First off very cool, you may not be winning painting competitions with these as individual mini's but an army done to that standard is awe inspiring. Second what's your opinion of hybrid NMM TMM, for instance if after you did any final varnishing if you went in with a tiny dot of a very bright white metallic paint and just put the teeniest tiniest dot in the middle of the white?
I appreciate it man! Honestly I've never tried that. I find with NMM reflective paints would take away from the goal of it, but I'll have to give it a try!
Sick captain! do you think you'll kitbash the sanguinor or use the new sculpt I kitbashed one last year and found myself disapointed with the new sculpt
Hey man just a little suggestion Bin the white ink and use tamiya flat white with tamiya X-20 thinna it tries sold and great Not sure if you can get it down under but damn that blood angles looks fantastic
Generally things I do ontop of inks that would cause it to re activate are bridged with varnishes anyway. So to avoid the extra hassle of the tamiya stuff I prefer the ink. The tamiya stuff is a great product though
Hi, amazing work! ^^ I’m just starting to build my Blood Angels army and looking for some inspiration :) I’d like to try using your recipe, but I don’t have the steadiest hand and tend to make mistakes, so I’m wondering how do you fix errors on the model?
Amazing paint job and inspired kit bash! The only thing I don't like is the wings - because to me they come off as actual biological wings like the figure was born with them, and that surely should stay exclusive to the Great Angel himself! 😋
@@renevil2105 I'm aware Sanguinius had wings. It's exactly why he didn't need a jump pack. I was just curious if it was supposed to be actual wings or just a decoration on the armour. Looks like actual wings which makes the jump pack seem like tying a rocket to a pigeon 🤣 Looks cool though if you don't think about it
@@renevil2105 yes they did. I have them. They are clearly not functional wings and are part of the jump pack. This level of clear mutation should be reported to the inquisition.
Thanks for the list of paints. I’m going to give this a go myself. Just ordered everything.
Hell yeah! Good luck with it!
Mate this paintjob turned out amazing, love your vids dude and I can't wait to see how this army progresses!
@@butter2278 Thanks so much!
Thanks for elaborating on the recipe, there was a lot of interest in your scheme
No problem at all! Thanks
Awesome work - They look fantastic. Really love the sword!
Thank you!
Your painting is fantastic, I would love to get to that level. I have been following you and Elminitarista
Appreciate it man!
Absolutely inlove with your BA man. You've seriously done them justice both from the lore perspective and on the painting front! So clean!
Thanks so much!

I've used both and the ink is probably better. Tamiya is good but I don't see the benefit of using it over the ink. What was your reasoning?
@@criticalcommenter inks love to re-activate for no reason so it messes stuff up

@@PaintByAz could i mix a satin varnishe into the ink so it does not break or crack??

if your models where food gourden ramsy would eat it
@@corse8976 😂 appreciate it
Why does he have wings? If he can fly why bother with the jum pack and if he can't then what's the point of the wings? Are they just decorative?
to honor his primarch who has actual wings growing out his back.
Rule of cool 🤷♂️
