Dude if ya record is damaged try using sum wd40 just spray a tiny bit on where scratch is or uf that dont work get a magnifying glass to see where scratch is then still looking thru magnifying glass use a really sharp pin and just carefully run the pin thru the tiny scratch then it should be ok. But be careful, it has worked for me.
