i lost my credit card in ko samui, had enough to get to bangkok on bus but had no money for any where to stay as such ,had about 20pounds in change, not enough for the another week before returning home, fortunately i spoke to a taxi driver told him my situation, btw mobile phones wasnt around those times, the good man took me to stay with his brother his pntr, pntrs brother, for the rest of the holiday, amazing experience, they whole family has a place in my heart
Yup. The world is filled with good people. 20 years ago I was vacationing in Romania. While driving my rental car from brasov to bucharest I drove over a dead animal and it fked up my tires. Car stalled. Pulled over. It was about 5pm and it was getting dark. The road was completely isolated and I was panicking. A few cars drove by and no one stopped to help when I waved them down. Then at approximately 6:30pm a caravan of about 3 trucks traveling together filled with lots of Roma people (called wanderers) saw I was in distress and stopped. They invited me to come with them towed my car to their campsite where I spent the night with them in my own tent. The next day they took my car into town to be repaired While I waited at their campsite. they feed me and entertained me with their dances and story telling. Was such a great experience. Later that day they they took me into town to the repair shop I got my car paid the bill and was on my way. Of course I offered to compensate the Roma people for their hospitality but they wouldn’t let me. I love Romania.

The way I see it is we here in the states are the ones that need to be very kind and warm to visitors (especially to tourists from another country).
I live in Aventura, Miami. Whenever I run into a toursit and they need help I make it my duty to go way and above to help them. Just the other day while I was out jogging a young couple from Saudi Arabia approached me. Apparantly, they were lost and didnt know what bus to take to get back to Miami Beach. So I stopped my run and invited them back to my place. Offered them refreshment while they waited on me to take a quick shower. Then I drove them to their hotel. They were such nice people and we chatted a lot while taking them to their hotel. Now I have an invite to stay with them in Saudi Arabia...lol...

Ya’ll need to stop with this whole “I can’t go to Scandinavia because it’s too cold” thing… If you go in the summer it’s around 70 degrees which is totally fine for a T-Shirt and jeans. The cost of living point is legit though. Your money has to be right to visit those countries because they’re not cheap.
As for the women… it’s true that you’re not going to find beach bum IG girls in Sweden just sitting around doing nothing… but let’s be real here… there are PLENTY of women in Brasil (and Colombia) who work their asses off in 9-5s too. They’re not all “flexible”. Just depends on what girl you want to go for. Pro or legit. As for the Scandinavian girls… their “liberal” attitudes work in our favour. If they like you they will buy you drinks or dinner and sleep with you quick without any shame. They are far less conservative than most S. Americans. @SkylardeRouen… Scandinavia is a different vibe. More of a city thing (although Norway has some amazing nature). Brazil and Thailand are those cheap, tropical, low key spots. Nothing wrong with that. I love those places too. Have you ever done the Greek Islands? Go over there between June and September and it is incredible… very similar feel to hopping around Thailand. Best part about it is that you get to meet all those European girls when they’re on vacation and lookin to mingle!
