I honestly think the clues, the singing voice, and the bodily shape all point to Jackie, to a point that I'm like 90% sure the kitty is Jackie, but the speaking manner is the only thing I'm not sure of. I have a chrome add-on that can adjust the pitch of the video and even with the correct pitch, I am having a hard time imagining it being Jackie behind the mask saying those words. I'm not sure if that's just me.
Joey Contino did the voice correction in his last video, and it's obviously Jackie talking. The singing voice in Celine Dion's "It's All Coming Back To Me" was undeniably Jackie.
