Buy one, you won't regret it. I would recommend a pre-facelift model, it has better quality materials in the cabin, and is better looking (subjectively !)

@@JeZZGro i think the whole dash is of higher quality (perceived quality at least). My old 147 had this grainy, high-quality material that was soft, the new one had hard quality materials as far as I can remember

No, redesign model has netter quality enterier.
And they improve suspension too.
I got 147 2.0 Selespeed 2008.
Everything in video is correct.
But car is awesome. Its just a love. There are no rationality when you buy it.
Also I see author used cars from Ukraine in video.
So if you have bad roads like in Ukraine, the suspension becomes to last a year, and after you have to repair it.
Diesel engines are pretty reliable and also fairly performant. Petrol engines need more care. Timing belt needs to be changed at around 60.000 km interval and phase variator engines are a pain in the ass. Also some spare parts, for example electric windows device, is around 500 euros new.
Which models have an variator engine? Planning to buy one, but want at least a little reliability
@@woutertje026 the old 1.6 Twin Sparks with 120 HP. The newer ones with 105 lack it. Easily explained the restyling versions don't have it.

Hi my friend, I have a 2006 Alfa Romeo 147 and I have some problems last day about system failure, can you help me about that? I loaded video on my channel about my problem.
You forgot a few things. Sagging headlining, detached door linings, broken cup holders, passenger air bag clip breakage and paint clear coat peel. The quality control has gone to sh1t lately.
These are 20+ years old models, not recent ones.
