I'm Ben's new owner, Mopar Collector and Mr. Norm fan. This Coronet fit everything I want in my collection. I have followed the Hobbs pretty much since the beginning and congratulate them on finding out what they had and documenting it before Mopar history was destroyed! I have started a AngryCylinders channel that you can follow and continue to watch what I do. I will not spoil the final plans but they will start to come to light video by video.
As with all good things there’s a time it has to come to an end we did everything we wanted to with Ben and made a lot of new friends! We’re also wishing Jim the best of luck.
I was in my second grade 11 in HS , had to flunk in order to transfer to the 4 year B & C course , 2 rich kid's dad bought one a 68 340 Swinger , another Dad bought his son a 68 Roadrunner 440 six pack , so you see , I grew up on street muscle .... congrats boys ........................... :>P
ive got one i bought in a chicken coop theres no possible way the 80 year old lady who had it could possibly make up the paperwork and story behind the one ive got.
wish i had known this was even for sale soon as i saw it i see it a day later and your selling it for an undisclosed amount id have pulled 120k out of the safe cause i know someone with a 426 wedge from grand spaulding has all the numbers in line to prove where it was . its a million dollars done right
I’m not one to ever do correct terminology at the end of the day the six pack and six barrel are the exact same moulin rouge and panther pink are the same plum crazy and in violet etc etc

Saw your first video on old Ben, sorry to see it's no longer yours. Great work along the way, best of luck to the new owner.

Only good things in the future for you guys, keep the rubber on the road Brother.@@BackWoodsPerformance67
Sometimes saying goodbye may be best if Ben will get the ultimate care
It gets him a better home and lets us buy beaters
Seems like a cool guy with plenty of cool stuff
There’s some neat things
Thanks for the update….sad to see. Can you say which state Ben’s in now?
Ben is back in Illinois
Gone to a great home I see. I would've LOVED to have Ben, but getting it to Canada and personal financial dealings wouldn't have allowed it.
I understand that entirely
It definitely looks like a soft landing for Ben!
Ben is gonna be quite a bit more spoiled than it was while we had it
He would be my favorite neighbor❤🤣😂
that's what i call the ol' lady ---- angry cylinder
😂 something tells me that don’t fly to well

Thank you it’s been a lot of fun.
Looks like it went to a good home.
It’s just nice to know it won’t be a fake Hemi clone or something like that
I had the pleasure of seeing a original documented Mr Norms Hemi Corenet this last summer . I wish I could have afforded what the asking price was lol
That Mr Norm adds a couple $$$ to the value
@@BackWoodsPerformance67 it sure does.

give ya 120k for it
Ben will fit right in.
It sticks out like a sore thumb wherever it is
Very cool
It was emotional
@@BackWoodsPerformance67 I can only imagine. Merry Christmas gentlemen 🎄
He should do the engine to look like a Max wedge, that would look awesome
He’ll be doing a bone stock single 4 set up like it would’ve been
It's a 440 six barrel it's a Plymouth it's not a Dodge. Plymouth is six barrel Dodge is six pack.❤️👍
