  • Making our way slowly across to Athens, I found a great little spot called Kato Vasiliki with an old abandoned paragliding launch, and managed to have a great little hike and fly. The town itself was stunningly beautiful, and a great intro into small Greek towns.
From there we made our way west towards the incredible 3500 year old ruins of Mycenae, definitely top three ruins I have seen anywhere in the world. Moving onwards we stopped at the medieval ruins of Acrocorinth, built on top of the ancient city of Corinth, and very bizarre as there was no charge, no information and these ancient ruins were just kind of scattered about. But the location was amazing at the top of a mountain overlooking the sea.
This part of Greece and our van life adventure was steeped in history, sunshine and amazing Greek food!

Awesome video! Thank you for sharing! Looks like a ton of paramotor spots, but not as much for paragliding!
