- This summer has been a period of change and rethinking of values. I've taken this time to think about things that really matter - and despite the difficulties, focus on the good things and little magical moments. I've always been an overachiever and had big goals in mind. While my dreams still remain there, it's how I approach them that has changed.

Basque cheesecake with blackberry compote topping:
450g of cream cheese
100g of sugar
3 eggs
200g single cream
Juice and zest of half a lemon
20g or 1 heaped tablespoon of corn starch
1 cup of blackberries (or other seasonal berries, or skip otherwise)
Preheat the oven to 220C/ 430F.
Line a 6" (15cm) pan with 2 square sheets of baking paper ( one goes like this X then another one like this >

I am very excited about the next season. This summer has been challenging, and it might show in some of my videos. But it's been a great, beautiful summer full of adventure nonetheless. I hope you're doing well. And I hope my words maybe also bring some hope to you, if you ever felt the same way.
Big things, goals, milestones, they are all great. They really do feel like accomplishments and elevate you, but only for so long... Then comes the moment after, like after a crazy party when you just sit down and think, what now? Personally I kind of hate those moments since they can feel pretty demotivating and hurtful even. Saying that I don't mean that it would be better not having the highlights. It's about knowing and being hopeful that after some big thing a new one will come sometime in the future, and until it does, enjoy the quiet and smooth type of days that might not be necessarily exciting but which you should spend the way you love and fill them with things you love.

It's so soothing to come and enjoy the relaxing present moment you bring to so many of us. I am just so moved but the feeling I get from this creativity and love for something so unique these days. As someone who lives in the big city and is surrounded by the constant hustle, this truly inspires me to change the things I just don't like in my life and things that make me so depressed. Yes that's happens with me. Even my husband find me overdramatic whenever I share my real feeling's, thoughts with him. Life is very strange.
