I'm glad that this ending proves both Melanie and Layton were correct. Just like Melanie said, Snowpiercer could not have made it to there without derailing with such awful track conditions. And just like Layton said, New Eden is worth giving a shot and do exist.
@@TheFedeGamer99 yup. Sadly Wilford is not on his train anymore. I am sure he will return. The dude is a genius. He definitely formulated a plan before his behind touched them seat
Melanie was right about one thing at least: with the track that bad, they'd never have made it if they all went together. Big Alice barely survived the journey before derailing with what??? 50 or 60 cars maybe given how much they took from Snowpiercer??? No way 1,029 cars would've survived that journey, it would've derailed both trains and a hell of a lot worse too. Big Alice only just BARELY finished crossing that old trestle bridge before derailing.
My theory for season 4 is New Eden will only last a moment, because the release of cw7 is still ongoing. Layton will lead the colony while trying to survive when the temperature drops again, while Melaine struggles to defend the aging and decaying Snowpiercer. Edit: I don't think that ice breaker will appear in this series, as Big Alice herself has implemented enough. In the graphic novel vol. 2 it is explained that the icebreaker is a normal ark train. They collide with Olga (Snowpiercer's nickname) which is uninhabited and become ghost train for some reason (I won't spoiler) and take the engines and essentials from Olga, rather than letting them go to waste. But the other trains didn't believe their story and thought it was Icebreaker who robbed Olga

I doubt the rocket had cw7 in it not only because it exploded way lower than the upper atmosphere but also because why would anyone fire a rocket like that randomly? No one but the snowpiercer passengers known layton and the others went to the horn of Africa so the theory that it was fired to end them doesn't stick exactly as wilford was exiled before they aannounced the parting of the trains so maybe it has to do with the war Ruth mentioned or icebreaker was behind the rocket and it is trying to meet with snowpiercer albeit the reason is unknown
its a good ending but how is snowpiercer meant to get over there to layton if the bridge is gone and also theres supposed to be a season 4 im pretty sure but it hasent come out yet
Il y aura des nouveaux personnages dans la saison 4 ! Donc, c'est sans aucun doute des survivants cachés dans un bunker qui tire un missile pour signaler leurs présences.

I doubt it. That can't be CW7: the problem with that theory is that that is shot into the upper atmosphere. The missiles in that flashback in the very first episode went a lot higher than that too. That was what??? Just a few hundred feet??? Way too low. A possible explanation might be other survivors in that area. Hell we don't even KNOW that that was coming from the area of New Eden!!! But if it was, Ruth mentioned that there was a war in that area when the world came to an end which is a part of why the track was so unsafe. So maybe survivors and weapons from that war??? @@싸1코 I'm not sure WHAT the hell that was but it's too low to be CW-7 and too small of a blast for it to be a nuke. ALSO that's probably NOT New Eden either
I don't know how many people join Layton to New Eden, but I assume from my own perspectives that 1,391 are now outside for the first time in 8 years while 1,286 others mostly First, Second, Third and some Tallies choose to stay on Snowpiercer with Melanie.
Well I'm glad someone posted the ending. I have been trying to find this show in the US for years. They only have Season 1 and 2 on amazon but none of the last ones. It's not on Netflix, Hulu, can't buy it on Amazon or anywhere else. It's been blocked here for ages. Does anyone know where I can finish watching this show?
Personally, I don't think it's CW7. If this rocket was meant to carry it, what's with the sheer amount of smoke and other stuff coming off of it when it's going up and setting off? I don't think the Cw7 delivery system would have been so smoky and explode-y with what looked like fire and debris falling to the ground afterwards. Think about it - If CW7 DID work, surely all that dark smoke and fire and parts would cause some problems? That, and that doesn't look like how the CW7 missiles went off. If anything this makes me think of some kind of home-made-cluster-mortar or something. I think someone found a missile base and tried launching one for shiz and giggles but the cold messed it up or even potentially Wilford's EMP (because that full power was HUGE), someone is trying to signal snowpiercer in a desperate attempt to get it to stop so they can board it or raid it, or someone got In a twist that they couldn't get on and decided to bomb the track in hopes to derail snowpiercer. And as much as I love the idea Icebreaker could show up, I dont think they'd introduce Wilford as a villain again right off the bat. We just got rid of him, and I'm sure they would need a cool down on Willy-boy before they go at him again. Could still happen though. Sometimes I like to think the series is a prequel leading up to the movie, but we'd have to wait and see how that plays out.
Im mad melanie was partially correct. In these last episodes she was horrible. And im dissapointed in how they went with wilford i thought he would be old and weak and make it up to alex what he did wrong but he really didnt care at all. Thats what they always implied but you know i was hoping for a redemption ark when he found melanie…
It's in Season 4: the International Peacekeeping Forces led by the evil Phil Coulson detonated a rocket in the air. It was a trap: the train stopped to investigate, allowing the bad guys to board and hijack it.

It doesn't make sense, why he would do that ? His plans were to stay on the train to be the king and he doesn't believe that New Eden's would be posible so it's unlikely that he frozen the world again if he didn't saw the data and the New Eden itself... And in all cases he knew that the Snowpiercer and the tracks are drying, it's imposible to keep the eternal engine going
CW-7 is what froze the world in the first place. A compound released into the upper atmosphere in an attempt to stop global warming. Except it froze the entire world instead
To be very honest. I would have preferred a bad ending for big Alice. Would really set up an interesting character development for the people on Snowpiercer when they found out and show that big risks do not always work out (like in the rest of the seasons)
Nah, too bleak. I wouldn't have been cool with killing off so many characters that we've known for three seasons now. One or two, that might fly, but Layton, Ruth, Roche, Javi, Josie, Alex, all of them? Nah. Too bleak.
@@Ares99999 I found it not logical for some to be on big Alice anyway. I feel like Ruth belonged on snowpiercer and should have stayed and also Javi (sided with melany and knew the bad conditions of the track). I did also not understand that melany did not try to talk Alex out of it (would also be interesting to see how melany would handle the lost of Alex). Josie has those ice modification so there could be a chance she survives. The only characters really lost than where laython and his family. In the last moments laython would have known he could have killed everyone on snowpiercer with his lies. another cool option could be the front cars all derailing and falling of the bridge and just big Alice and maybe a few cars remaining and coming to stop. like in the movie, but now the engine is in the back
@@anoniemw.222 It seems that you deeply wanted Layton to be wrong, and to pay for lying with his life. While, honestly, lies have been flying left and right for a long time. Ruth herself points out at one point that lies have been propping up Snowpiercer since, well, the very beginning. Ben also points out that Snowpiercer might last another 10 years. Its been increasingly clear that the tracks are progressively getting worse, and that the train itself is slowly breaking down. Long-term, they do have to find somewhere to disembark, or they'll be screwed either way. This is why this way works. Splitting into two groups greatly increases chances of survival. If New Eden fails, Snowpiercer is still possibly around, and vice-versa. The possibility that both fail exists, but its still better than everything being in the same spot. I give both Melanie and Layton credit for that compromise.
@@Ares99999 snowpiercer with big Alice have a lot more power and supplies, in that configuration the train could run longer and stop and reverse if there where extreme rail damage. That is why I did not get that Javi (and Alex) went with him. Having it ending bad would have shown the big risk they took and how hard such things can backfire. this ending feels a bit to good

It is revealed that the compound is a hybrid research laboratory and amusement park named Future Land. Its deranged founders, the "switchmen", have prolonged their life by using the stem cells of babies, and used the radio signal to lure all the other trains to them: There were ten perpetual trains (so far only 2 revealed in our TV show, Snowpiercer and big Alice) of which 'IB'(not allowed to name this train per forum rules. The third train some people have discussed will be revealed in the TV series) was the last of seven that successfully reached the station.
I think wilfurd knew where ze was going when they released him. I think he decided to derail snowpiercer with a rocket
@@kingofrivia1248 and that's why wilford said "let's see whos the real survivor"(?)
its a good ending but how is snowpiercer meant to get over there to layton if the bridge is gone and also theres supposed to be a season 4 im pretty sure but it hasent come out yet
It's airing now. And as seen in the first episode they spend the next year repairing the bridge.
Il y aura des nouveaux personnages dans la saison 4 ! Donc, c'est sans aucun doute des survivants cachés dans un bunker qui tire un missile pour signaler leurs présences.
What No Dragons Blood Tree!

Good thing Snow Piercer wasn’t Amtrak. It would’ve been 2 episodes.
I’m screaming,I balled my eyes out and jumped around my apartment during this scene , so glad there’s a s4 happening can’t wait to see what the amazing writers of the show have in store for us😤🤩.

I have a funny feeling that in season 4 Earth will be back to normal just saying
Well that aged like milk. How are you holding up?
@@justderdennisWell... That aged like fine wine 🍷
Sadly we will never know an ending to the series. Scratch that, we will know an ending! AMC bought the rights to Snowpiercer
when we can expect season 4?
They are all feeling the sun.
If they refreeze and have to go back on the train...I will not be watching next season...cause then it's just going n circles...
Something to remember is that even if that really was -10 to -5, that's a survivable temperature. I mean they'd need shelter and what not, but with the wind chill in some places and what not, you can get that here in our world. They weren't expecting sunshine and rainbows, I mean they were planning on building life support systems for their new colony. They were just looking for somewhere warm enough to be habitable and even at minus 10 to minus 5, that would've been it. Most places go in their world go from -90 to at least -120 just from what we've seen.
And don't forget guys: that's just the spot where Big Alice crashed at the start of that valley. Alex suggested that that whole valley would be habitable just before they hit that bridge.
@@WarGrowlmon18 so, u mean whole passenger were dead right?
@@싸1코 I'm not sure WHAT the hell that was but it's too low to be CW-7 and too small of a blast for it to be a nuke. ALSO that's probably NOT New Eden either

And yet I'm sure even in a severe Ice Age civilization never ended along the Equatorial belt.
Buenisima serie!!! Ojala la corrompan y hagan varias temporadas mas. No le pifiaron a ningun episodio!! Muy bueno!!
I don't know how many people join Layton to New Eden, but I assume from my own perspectives that 1,391 are now outside for the first time in 8 years while 1,286 others mostly First, Second, Third and some Tallies choose to stay on Snowpiercer with Melanie.
It looked like the entire Tail except for Miles decided to go with Layton. Miles is probably Javi's replacement now.
I kinda hated to see my hopes robbed away from the release of another cw7 missile... But they gotta introduce conflicts.. To keep it going.
True, they could’ve ended snowpiercer here tbh
Even though i like Layton, I can never go past Malanie..
Irl we dont always get such hood endings from just a vision

Que es el cohete del final?
One prayer one train
The snowpiercer train survived after the third season.
Well I'm glad someone posted the ending. I have been trying to find this show in the US for years. They only have Season 1 and 2 on amazon but none of the last ones. It's not on Netflix, Hulu, can't buy it on Amazon or anywhere else. It's been blocked here for ages. Does anyone know where I can finish watching this show?
amc plus. Which now has the entire show including the newly released first episode of season 4!!!
@@WarGrowlmon18 Thank you! Just noticed this last night and I'm so happy now!
In 1:38 is that bomb?
there's still an automatics missile system changing the weather, so the s4 will be about the crew of snowpiercer gg big alice
But ultra lucky that they reach the hot spot
Whatever season 4 has to offer, I hope Wilford doesn't die, I cannot watch Sean Bean die. He's died more than 25 times already.
I think he's coming back
Given his last line was "let's see who the real survivor is"
And the rocket
Its make 2 much sense for it to be him
I LOVED wilford. Ofcourse he is a villain, but my favorite character on the show
Personally, I don't think it's CW7.
Haven't seen the comics or whatever, but I've heard some interesting things that this could be that I like.
Rip big alice
And its just the same shape of the cw-7
Finally ❤️❤️ love this drama series 😍
Can’t wait for season four!!!!
It’s coming on AMC next year
Ngl, Everyone in New Eden is going to die.
(Or would die if it wasnt for plot armor)
It's great and all that there's a habital area but it's literally a pond with a few feet around it. There's no surviving there
I think wilford just found the old silo rockets of the CW7, so this means that he is surviving inside one of the bunkers of the cw7 missle silos.
we goin from snowpiercer to frostpunk 😂
I bet prequel to original snowpiercer movie canon.
Im mad melanie was partially correct. In these last episodes she was horrible. And im dissapointed in how they went with wilford i thought he would be old and weak and make it up to alex what he did wrong but he really didnt care at all. Thats what they always implied but you know i was hoping for a redemption ark when he found melanie…
please season 4 😔
so is season 3 going to come to dvd
I wonder if New Eden has signs of life, a tree or maybe even a fish any signs of life is good news to me
snowpiercer series finale* rip
what happened in the end? i dont understand
It's in Season 4: the International Peacekeeping Forces led by the evil Phil Coulson detonated a rocket in the air. It was a trap: the train stopped to investigate, allowing the bad guys to board and hijack it.
New season coming.
Was there really only ever One Train or were there in fact others?
Mantappp
Now do a train compilation for season 3
Yay new eden!
I don t think its icebreaker it was wilford for sure because when they exiled him he knew where he was going he is starting another freeze
isnt snowpiercer supposed to be faster than those rail maintenance mini trains that wilford was exiled in?? even with the weight of big alice so i dont think its wilford who wouldve reached there first
@@kulot-ki1tu don t forget that he had 3 months to reach a « hangar » because we don t know how far away the station is and don t forget they went seperate ways the mini train and snowpiercer
@@ric_785 we'll just have to wait and see but i dont think its wilford either way solely because no missile silo would be working at that point in time, you dont just take out a missile in storage under deep freeze for nearly a decade and decide that it can still be used, there has to be some kind of third party involved
Too low for that. Upper atmosphere remember???
I have another theory: Ruth mentioned a war in that area when the world ended. So maybe survivors and weapons from that???
@@WarGrowlmon18 theres always war in africa so maybe thats a possibility, either way it looks like a tundra and its been years after so was probably in deep freeze until a year or two ago which still makes it difficult to maintain a missile and etc, your explanation that a war and leftover factions are fighting is actually a good idea
maybe the explosion was caused by the asya nuclear plant
Meaning that someone is trying to frez the horn of africa

I have another theory: Ruth mentioned a war in that area when the world ended. So maybe survivors and weapons from that???
It doesn't make sense, why he would do that ? His plans were to stay on the train to be the king and he doesn't believe that New Eden's would be posible so it's unlikely that he frozen the world again if he didn't saw the data and the New Eden itself... And in all cases he knew that the Snowpiercer and the tracks are drying, it's imposible to keep the eternal engine going
I don't understand..what is the CW-7? which episode?
Season 2 episode 2, Smolder to Life, CW7’s the compound that was shot into the atmosphere to reflect the sun and reverse global warming.
Also having an engine in front and back increases survival chances if part of train derails. To be fare to Layton, he did not now how big of a risk he was taking with new edan. That is why I did not get that Javi (and Alex) went with him.
Having it ending bad would have shown the big risk they took and how hard such things can backfire. this ending feels a bit to good
@@anoniemw.222 That's what I said. You wanted Layton to be wrong.

Well then there's no more Snowpiercer

Icebreaker?
Mice heads
@@amitkenan3878 I don't know about the novel, can you explain it to me briefly?
@@umtaykt07In the book, the passengers (people on board our trains) are seized by people wearing mice masks (our case 'Marauders' or foreshadowing of antagonist outside survivors). The passengers are given food, but put in quarantine and inoculated for disease. The passengers are permitted to join the 'mice' community, but are forced to be bar coded and blood-tested, and children and pregnant women are taken away for "special treatment."
One of the main characters uses a distraction to bar code herself and avoid a blood test, which would expose her pregnancy (who is currently pregnant on the show?). (trains are lured in by signals much like big Alice baited Snowpiercer initially). It is further revealed that the switchmen have neutered all the mice and perform genetic experiments on fetuses and babies, in a misguided attempt to engineer a perfect human species.
