn't recovered as we never got the same amount of bees, wasps, tortoises, snakes, frogs and hedgehogs. I remember in every wall and edge of the road the many frogs. They don't find enough moitsure anymore as all the freely running water drom the mountains is collected illegally with pipes that run down to the hotels or to a mysterious collection source... it has totally changed the place. Very sad. We also get a lot more torrential rain. So very tropical conditions. I don't totally believe the global warming theory but things have definitely changed for the worst!
Happy to live in Scandinavia. Rarely reaches more than 86 degrees Fahrenheit in summer time.
You are lucky ,this temperatures in Serbia Greece Italy are not normal for humans to live in
@@Србомбоница86 We have a very nice and cool 66.2 degrees Fahrenheit here in Sweden today. We don´t go on holiday to south of Europe any more. It´s simply to hot.
Dull and cool in Ireland. Duvet nite same as Scotland 😢
I wish ,We are burning here in Serbia ,it's unbearable, you can only stay inside ,even nights are hot ,can't sleep
Bring it on I fly to Greece tomorrow 30 degrees heaven
45 degrees ,people are dying of heat strokes
can you talk about cold uk summer 🥶🥶

Unprecedented? In 1975 I went to Malta it was forty every day ffs
got the heating on ,
worried about Labours Green tax ,
going to be more expensive to stay warm
Above 40•C in Crete 🥵🥵🥵
lol… come on.. y’all got advice for extreme heat? Your inside the majority of the day and need sunscreen😩😩😩 y’all joking right, man this world getting more humorous by the day
I remember back in 2001 I was in Cyprus, think it was very early July, there was a heatwave, it was about 42c, just wasn’t reported back then because there was no climate agenda!
It's not the odd 42c days you may have caught on your holiday in 2001. I was born and raised in Sardinia, Just like Cyprus another Mediterranean island. In the 90s we had some odd days in the mid 40c but generally throughout summer we had mid 30c which has always been normal. The last 5 years it got insanely worse with 40c for entire weeks and months. Like to hear it or not it's a fact, nothing to do with reporting. Weather forecast reporting has been around for a long time.
@@BP-of5cp Heatwaves weren’t reported all the time back then, because there was no climate agenda.
@@tymc2564 maybe not in the UK. In Europe they always have been. Just because you know the small corner of your plot don't expect to know what's been reported everywhere else. Call it heatwave or call it 'next week it'll be 45c'. Wear a hat and drink water, stay off direct sun. It's been around for as long as I have been around, from around the late 80s.
@@BP-of5cp Exactly even as far back as the 80’s there were heatwaves but the media didn’t scaremonger about the climate back then!
@@tymc2564 I'm sure your PHD in environmental science and geosciences supports your comment 😂
Simple, stay home
Not just Europe it’s scorching in Turkey too
It’s called SUMMER
There's always one isn't there 🙄
I’m sorry but I remember having temps in the high 30’s back in the late 80’s. Nothing new
Exactly they are fear mongering
Its not about hight temps. Its about how long it lasts. Almost 3 weeks of 40+ °C is hellysh.
Gonna be 32°c in london today 💀
Try northern Scotland 😅
Boss, we are living in 33°c selsius....when temperature down to 19°c. ..we fill extremely cold
I get you guy dont have ac but its still only 80F. All you need is a fan for that
why cant they talk about poverty? lol
We here in Michigan USA are having heat waves too. I love it. Not unusual at all. Seriously, let's not get carried away!
People are literally dying.
But it's all ok - let's not get carried away. You're enjoying it!
Let’s not make light of the situation just to bolster your extreme right-wing affiliation.
@@COCO-uf3smbahaha I'm honestly laughing that you honestly believe it's hotter in Europe than America.
Your "heat wave" is a cool day outside for us. If you think European heat is worse than America I dare you to come to southern utah, Nevada, Arizona area in July. We on a good day are around 44°C and more like 46-48° normally. And our air conditioning is set to your heat wave temps just to cool off.
Let alone going to the deep south where it's over 40° C with 90% humidity. I dare you to come America and experience real heat.
Advice for my Europeans : If you are coming with kids DO NOT save on sunscreen SPF 50 everyday use 70 for activities is a MUST drink water, eat only seasonal light food. Elderly and kids should avoid sun from 11-15/18h+ alcohol and carbonated sodas (sugar) should be avoided. Pets are not recomended due to them having problems at 30 ish degrees already. DO NOT SAVE money on health.
I live on the east coast of Australia. During the summer months. It’s between 30-35dreegs. From December to march. Humidity as well. Living in Queensland until recently when l moved inland.(canberra). I lived in Queensland for 50years. Since 1973. I apologise for the length of this comment. 😮❤😊
It's summer relax!!
